消失模铸造论文：消失模铸钢水基涂料的研制 消失模铸造论文:消失模铸钢水基涂料的研制与应用 【中文摘要】消失模铸造技术被认为是2l世纪最可能实现绿色铸造的工艺技术。涂料作为关键技术之一，其性能的优劣决定了消失模铸造工艺成功与否。目前国内对消失模涂料的研究相对落后，商品化的涂料较少，且质量良莠不齐。这在一定程度上阻碍了消失模铸造技术的发展及应用，因此研制性能优良、存贮和运输方便、使用简单方便的消失模涂料对消失模铸造技术的推广应用具有重要意义。在实际生产中发现单一耐火骨料的消失模涂料烧结性及剥离性差。本文依据涂料的烧结剥离理论，通过研究添加不同种类的烧结助剂对石英粉涂料和铝矾土涂料抗弯强度的影响来选择最佳烧结助剂含量的复合耐火骨料。研究表明Ca基膨润土和Na基膨润土对石英粉骨料的烧结性能都具有促进作用，但是Ca基膨润土的效果要好于Na基膨润土，且Ca基膨润土含量在4,时满足消失模铸钢水基涂料的要求。SiO2对铝矾土耐火骨料的烧结性也具有显著促进作用，SiO2含量20,时能够满足消失模铸钢水基涂料的使用要求，SiO2的加入降低了铝矾土涂料液相生成的温度，在铸钢件浇注温度下产生适量的液相量，将耐火骨料连成整体，阻止钢液的渗透。采用单因素试验研究不同粘结剂不同含量对涂料抗弯强度的影响及不同悬浮剂不同含量对涂料悬浮性的影响来选择能够满足消失模铸钢水基涂料的粘结剂和悬浮剂。然后运用正交试验方法，通过对涂料的悬浮性、涂挂性、触变指数、常温抗弯强度、常温透气性等综合性能的考察，确定消失模铸钢水基family 7 being killed there. According to the theory of sintering and stripping of coating,throughresearch the affect on flexural strength of different types of sintering aids on the quartzcoatings and bauxite coating to select the optimum sintering additive content ascomposite refractory family 7 being killed there.
