本规程适用于房屋和一般构筑物的混凝土结构加固修复设计、施工和验收;铁路工程、公路工程、港口工程和水利水电等工程混凝土结构的加固修复及砌体结构、木结构加固修复中的共性技术问题，可参照本规程的有关规定执行。 1.0.3 采用粘贴碳纤维片材加固修复混凝土结构的设计、施工及验收，除应符合本规程的规定外，尚应遵守国家现行有关标准和规范的规定。 1.0.4 采用粘贴碳纤维片材加固修复的混凝土结构，长期使用环境温度不应高于60?.对处于特殊环境(腐蚀、放射、高温等)下的混凝土结构采用碳纤维片材进行加固修复时，还应遵守相应的国家现行有关标准和规范的规定，并应采取相应的防护措施。 1.0.5 采用碳纤维片材加固修复混凝土结构前，应按照国家现行有关标准和规范对原有结构进行检测鉴定或评估。 1.0.6 采用粘贴碳纤维片材加固修复混凝土结构时，应由对该加固修复方法有经验的设计人员进行设计，并应由专业施工队伍进行施工。 2.1术语 2.1.1 碳纤维片材 ( Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer Laminate)碳纤维布和碳纤维板的总称。 2.1.2碳纤维布 (Carbon Fiber Sheet)碳纤维布为连续碳纤维单向或多向排列、未经树脂浸渍的布状碳纤维制品。 2.1.3碳纤维板 (Carbon Fiber Plate)碳纤维板为连续碳纤维单向或多向排列、并经树脂浸溃固化的板状碳纤维制品。 2.1.4 底层树脂 (Primer)用于基底处理的树脂。 2.1.5找平材料 (Putty Fillers)用于对加固构件表面进行找干处理的材料。 2.1.6漫溃树脂 ( Saturating Resin)用于粘贴井浸透碳纤维布的树脂。 2.1.7粘结树脂 (Adhesives) 用于粘贴碳纤维板的树脂。 3 材 料 3.1 材料种类及一般要求 3.1.1 采用粘贴碳纤维片材对混凝土结构进行加固修复时，应使用碳纤维片材、配套树脂类粘结材料及表面防护材料( 3.1.2 加固修复用材料应具有产品合格证和质检部门的产品性能检测报告:碳纤维片材及配套树脂类粘结材料应具有符合本规程第3.3节规定的物理力学性能指标:配套树脂类粘结材料还应提供耐久性能指标及施工和使用环境要求。 3.1.3 混凝上、钢筋及其它材料的有关设计指标应按国家现行有关标准和规范采用。 3.1.4 本规程所列碳纤维片材的性能指标是对单向碳纤维片材的要求，双向或多向碳纤维片材的指标要求可以参照执行。 3.2碳纤维片材 3.2.1碳纤维布的抗拉强度应按纤维的净截面积计算，净截面积取碳纤维布的计算厚度乘以宽度，碳纤维布的计算厚度为碳纤维布的单位面积质量除以碳纤维密度;坦纤维板的性能指标应按板的截面(含树脂)面积计算，截面(含树脂)面积取实测厚度乘以宽度。 3.2.2碳纤维片材的主要力学性能指标要求 性能 碳纤维布 碳纤维板 抗拉强度标准值f ?3000MPa ?2000MPa cfk 55弹性模量E ?2.1×10MPa ?1.4×10MPa cf 伸长率 ?1.4, ?1.4, 3.2.3碳纤维片材的主要力学性能只要参照GB/T 3354-1999《定向纤维增强塑料拉伸性能试验方法》测定。 223.2.4单层纤维布单位面积碳纤维质量不宜低于150g/m;不宜高于450 g/m，在施工质量有 2可靠保证时，单层碳纤维布单位面积碳纤维质量可提高到600 g/m。 3.2.5碳纤维板的厚度不宜大于2.0mm,宽度不宜大于200mm，纤维体积不宜小于60,。 3.3配套树脂类粘结材料 3.3.1采用探险为片材对混凝土结构进行加固修复时，应采用配套底层树脂、找平材料、浸渍树脂和粘结树脂。 