Big green landscape according to the terrain the moderate, plant communities in natural, varied colors, flowers and clear principles, reflect the level, color and seasonal change. 东风小康2013届应届毕业生质量运行部实习报告 风光即刻起航无限好，震撼商务新车大市场。时间转瞬即逝，两周的时间又从同事们匆忙的节奏中过去。8月12日—8月24日在东风小康制造公司质量运行部已经实习了两周，在将去质量运行部实习前，抱着对汽车生产质量检测及车间运作方式的更加具体了解的态度来到质量车间。这期间所学到受益匪浅，现将两周实习具体情况报告如下: 一(质量运行部释义 从个人理解出发，质量运行部是作为汽车制造出厂最后一个环节至关重要，顾名思义，就是对汽车生产过程及最终投入市场前车的质量进行检查并确保。做到高质量出厂，所以这个部门既神圣又严肃，应该加以重视及提升。 二(实习工作安排 1.见面会及安全 制度 关于办公室下班关闭电源制度矿山事故隐患举报和奖励制度制度下载人事管理制度doc盘点制度下载 培训 在得到质量车间实习的安排后，我们一行C组20人到车间报到了，在此过程中，车间部长及相关领导跟大家进行了见面会，讲解了在质量运行部实习的基本要求。 2.实习方式 将我们20人分成为两班，分别上夜班与白班。且分到涂装车间、总装车间及终检车间各质量检测岗位上跟着岗位师傅进行实习工作。 三(实习收获心得 按照上面实习方式安排，本人被安排到涂装车间-精释线-面漆初检工位。通过在质量运行部的实习，提高了自身对汽车生产过程中质量检测的具体操作方式的认识，亲眼看见了一些检测手段的实施。 1.简单聊一下汽车在总装车间装配后来到质量运行部，汽车进行了哪几项比较重要的检测。如下: 目标:发现生产装配过程中潜在的质量问题，拒绝不合格产品出厂 1)首先要检查发动机仓，把里面的部件检查一遍看是否加注防冻液、润滑油等 必需液体。 2)虽然喷涂过程中，也就是本人实习的岗位工作。漆面质量已经经过检查，但 是出厂前还要检查一次，观察漆面是否在总装过程中有损坏。 3)再次检查看车门间隙及整体安装是否存在不合格现象 4)接下来还要进行四轮定位检测。而尾气排放检测则是为了符合国家相关环保 法规。 Details of green to introduce "the art of bonsai" concept, plant morphology, leaf color, aromas to create different moods and charms.
