Breach: In the event of breach of this agreement, it is agreed that the damaged party receives as damages any commission or other remuneration the defaulting party receives either directly or indirectly, as a result of the breach, or any commission that the referring party would have earned had there not been a breach, at the damaged parties option. In addition, the defaulting or breaching party agree to pay all court costs, legal fees and other related expenses upon award of judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction over the person, entity of property of the signatory against whom it is made; and otherwise to pay other related expenses whether in court or out of court to compel the payment of the damages provided for herein.
