XXX有限公司TROLLI(GUANGZHOU)CONFECTIONERYCO.,LTD标题：虫害控制Title:PestControl文件编号编制日期生效日期版次页码DocumentNo.DraftDateIssueDateVersionPageTGC-SSOP-082011-12-272011-12-27A021/31目的Purpose1.1对工厂区域内的虫鼠害加以控制，使生产加工环境被虫鼠害污染的危险降低。Tocontrolratsandpestswithintheplantarea,andreducetheriskofcontaminatingtheproductionenvironmentbyratsandpests2范围Scope2.1适用整个工厂区域，包括生产加工、仓库、办公室及外围。Thewholeplantarea,includingtheproduction,processing,storageandofficepremises,andsurroundingareas3职责Responsibilities3.1与公司合同约定的灭虫公司定期对工厂的虫鼠害设施进行检查、更换、记录，并定期进行药物处理。ApestcontrolcompanyhavingenteredintoacontractwiththeCompanyshallinspect,replaceanddocumenttheplant’spestcontrolfacilities,andperformchemicalizationregularly.3.2质量部负责监督并跟踪虫鼠害控制情况。TheQualityDept.shallsuperviseandtrackthepestcontrol.3.3工程部负责相关设施的维护。TheEngineeringDept.shallberesponsibleforthemaintenanceoftherelevantfacilities.4控制和监测ControlandMonitoring4.1设施的提供和维护Supplyandmaintenanceoffacilities工厂人员出入口门（包括进入车间的玻璃门、进入办公室的玻璃门、工程部出入口门等）应密封良好并保持关闭；Allpersonnelaccessdoorsoftheplant(includingglassdoorsoftheworkshop,glassdoorsoftheofficearea,andaccessdoorsoftheEngineeringDept.)shallbesealedupproperlyandremainclosed;仓库出入货门开启时应同时开启风幕机，没有货物出入时保持关闭；Thecargoaccessdoorofthewarehouseshallbeopenedwhiletheaircurtainmachineisstarted,andshallremainclosedwhennotinuse;加工车间入口安装黄色门帘，不得将门帘拉开；Ayellowcurtainshallbeprovidedattheentranceoftheprocessingshop,andshallnotbepulledopen;起草人审核人会签批准人PreparedbyReviewedbyCountersignedbyApprovedby分发：公司各部门经理CC:AllDepartmentManagersTGC-SSOP-082/3车间的窗户、通（排）风口应安装有防蚊虫铁纱网，办公室、更衣室的窗户应保持关闭；Thewindowsandvent(exhaust)portsoftheworkshopshallbeprovidedwithaninsect-proofwirescreen;thewindowsoftheofficesandthechangingroomsshallremainclosed;车间下水管道须装水封式地漏，排水沟须备有不锈钢护罩并在与外界相通的污水管道接口处安装铁纱网，工厂外围所有的井都应有井盖；Watersealtypesewersshallbeinstalledforthesewerpipesoftheworkshop;drainditchesshallbeprovidedwithastainlesssteelshield;sewerpipejointsconnectedtotheoutsideshallbeprovidedwithawiremesh,andallwellsintheperipheryshallbecovered;工厂垃圾收集点设有保护装置，以防垃圾直接暴露在外吸引虫鼠；Thewastecollectionsiteoftheplantshallbeprovidedwithaprotectivedevicetopreventexposedwastefromattractingratsandpests;按照灭虫公司建议，厂区内安装灭蝇灯、粘鼠胶、捕鼠笼、鼠饵盒等设施，详见附图《虫害控制设施平面图》。Flykillers,gluepaper,ratcagesandtrapboxesshallbeinstalledintheplantassuggestedbythepestcontrolcompany.SeetheattachedPlanofPestControlFacilitiesfordetails.4.2防治方法MethodsofPreventionandControl合理修剪工厂外围草丛、灌木丛等，以减少害虫的保护物；Trimtussocksandbushesproperlyintheperipheryoftheplanttoreducesheltersforpests;定期清理厂区垃圾，及时清除车间及外围地面的积水；Removewastefromtheplantarearegularly,andclearawayexcesssurfacewaterintheworkshopandtheperipheralareatimely;排水道清洁干净，减少吸引老鼠和其他害虫的杂物；Keepsewerpipesclean,andreducesubstancesthatmayattractratsandotherpests;4.2.4灭虫公司定期对工厂虫鼠害状况及相关设施进行检查和维护，频率为每两周一次。Thepestcontrolcompanyshallinspecttheratandpestconditionsintheplant,andmaintaintherelevantfacilitiesbiweekly.灭虫公司定期对车间、仓库、办公室及工厂外围进行药物杀虫处理，频率为每两周一次；灭虫公司作业人员必须经过培训，取得上岗证明。Thepestcontrolcompanyshallchemicallykillthepestsintheworkshop,warehouse,officeareaandperipherybiweekly;theoperatorsofthepestcontrolcompanymusthavebeentrainedandcertifiedfortheirjobs.纠正措施Correctiveactions5.1发现问题，及时采取措施补救。Takemeasuresforremedywheneveranyproblemisfound.附图AttachedCharts6.1《虫害控制设施平面图》PlanofPestControlFacilities7参考文件References7.1无NoneTGC-SSOP-083/38记录Records8.1灭虫公司服务 报告 软件系统测试报告下载sgs报告如何下载关于路面塌陷情况报告535n,sgs报告怎么下载竣工报告下载 和检查记录Servicereportandinspectionrecordsofthepestcontrolcompany8.6与灭虫公司签定的合同及灭虫公司资质证明Contractwiththepestcontrolcompanyanditscertificateofqualification8.7灭虫公司作业人员上岗证Certificatesforqualificationsofemployeesofthepestcontrolcompany9修改记录RevisionHistory修改日期版本号修改原因及内容ReviseDateVersionReasonsandcontentofrevision2010-01-2000更新公司LOGO及按IFS要求增加英文。ThecorporatelogowasupdatedandtheEnglishtextwasaddedasrequiredbyIFS.2011-12-05A01按要求更改文件格式。Thedocumentformatwaschangedasrequired.2011-12-27A02增加英文。DocumentwastranslatedintoEnglish.
