规范 编程规范下载gsp规范下载钢格栅规范下载警徽规范下载建设厅规范下载 》GB50011的相关规定。学生宿舍地震作用计算尚应符合以下要求:1位于非地震频发区地震动峰值加速度0.05g、0.10g和0.15g分区的,地震动峰值加速度提高0.05g;2位于地震频发区地震动峰值加速度0.10g和0.15g分区的,地震动峰值加速度提高到0.20g;3位于地震动峰值加速度0.20g和0.30g分区的,地震动峰值加速度提高0.10g。3.1.4居住房屋的设计使用年限不应少于50年,其安全等级不应低于二级。3.1.5居住房屋的机电工程及非结构构件的抗震设防标准不应低于主体结构,并应满足本导则第9、10章的要求。3.2地震影响3.2.1建筑所在地区遭受的地震影响,应采用相应于抗震设防烈度的设计基本地震加速度和特征周期表征。3.2.2抗震设防烈度和设计基本地震加速度取值的对应关系,应符合表3.2.2的规定。除本导则另有规定外,设计基本地震加速度为0.15g和0.30g地区内的建筑应归类为7度和8度。表3.2.2抗震设防烈度和设计基本地震加速度值的对应关系抗震设防烈度6789设计基本地震加速度值0.05g0.10g0.15g0.20g0.30g0.40g注:g为重力加速度。3.2.3地震影响的特征周期应根据建筑所在地的设计地震分组和场地类别确定,按表3.2.3采用,设计地震分组共分为三组,反映了近震、中震和远震的影响。4表3.2.3特征周期值(s)场地类别设计地震分组Ⅰ0Ⅰ1ⅡⅢⅣ第一组0.200.250.350.450.65第二组0.250.300.400.550.75第三组0.300.350.450.650.903.2.4河北省城镇Ⅱ类场地基本地震动峰值加速度值和基本地震动加速度反应谱特征周期值,必须按本导则附录A采用。抗震设防烈度、设计基本地震加速度和附录A中场地基本地震动峰值加速度的对应关系按表3.2.4-1采用;设计地震分组与附录A中基本地震动加速度反应谱特征周期的对应关系见表3.2.4-2。表3.2.4-1抗震设防烈度、设计基本地震加速度和附录A中场地基本地震动峰值加速度的对应关系抗震设防烈度6789设计基本地震加速度值0.05g0.10g0.15g0.20g0.30g0.40g附录A中场地基本地震动0.05g0.10g0.15g0.20g0.30g0.40g峰值加速度表3.2.4-2设计地震分组与附录A中基本地震动加速度反应谱特征周期的对应关系设计地震分组第一组第二组第三组附录A中基本地震动加速度反应谱特征周期0.35s0.40s0.45s3.2.5建筑结构的地震影响系数应根据烈度、场地类别、设计地震分组和结构自振周期以及阻尼比确定。3.2.6建筑结构地震影响系数曲线(图3.2.6)的阻尼调整和形状参数应符合下列要求:图3.2.6地震影响系数曲线—地震影响系数;—地震影响系数最大值;max—直线下降段的下降斜率调整系数;—衰减指数;1—特征周期;—阻尼调整指数;T—结构自振周期Tg21除有专门规定外,建筑结构的阻尼比应取0.05,地震影响系数曲线的阻尼调整系数应按1.0采用,形状参数应符合下列规定:1)直线上升段,周期小于0.1s的区段;2)水平段,自0.1s至特征周期区段,应取最大值max;53)曲线下降段,自特征周期至5倍特征周期区段,衰减指数应取0.9;4)直线下降段,自5倍特征周期至6s区段,下降斜率调整系数应取0.02。2当建筑结构的阻尼比不等于0.05时,地震影响系数曲线的阻尼调整系数和形状参数应符合下列规定:1)曲线及直线下降段的衰减指数应按下式确定:0.05=0.09+(3.2.6-1)0.36式中:——曲线下降段的衰减指数;——阻尼比。2)直线下降段的下降斜率调整系数应按下式确定:0.05=0.02+(3.2.6-2)1432式中:1——直线下降段的下降斜率调整系数,小于0时取0。3)阻尼调整系数应按下式确定:0.05=1(3.2.6-3)20.081.6式中:2——阻尼调整系数,当小于0.55时,应取0.55。3.2.7对设计使用年限不同于50年的居住房屋,其地震作用需要作适当调整,取值经专门研究提出并按规定的权限批准后确定。当缺乏当地的相关资料时,可按表3.2.7采用。表3.2.7地震作用调整系数设计使用年限调整系数70年1.15~1.20100年1.30~1.403.3建筑形体及其构件布置的规则性3.3.1居住房屋设计应根据抗震概念设计的要求明确建筑形体的规则性。不规则的居住房屋应按规定采取加强措施,特别不规则的居住房屋,应进行专门研究和论证,采取特别的加强措施;严重不规则的居住房屋不应采用。注:形体指建筑平面形状和立面、竖向剖面的变化。3.3.2居住房屋设计应重视其平面、立面和竖向剖面的规则性对抗震性能及经济合理性的影响,宜优先选用规则的建筑形体,其抗侧力构件的平面布置宜规则对称、侧向刚度沿竖向宜均匀变化、竖向抗侧力构件的截面尺寸和材料强度宜自下而上逐渐减小,使结构具有合理的刚度和承载力分布,避免因刚度和承载力局部突变或结构扭转效应而形成薄弱部位。3.3.3建筑形体及其构件布置的平面、竖向不规则性,应按下列要求划分:61混凝土房屋、钢结构房屋和组合结构房屋存在表3.3.1-1所列举的某项平面不规则类型或表3.3.