3.2.2配套树脂类粘结材料的主要性能指标应满足下列表中的要求: 表3.3.2-1底层树脂性能指标 性 能 性能指标要求 试验方法 正拉粘结强度 3.3.3配套树脂类粘结材料应按附录A进行粘结性能实验，要求正拉粘结强度不小于2.5MPa,且不小于被加固混凝土抗拉强度标准值f。配套树脂类粘结材料应参照GB/T14522-93《机tk 械工业产品用塑料、涂料、橡胶材料人工气候加速实验方法》规定的环境条件进行耐久性检验，经2000小时的加速老化后，按附录A进行正拉粘结强度试验，要求粘结强度不明显降低。 3.4表面防护材料 3.4.1对已加固修复完的结构表面应进行防护处理，表面防护材料应与浸渍树脂或粘结树脂可靠粘结。 3.4.2选用的防火材料及其处理方法应使加固后建筑物达到要求的防火等级。 3.4.3当被加固结构处于其它特殊环境时，应根据具体情况选择有效的防护材料。 5.1.1 粘贴碳纤维片材加固修复混凝土结构应由热悉该技术施工工艺的专业施]完成，井应有加固修复 方案 气瓶 现场处置方案 .pdf气瓶 现场处置方案 .doc见习基地管理方案.doc关于群访事件的化解方案建筑工地扬尘治理专项方案下载 和施工技术措施。 5.1.2 施工必须遵循下列工序进行; (1) 施工准备 (2) 混凝土表面处理; (3) 配制并涂刷底层树脂: (4) 配制找平材料并对不平整处修复处: (5) 配制并涂刷浸渍树脂或粘贴树脂; (6) 粘贴碳纤维片材: (7) 表面防护。 5.1.3 施工宜在5?以上环境温度条件下进行，并应符合配套树脂的施工使用温度环境温度低于5?时，应使用适用于低温环境的配套树脂或采用升温处理措施。 5.1.4 施工时应考虑环境湿度对树脂固化的不利影响。 5.1.5 在表面处理和粘贴碳纤维片材前，应按加固设计部位放线定位。 5.1.6 树脂配制时应按产品使用说明中规定的配比称量置于容20中，用搅拌器均匀搅拌至色泽均匀。搅拌用容器内及搅拌器上不得有油污及杂质.应根据现场实际环境温度决定树脂 的每次拌合量，并按使用要求严格控制使用时间。 5.2 施工准备 5.2.1 应认真阅读设计施工图。 5.2.2 应根据施工现场和被加固构件混凝土的实际状况，拟定施工方案和施工 计划 项目进度计划表范例计划下载计划下载计划下载课程教学计划下载 。 5.2.3 应对所使用的碳纤维片材、配套树脂、机具等作好施工前的准备工作. 5.3 表面处理 5.3.1 应清除被加固构件表面的剥落、疏松、蜂窝、腐蚀等劣化混凝土，露出混凝土结构层，并用修复材料将表面修复平整。 5.3.2 应按设计要求对裂缝进行灌缝或封闭处理。 5.3.3 被粘贴混凝土表面应打窘平整，除去表层浮浆、油污等杂质，直至完全露出混凝土结构新面.转角粘贴处要进行导角处理井打磨成圆弧状，圆弧半径不应小于20mm。 5.3.4 混凝土表面应清理干净并保持干燥. 5.4 涂刷底层树脂 5.4.1 应按产品供应商提供的工艺规定配制底层树脂。 5.4.2 应用滚筒刷将底层树脂均匀涂抹于混凝土表面。应在树脂表面指触于燥后立即进行下一步工序施工。 5.5 找平处理 5.5.1 应技产品供应商提供的工艺规定配制找平材料。 5.5 2 应对混凝土表面凹陷部位用找干材料填补平整，且不应有楞角。 5.5.3 转角处应用找平材料修复为光滑的圆弧，半径应不小于20mm。 5.5.4 应在找平材料表面指触干燥后立即进行下一步工序施工。 5.6 粘贴碳纤维片材 5.6.1 粘贴碳纤维布应符合下列要求: (1) 按设计要求的尺寸裁剪碳纤维布: (2) 应按产品供应商提供的工艺规定配制漫渍树脂并均匀涂抹于所要粘贴的部位; (3) 用专用的滚筒顺纤维方向多次滚压，挤除气泡，使浸渍树脂充分浸透碳纤维布.