This Standard will be issued to all participating contractors for full compliance. Any exceptions shall be referred back to the NCPP Integrated Project Management Team (IPMT) for review and evaluation. Where practical savings may be made, along with ease of use, by using off-the-shelf equipment that may require replacement before this period of time, then this shall be advised and approved by NCPP.
