Wash the Crucible within ashing furnace, heated at 900 to 25 ? 30min, and in the desiccator to cool to room temperature and then weighing, 昆钢科技大厦项目工程 材料供应、材料进场报验、材料试 2 材料员 5 验 3 机械设备 2 保管、维修所有机械小型工具等 4 成品保护 3 对砖胎模验收后的成品监控 3.2技术准备 1.1施工前应认真熟悉施工图纸，掌握砌体的长度、宽度、高度等几何 尺寸 手机海报尺寸公章尺寸朋友圈海报尺寸停车场尺寸印章尺寸 ;掌握砌体的轴线位置、标高、构造形式，梁口位置等内容情况。 1.2根据砌体尺寸及砌块规格计算其皮数，标明梁洞口的位置。 2材料准备: 2.1采用MU10烧结砖。 2.2砌筑砂浆为实验员配好的M5水泥砂浆，后台集中搅拌，塔吊吊至使用地点。同时，内侧及顶面采用1:3水泥砂浆抹面。 2.2.1砌筑砂浆应采用机械搅拌，自投料完算起，搅拌时间不得小于2min 2.2.2.砂浆应随拌随用，水泥砂浆应在3h内使用完毕;当施工期间最高气温超过30?时，应在拌成后2h内使用完毕。 2.2.3其它辅助材料:钢筋、混凝土等应符合设计要求。 3主要机具 3.1机械设备:砂浆搅拌机、水平、垂直运输机械等。 3.2主要工具:瓦刀、铁锹、筛子、手推车等。 3.3检测工具:水准仪、经纬仪、水平尺、钢卷尺、卷尺、靠尺、锤线球、磅秤、砂浆试模等。 四、施工方法 4.1施工条件 4.1.1垫层已经施工完毕，垫层超出独立基础外轮廓100mm。侧模砖墙厚度为240mm。在垫层外要弹出基础底板外边线，保护砖墙轮廓线，独立基础基坑按1:3系数放坡，砖侧模与坑壁之间空隙用7:3砂石搅拌均匀回填。经检查复 中建三局建设工程股份有限公司 CHINA CONSTRUCTION THIRD ENGINEER BUREAU CORP.,LTD 3 核符合图纸要求，并办理预检手续。 4.1.2根据已放好基础轴线及边线;立好皮数杆(一般间距15,20m，转角处均应设立)，用30×40的木料制作，一般距墙或墙角50mm为宜，皮数杆应垂直、牢固、标高一致，立完后应经复核。 4.1.3保护砖墙与边坡之间用2:8灰土填充，分层夯实。 4.1.4工程各区域承台、基础梁及地下室底板顶标高分别为-15.8m、-15.3m、-13.7m、-9.4m，待承台及基础梁垫层施工完毕后，承台及基础梁侧砌筑240mm厚砖胎膜。 4.2砌筑方式: 本工程各区域承台、基础梁及地下室底板顶标高分别为-15.8m、-15.3m、-13.7m、-9.4m，待承台及基础梁垫层施工完毕后，承台及基础梁侧砌筑240mm厚砖胎膜至板底标高。 4.3工艺流程 清理基层?施工准备(放线、立皮数杆)?拌制砂浆?砌筑?养护?验收。 4.4操作工艺 1、砌体施工前，应清理放线、立皮数杆、验线，并经验收合格后方可施工。砌体排列必须按以下原则、方法、要求进行。 (1)砌块排列时应尽量采用主规格砌块，砌块排列应错缝搭砌，搭砌长度不应小于主砌块长度的1/4。 (2)梁身转角处及纵横交接处,应分皮咬槎，交错搭砌。 (3)砌体水平直灰缝厚度一般为8,12mm。 2、砌筑前砌体不宜浇水，应提前2d浇水湿润，砌块砌筑时宜向砌筑面适量浇水。 、砌筑第一皮砌块，灰缝大于20mm时，应用豆石混凝土找平铺砌。 3 4、砌体应采用满铺或“三一”砌砖法砌筑。灰缝应做到横平竖直，全部灰缝均应填满砂浆，一次铺灰长度不宜超过800mm，并随铺随砌，砌筑一定要 “上跟线，下跟棱，左右相邻要对平”。可用瓦刀敲击摆正、摆平，挤压灰缝密实，保证砂浆饱满度不小于80,。同时应随时进行检查，做到随砌随查随纠正。严禁施工完毕后校正，敲打墙体。 acidity, mL.; M--calibration of the molar concentration of sodium hydroxide standard solution, moI/L; V--amount of the volume of sodium hydroxide standard solution, Ml; M--the weight of the sample, g. Wash the Crucible within ashing furnace, heated at 900 to 25 ? 30min, and in the desiccator to cool to room temperature and then weighing, 昆钢科技大厦项目工程 六、各项保证措施 6.1成品保护措施 6.1.1砌体材料运输、装卸过程中严禁抛掷和倾倒。进场后，要按品种、规格分别堆放整齐，作好标识，堆放高度不能超过2m。 6.1.2回填砂石时，人工用铲、锹从放坡的坑壁侧填入，防止回填时挤歪挤裂。 6.1.3回填砂石运输时，先将墙顶保护好，不得在墙上推车，损坏墙顶和碰撞墙体。 6.2安全措施 6.2.1墙身砌体高度超过1.2m以上，必须及时搭设好脚手架，不准用不稳定的工具或物体垫高工作。脚手架上下行梯道有防滑措施，经常检查外脚手架。 6.2.2现场安全员负责火源、电源的管理。用电接线必须由专职电工进行，不得私拉乱接。 6.2.3现场按照规定设立相应的安全标志，配置防火器具。 6.2.4用电设备在使用前，检查电线绝缘、接地、开关安装等情况，应符合用电要求。 6.2.5进入施工现场，要正确穿戴安全防护用品。 6.2.6施工现场严禁吸烟，不得酒后作业。 6.2.7从砖垛上取砖时，先取高处后取低处，防止垛倒砸人。 6.2.8在施工操作之前必须检查操作环境是否符合安全要求，安全设施和防护用品是否完备。 6.3环保措施 6.3.1砂浆不得遗撒污染作业面。 6.3.2施工垃圾应每天清理，堆放在指定的地点。 6.3.3现场的砂石料要用帆布覆盖，水泥在库房内存放。 6.3.4材料在运输时要加以覆盖，防止遗洒。 中建三局建设工程股份有限公司 CHINA CONSTRUCTION THIRD ENGINEER BUREAU CORP.,LTD 9