滚压时不得损伤碳纤维布; (4) 多层粘贴重复上述步骤，应在纤维表面浸渍树脂指触干燥后立即进行下一层的粘贴; (5) 在最后一层碳纤维布的表面均匀涂抹浸渍树脂。 5.6.2 应按下列步骤粘贴碳纤维板， (1) 应按设计要求的尺寸裁剪碳纤维板，按产品供应商提供的工艺规定配制粘结树脂; (2) 将碳纤维板表面擦拭干净至无粉尘。如需粘贴两层时，对底层碳纤维板两面均应擦拭干净: (3) 擦拭干净的碳纤维板应立即涂刷粘结树脂，胶层应呈突起状，平均厚度不小于2mm: (4) 将涂有粘结树脂的碳纤维板用手轻压贴于需粘贴的位置。用橡皮滚筒顺纤维方向均匀平稳压实，使树脂从两边溢出，保证密实无空洞.当平行粘贴多条碳纤维板时，两板之间空隙应不小于5mm; (5) 需粘贴两层碳纤维板时，应连续粘贴。如不能立即粘贴，再开始粘贴前应对底层碳纤维板重新做好清洁工作。 5.7 表面防护 5.7.1 当需要做表面防护时，应按有关规范的规定处理，并保证防护材料与碳纤维片材之间有可靠的粘结。 5.8 施工安全及注意事项 5.8.1 碳纤维片材为导电材料，施工碳纤维片材时应远离电气设备及电源，或采取可靠的防护措施。 5.8.2 施工过程中应避免碳纤维片材的弯折。 5.8.3 碳纤维片材配套树脂的原料应密封储存，远离火源，避免阳光直接照射。 5.8.4 树脂的配制和使用场所，应保持通风良好。 5.8.5 现场施工人员应采取相应的劳动保护措施。 6 检验与验收 6.0.1 在开始施工之前，应确认碳纤维片材及配套树脂类粘结材料的产品合格证，产品质量出厂检验报告，各项性能指标应符合本规程第3.1节、第3.2节、第3.3节规定的要求。 6.0.2 采用碳纤维片材及配套树脂类粘结材料对混凝土结构进行加固修复时，应严格按本规程第5章有关条款进行各工序隐蔽工程检验与验收。如施工质量不能满足本规程第5章有关条款要求时，应立即采取补救措施或返工。 6.0.3 碳纤维片材实际粘贴面积应不少于设计量，位置偏差应不大于l0mm。 6.0.4 碳纤维片材与混凝土之间的粘结质量可用小锤轻轻敲击或手压碳纤维片材表面的方 2法来检查，总有效粘结面积不应低于95,.当碳纤维布的空鼓面积小于10,000mm时，可采 2用针管注胶的方式进行补救.空鼓面积大于10,000mm时，宜将空鼓处的碳纤维片材切除，重新搭接贴上等量的碳纤维片材，搭接长度应不小于l00m。 6.0.5 必要时应按附录月方法对施工质量进行现场检验。 6.0.6 必要时可对碳纤维片材和配套树脂类粘结材料进行现场取样检验。 碳纤维片材加固修复混凝土结构技术规程 条文说明 1 总 则 1.0.1 本条指出制定本规程的目的和要求，井提出了碳纤维片材加固修复混凝土结构必须遵循的原则。 碳纤维片材加固修复混凝土结构技术是一项新型的应用外粘高性能复合材料加固结构的技术，目前国内对碳纤维片材加固修复混凝土结构新技术的理论和试验研究成果已比较多，设计与施工水平正逐步提高，加固修复工程量也迅速增加.制定本规程，是为了在确保碳纤维片材加固工程质量的前提下.大力发展该项新技术，获得更好的经济效益和社会效益，井使该新技术在混凝土结构加固领域中的应用规范化。 1.0.2 本规程适用的范围是碳纤维片材加固修复房屋和一般构筑物的混凝土结构的设计、施工和验收.混凝土结构因设计失误、施工错误，材料质量不符合要求、结构荷载的增加、使用功能的改变和因遭受火灾、水灾、风灾及地震等灾害使结构和构件遭到损坏均可采用碳纤维片材加固修复新技术来进行加固处理.对于铁路工程、公路工程、港口工程和水利水电工程的混凝土结构用碳纤维片材进行加固也是可行的;同时，国内外研究和工程经验表明，对砌体结构，水结构也可以采用碳纤维片材进行加固，但应结合结构具体情况参照本规程的规定执行。 1.0.3 在执行本规程的同时，尚应配合使用和遵守现行国家标准，规范.如《混凝土结构设计规范》等。 