国民经济核算
NATIONAL ACCOUNTS
简要说明
一、本篇包括国民经济核算资料等内容。
二、居民消费水平是按人口平均计算的居民消费额，它综合反映一个国家(或地区)人民物质文化生活水平。
三、国民经济核算资料主要包括国内生产总值表、资金流量表、资产负债综合表。
四、有关“指数”部分分为“以上年为100的指数”和“以1978年为100的指数”两个方面，“以上年为100的指数”表中2000年以前(含2000年)的数据是按1990年价格计算的，2000-2005年的数据是按2000年价格计算的，2005年以后的数据是按2005年价格计算的；“以1978年为100的指数”是以1978年为基数，每年指数相乘得到的。
五、市级人均GDP为按年平均常住人口测算，县（市）人均GDP为按年均户籍人口测算。
Brief Introduction
I. This chapter covers Data on national accounts.
II. Consumption level of residents is average consumption value by population, and reflects people's standard of material and culture life in a country (region).
III. Statistics on national accounts include mainly gross domestic product table, flow of fund table, assets and liability table and input-output table.
IV. Indices include two parts: one is “the preceding year=100” and the other is “Year 1978=100”. Data in the tables that “the preceding year=100” are calculated at the fixed prices of 1990 before 2000 (including 2000) data in the years from 2000 to 2005 are calculated at the fixed price of 2000 and data are calculated at the fixed price of 2005 after 2005. Data in the tables that “Year 1978=100” are all obtained by the multiplied index each year based on 1978.
Ⅴ. Municipal GDP per capital is calculated by the annual average resident population. Country (Municipal) GDP per capital is calculated by the annual household populations.
