跨境物流信息术语解释 系统操作信息 Operating Information 操作信息表示运输商还没有收到包裹;或者是运输商已收到包裹,但包裹还未被发出。大多数情况下,操作信息只是预上网信息,说明运输商已经收到包裹信息,但实际并未收到包裹;如果包裹状态长时间未更新,请直接联系卖家确认包裹是否实际发出。 常见的包裹预上网信息: Accepted/Mailed:已收件 Pre-advised:包裹信息预上网 Pre-advice Received Pre-registered/Pre-registrado:包裹信息已登记 Info-received Electronic notification of shipment:装运电子通知,包裹开始打包运送 Electronic Notification Received Item is announced data centre, Order information has been transmitted to:包裹信息已发送至运输商 The item information was created by the seller Parcel Data Received Post received the information The item information was created by the seller Shipping information received Notification of shipment confirmation Received notice that the originating post is preparing to dispatch this mail piece Your parcel will be with us soon 常见的包裹接收信息: Item received by courier/Acceptance/Posted:运输商已接收包裹 The Item is at the shippers warehouse:包裹已到达仓库 Received from Customer Posted at origin Posting/Collection:包裹已收集 Picked up/Collected Arrived origin post office:到达发件局 Insert item into bag:包裹打包 Item posted Processed at the sorting center Origin Post is preparing shipment Item is ready for transport Item received for processing Item is at the shipper’s warehouse 离开原发件国信息 Departure Information 运输商收到包裹后将包裹处理分拣发出;邮政包裹的运输时长通常取决于运输商的分布网络,海关检查,航班安排等等;因此,邮政包裹的运输时长相对较久,物流信息状态更新缓慢,建议收件人耐心等待,必要时直接联系卖家求助。以下列举一些常见的包裹离开信息,表示包裹已从发件地区/国家发出,但还未到达目的地。 Send item abroad (EDI-received):表明包裹已经发出,其物流信息已经同步到目的地的邮政 系统,因此目的地的查询系统也能查到该包裹的跟踪信息 Send item abroad (export):已出口 Departure to country of destination:发往目的地 On transport to the country of destination Departure from outward office of exchange Departure scan:离开 being processed for departure Arrival at export hub En route to the destination country Otb:已离开发件地区/国家 Dispatched to overseas:发往海外 International departure Guangzhou Terminal, left hand navigation:广州航站,离开交航 Shanghai Pudong, left:上海浦东,离开 Shanghai Pudong, left hand navigation:上海浦东,离开交航 Item sent abroad 到达目的地国家信息 Arrival Information 包裹到达目的地后,物流信息会更新类似以下列出的到达信息。这种情况下,建议收件人直接联系当地的运输商,咨询详细的物流信息或者协商包裹派送时间。 Arrival Scan:包裹到达扫描 Import:进口 Incoming mail Inb:已到达目的地地区/国家 The item has been processed in the country of destination:目的地国家已经处理该包裹Import of international mail Arrival from abroad Inbound item forwarded to delivery Post Arrived in the destination country Arrived at overseas:到达海外;这不表示包裹已经到达目的地地区/国家,很有可能只是到达中转国 海关信息 Customs Information 海关检查是国际运输中至关重要的一个步骤。通常情况下,包裹到达目的地地区/国家后,需要经过海关审查这一过程。如果包裹状态长时间未更新,收件人可以联系卖家获取海关需要的文件信息,或者联系当地的海关协助清关。需要注意寄往部分欧洲国家的包裹,如果物流信息上显示包裹被扣关了,收件人需要联系卖家提供相应的发票或者包裹描述;同时,如果包裹长时间未被认领,包裹将被销毁,请注意认领期限。以下列举一些常见的海关信息: Inbound Into customs:送至海关 Clearance event:海关清关 Handed to customs Held by customs Submission to customs authorities The item is pending customs inspection at the destination Customs Clearing.
