Abstract:Theprefabcarrierwerepreparedwithpurifierdiatomiteasthemainmaterial,whichisfitforvanadiumcatalystwith
impregnating.ItwasstudiedthatthedosageofassistantcomponentandbakingconditionsinfluenceOilmechanicalstrengthandab—
sorbencyofcarrier.MicrofinestrastructurewascharacterizedbyZXF-4self-adsorptiveapparatus.Theresultsshowthattheinfluence
trendofmainfactor0nbothisopposite.Itoughtstoattainreasonablevalueinmechanicalstrengthandabsorbency.Thefeasibletech—
nicsparameteris12,16K2SG,3,
9sulphurandtherestisdiatomite,bakingtemperaturewithin850~900?andconstanl
temperaturetime45~60min.Thecarrierhaveseemlymicrofinestrastructure,anditissatisfiablecommendablyforVzO5particlesen—
teringanddispersinginthefinestraofcarrier.
