1.租房場景 這種題型，以前看人也介紹過，並且很詳細，這裡把他們總結在一起。 首先辨別是租房還是買房。For lease, for rent 出租與 for sale 出賣 房子的類型有：公寓 flat, apartment, 學生宿舍 dormitory (dorm) , 學生旅店 student hostel, 青年旅店 youth hostel ，還有一種叫留宿當地居民家裡 homestay. 一般房子有的家電或設施有： 爐子 stove, 冰箱 fridge, 微波爐 microwave oven, 洗衣機 washing machine, 空調 air-conditioner, 電風扇 electric fan, 冷卻器電暖爐 radiator, 電爐 electric stoves ， 床上用品及其他物品有： 枕頭 pillow, 枕套和被單 pillow case and bed linen, 被單被褥 sheet, 床墊 mattress, 毯子 blanket, towel 手巾毛巾， 窗簾 curtain，地毯 carpet 房子位置：Road(Rd.), Street(St.), lane 小路\巷, Avenue 大道 門廳的叫法：hall, lobby, porch 陽臺 balcony，睡房 bedroom, 廚房 kitchen, 租房的規律為： 離市中心越近，房價越高，位置稍偏，價錢會比較有吸引力;但便宜的房子一般有不理 想的地方： not near the center, not near the railway station, far from the bus stop, near the airport, noisy, shared kitchen, insects, a stranger in the next bed, have no privacy, have to prepare some repellant 令人厭煩 ,insects haunting. 鬧昆蟲 電話詢問看房子常用語： Is it available now? when will it be available?.(audiy.com) Is there a telephone?