1.0.4 本规程规定的结构长期使用温度不高于60?，是常温固化树脂类粘结材料的要求，同时也是因为一般混凝土结构使用温度是低于此温度的.当采用与碳纤维片材相配套的高温 固化树脂类粘结材料，且有可靠依据时，可不受此规定限制.“特殊环境(腐蚀，放射、高温等)下的混凝土结构采用碳纤维片材进行加固修复时，还应遵守相应的国家现行有关标准和规范的规定，并采取必要的防护措施.”是指在碳纤维片材加固修复完成后，仍应按照国家现行有关(特殊环境的)标准和规范的相应规定进行防护处理。 1.0.5 碳纤维片材加固修复混凝土结构前，应进行结构检测鉴定或评估.我国已编制了 (工业厂房可靠性鉴定标准》和(民用建筑可靠性鉴定标准，等标准，通过枪测鉴定评定结构及其构件的可靠性程度，为碳纤维片材加固修复混凝土结构设计和施工提供基本依据. 1.0.6 由于碳纤维片材加固修复混凝土结构技术为一项新型结构加固技术，具有不同于其它加固方法的特殊性，应由对碳纤维复合材料性质及加固设计有经验的专业设计人员进行设计，也应由熟悉该技术的专业施工队伍进行施工，以保证该技术的有效实施。如果由不了解碳纤维复合材料性质及其设计、施工特殊性的人员进行设计、施工，容易造成加固修复设计和施工的失误，导致该技术发展过程中出现倒退，影响该项新技术的健康发展. 3 材料 3.1 材料种类及一船要求 3.1.1 本条指出粘贴碳纤维片材加固方法所采用的材料种类，特别指出粘结材料应为与碳纤维片材相配套的产品，原则上应有试验资料证明粘结材料与配套碳纤维片材的粘结效果，这是为了避免因粘结材料与碳纤维片材不配套而造成加固效果降低或加固失效。 3.1.2 本条为加固修复用材料的一般要求，碳纤维片材和配套粘结材料各自产品的性能必须符合本条的规定才能作为混凝土结构加固修复用材料。使用不符合本条规定的产品进行结构加固修复会导致加固失效甚至造成严重事故。 3.1.3 由于目前在加固工程中大量使用的是单向碳纤维片材，故本规程列出了对单向碳纤维片材的性能指标要求，因为对各种加固修复用碳纤维片材的基本性能要求是一致的，对于双向或多向碳纤维片材的性能指标要求并末列出，可以参照单向碳纤维片材的指标执行，本规程中不再一一列举。 3.2碳纤维片材 3.2.1本规程仅针对碳纤维布和碳纤维板两种制品形式，统称为碳纤维片材。 碳纤维布的计算厚度为理论计算值，而不是碳纤维布的实测厚度，因为碳纤维布质地柔软，实测厚度离散性很大:碳纤维板的截面积指含树脂板材的实测截面面积.碳纤维板产品应该说明纤维的体积含量.常用碳纤维布的单位面积碳纤维质量、截面面积及计算厚度见表C3.2.1 C3.2.1 常用碳纤维布的单位面积质量，截面积及计算厚度 密度 单位宽度的截面积 厚度 纤维单位面积质量 2w(g/ m) 32(g,mm) 碳纤维材料具有高强度、高弹性模量、重量轻及耐腐蚀性好等特点.目前在混凝土结构加固中，一般情况下使用高强度型碳纤维片材，其抗拉强度是普通钢筋的10倍左右，弹性模量略高于普通钢筋的弹性模量。另外，碳纤维没有类似钢筋的屈服点，在达到极限抗拉强度之前应力应变关系为线弹性，其应力应变关系见图3.2.2.本规程的规定均以高强度型碳纤维片材为对象，当使用其它类型的碳纤维片材时，应有可靠依据。 3.2.4 试验研究和工程经验证明，单层碳纤维布的单位面积碳纤维质量越大，施工时浸 图3.2.2 碳纤维片材应力一应变关系 渍树脂越不容易完全浸透，施工质量越难以保证.本规程所说碳纤维质量是指碳纤维的净质量，不包括固定碳纤维所用的纬线和预浸所用的树脂质量在内。 3.2.5 碳纤维板过厚或过宽，施工质量均较难以保证，所以在设计和施工时，都应尽量使用宽度较小的碳纤维板.材料研究表明碳纤维板中碳纤维体积含量在60%~70,时性能最好，故本规程建议碳纤维板中纤维体积含量不宜低于60,。 