这个问题出现在双层标签业务的通信过程中需要广播下行传输的情况下,此问题可以通过在C300全局下再增加一条命令来解决,如:vlan-scb-actioninterfaceepon-olt_1/2/2vlan-remove2822,即对转发至PON口1/2/2的数据剥离vlan2822的标签,这样来实现对广播下行的双层标签数据剥离外层标签。为解决此问题,可以采取以下几种方式:1、修改BRAS上的老化时间改为更长。2、BRAS静态绑定用户IP的ARP表项。3、在C300上全局手动增加配置命令。从应用性和设备配置ARP静态绑定表项等能力角度来看,建议采取第三种方式,同时考虑到C300资源因素,因此后续需密切关注专线业务、WLAN业务在二层通过双层vlan标签传输时,所使用的PON口以及SVLAN,针对其增加配置剥离svlan标签的命令。金总结及注意事项至于为什么普通宽带拨号业务没有发生问题,有的专线业务也没问题,那就和相关设备的处理机制有关系了。下面根据今天的抓包和现象做出一个SE800ARP处理机制的分析,实际上SE800的处理机制应该还是有些问题的。比如,一般Windows系统,如XP或server2003,ARP表项的老化时间默认为2分钟,而一般上联网络设备如三层交换机等的ARP老化时间至少为5分钟,此次处理过程中可以看到网关BRASSE800ARP老化时间约40分钟,而华为设备似乎是20分钟。只有同时满足以下两个条件时,设备的ARP表项才会更新:1、设备收到来自某IP的ARP请求包或免费ARP包;2、设备的现有ARP表项中已经存在该IP对应的ARP表项。其他的非ARP报文不会对设备的ARP表项产生影响。因此,假如普通宽带拨号用户,他们在使用2分钟后,网关IP的ARP表项老化了,会重新发起网关IP的ARP请求,此时网关上用户IP的ARP表项是没有老化的,同时满足了上面两个条件,SE800(网关)上会更新用户IP的ARP表项,即重置老化时间定时器。因而普通宽带拨号应用下,一般不会发生由SE800主动发起用户IP的ARP请求的情况。而对于专线业务应用,一般使用路由器,不同路由器上ARP老化时间可能也不一样,如果路由器的ARP老化时间比SE800的还要长,而路由器又不发免费ARP时,SE800上用户IP的ARP表项老化了(今天已经确认此情况),然后SE800会主动发起用户IP的ARP请求,但又无法正常完成整个ARP过程,导致连接中断。但是实际上ARP表老化时间定时器的重置也是有