3.3 配套树脂类粘结材料 3.3.1 底层树脂的作用是增强混凝土表层，提高混凝土与找干材料或粘结树脂界面粘结强度.找平材料的作用是填充混凝土表面的空洞、裂隙等，使加固表面平整度符合规定要求，并与底层树脂及浸渍树脂具有可靠的粘结强度，形成粘结体系，当混凝土表面干整度满足要求时，可以尽量减少找平材料的用量。漫渍树脂是粘贴碳纤维布的主要粘结材料，其作用是使碳纤维布与混凝土得到充分的粘结，使其共同承受结构的作用。粘结树脂为粘贴碳纤维板的主要粘结材料(本条仍然强调必须使用与碳纤维片材相配套的粘结材料。 3.3.2 粘结材料的性质必须满足本规程的有关要求，因为粘结材料的性质与粘结质量和加固效果密切相关，粘结材料的性质达不到要求，会导致加固的效果降低，甚至加固失效。 3.3.3 粘结材料与混凝土的粘结强度是两者之间粘结性能的基本反映，可以用正拉粘结强度来衰达，研究结果表明以正拉粘结强度为检测标准是因为正拉粘结强度与其它受力状态下的粘结强度具有很好的相关关系，实测数据离散性小，且测试方便(按规定的环境条件进行老化试验2,000小时后的正拉粘结强度降低不超过10,时，认为降低不明显。 3.4裹面防护材料 3.4.1 表面防护的作用是保护加固修复结构的碳纤维片材及树脂免受外界不利环境的侵害，如紫外线照射、火灾等。表面防护材料的选择可以按国家现行标准和规范的规定执行(需要指出的是碳纤维片材是作为加固修复材料使用的，不能当作防护材料使用，当被加固混凝土结构本身有防护要求时，采用碳纤维片材加固修复后也应采取相应的防护措施，同时必须保证防护材料与漫溃树脂或粘结树脂粘结可靠，变形协调。 3.4.2 本条专门强调对于有防火要求的建筑物，必须按照要求选择防火材料并进行防护处理，保证加固后建筑物能够达到有关防火规范规定的防火等级。 3.4.3 当被加固结构本身需要按使用环境条件采取规定的防护措施时，加固后同样应按照相应的国家标准和规范的规定执行。 4 设计与构造 4.1 设计基本原则与一般规定 4.1.1 碳纤维片材不能设计为承受压应力，但在反复荷载下碳纤维片材在经受一定的压应力作用后，仍可承受拉应力作用。 碳纤维片材应采用配套树脂类粘结材料粘贴于构件表面，在构件受力过程中应与构件保持变形协调，应采取措施保证不发生粘贴面的过早剥离而导致加固效果显著降低.本规程中的设计计算方法均是基于这一前提建立的。 4.1.2 到目前为止，碳纤维片材在混凝土结构受弯构件的受弯加固、受剪加固和柱的抗震加固中研究和应用最多，相应计算理论也较为成熟，故本规程暂列出这三种加固方法的有关设计计算方法和构造规定。受弯加固是指为提高受弯构件正截面承载力而进行的加固;受剪加固是指为提高受弯构件斜截面承载力而进行的加固;抗震加固是指为提高构件的抗震性能而进行的加固.在受弯加固时，应使碳纤维片材的纤维方向与受拉区的拉应力方向一致;在受剪加固时，应使碳纤维片材的纤维方向与混凝土中主拉应力方向一致，但为了施工方便，建议采用纤维方向与构件纵轴垂直的方法进行加固;抗震加固时，应使碳纤维布封闭缠绕在柱上，可以较好地提高抗震性能.除此以外，碳纤维片材也可沿构件轴向粘贴用于受拉构件的加固、沿环向粘贴用于轴心受压构件的加固.在受弯加固时，也可采用对碳纤维片材施加预应力的方法以提高加固效果.碳纤维片材也可用于剪力墙，以及壳体、筒仓，烟囱等特种结构的加固.这些加固方法虽有研究表明是有效的，但相应计算理论和方法的研究尚不充分，应用也较少，故目前暂未列入本规程.实际应用中，当有可靠依据时，可采用这种加固方法。 4.1.3 本规程以房屋建筑和一般构筑物的钢筋混凝土的加固为主，主要按《建筑结构设计统一标准》以概率理论为基础的极限状态设计法确定有关加固计算方法，使其与结构设计规范协调。
