2 - 哈尔滨广厦学院 毕业论文(设计)工作管理办法 毕业论文(设计)是培养学生综合运用所学基础理论、专业知识和专业技能分析、解决实际问题能力的重要教学环节，是培养和发展学生自学能力和创新能力的重要过程，是检验考核学生是否达到培养目标的重要方式，也是衡量毕业生质量和评测教学质量的重要指标。为进一步加强毕业论文(设计)管理工作，切实提高毕业论文(设计)质量，特制定本科毕业论文(设计)管理办法。专科毕业论文(设计)或实习报告可参照此办法执行。 一、 毕业论文(设计)管理与职责分工 (一)教务科研处 教务科研处对毕业论文(设计)实行宏观管理，包括课题参审、经费审核、主持毕业论文(设计)工作的检查、答辩委员会成员的资格审查、答辩成绩管理、优秀毕业论文(设计)存档、毕业论文(设计)资料的统一印制等。 (二)教学系(专业) 全面负责毕业论文(设计)的组织、实施及总结，指导教师及学生的管理与考评，主持毕业答辩与成绩审核，优秀毕业论文(设计)评选、上报等。重点抓好开题审查、中期进度检查和验收检查。 (三)指导教师 1.原则上毕业论文(设计)指导教师应由具有讲师以上职称的教师担任。如情况特殊，也可由助教辅助副教授以上职称的教师担任指导教师。每位指导教师指导学生人数一般6-10人为宜。 2.各系以专业教研室为单位，按学院规定组织学生撰写《毕业论文(设计)任务书》(见附件3)，经系主任签字后生效。指导教师要以面授或电子邮件等方式经常与学生沟通毕业论文(设计)的撰写情况，认真指导学生做好《毕业论文(设计)开题报告》(见附件4);在论文写作过程中，解决学生提出的问题与困难，认真记载《毕业论文(设计)指导记录表》(见附件6);做好中期检查与后期验收，认真填写《毕业论文(设计)中期检查表》(见附件5)。 3.对学生毕业论文(设计)成绩评定提出初步意见，最终综合评阅教师意见和 - 3 - 答辩委员会意见，确定学生毕业论文(设计)总成绩。 4.指导毕业论文(设计)期间，教师外出不得超过一个月，外出时应委托其他教师指导。 5.需要在企业或校外其它单位进行的毕业论文(设计)，可聘请该单位具有中级以上技术职称的技术人员参加指导工作，但学校必须派教师参加立题、检查和答辩，确保论文质量。 (四)学生 1.毕业论文(设计)撰写，必须符合《哈尔滨广厦学院毕业论文(设计)撰写规范》要求，否则不能取得参加答辩的资格。 2.严格按照毕业论文任务书中规定的撰写要求和进度安排，独立地、保质保量地完成毕业论文(设计)的撰写工作，不得弄虚作假或抄袭、拷贝他人的成果，否则毕业论文(设计)成绩按不及格处理。 3.尊重指导教师，虚心向指导教师请教，接受指导教师的指导和检查。 4.按照学院规定的返校时间回校接受指导教师面授指导，如因特殊情况不能及时返校，需向指导教师请假，经系主任批准后可采取网络沟通等方式接受教师 的指导与检查。 5.毕业论文撰写或设计期间，需要使用学院或所在实习单位的仪器设备时，要爱护仪器设备，节约材料，严格遵守操作规程及有关部门的规定。 二、毕业论文(设计)的要求 (一)选题 1.文科、经管类选题应根据所学专业特点，体现服务于地方经济，结合社会经济发展和企业管理的实际，具有一定的理论或现实意义，其难度要与学生所具有的基础理论、专业知识、技能相适应，工作量多少要与毕业论文(设计)的时间相匹配。理工类毕业论文(设计)选题应尽量从生产、科研和教学的实际中选定，其难度和工作量应适合学生的知识、能力和相应的实验条件。论文选题应尽量做到在某一方面有新意，且题目不能过大、过空。 2.毕业论文(设计)的内容应属于学生所学或相关专业范围，达到全面训练学生的目的。做工程设计的学生，在做设计期间应完成一个完整过程。完成一个大题目中某一部分的同学应对整个题目有全面的了解，数名学生同做一个题目时也 - 4 - 要各有侧重，反映出各自的水平。 (二)毕业论文(设计)的类型与内容要求 1.经管类和文科类专业的毕业论文 可以是理论性论文也可以是应用性论文。其论文形式不能是一些文献资料的简单堆砌，应是一个有内在联系的统一体;论点要正确，论据要充分;要有必要的数据资料及相应的分析;理论、观点、概念表达要准确、清晰;论文要有一定的新意。 2.理工类专业和经管类偏理工的专业的毕业论文(设计)可分为以下几种类型:工程设计、理论研究、实验研究、计算机软件、综合论文。 (1)工程设计类论文(电类) 学生要独立完成工程(或科研)项目中的全部或相对独立的局部设计、安装、调试工作，要有完整的系统电气原理图，或电气控制系统图。 (2)理论研究类论文 工科原则上不提倡理论研究型论文，对该类论文各教研室要严格把关，选题必须有一定实际意义。论文包括选题的目的、意义，本课题的现状和国内外的研究综述，从而提出问题、分析问题，提出 方案 气瓶 现场处置方案 .pdf气瓶 现场处置方案 .doc见习基地管理方案.doc关于群访事件的化解方案建筑工地扬尘治理专项方案下载 ，并进行建模、仿真和设计计算等。 3)实验研究类论文 ( 学生要独立完成一个完整的实验，取得足够的实验数据。实验要有探索性，而不是简单重复工作。论文应包括文献综述、实验数据、结果，讨论与结论等内容。 (4)计算机软件类论文 学生要独立完成一个应用软件或较大软件中的一个模块，要有足够的工作量，除写出论文之外还要写出软件使用说明书，说明书的格式参照工程设计型论文。 当毕业论文(设计)中涉及到有关电路方面的内容时，答辩前必须完成调试实验，要有完整的测试结果和给出各参数指标，并由答辩委员会验收;当涉及到有关计算机软件方面的内容时，在答辩前进行程序运行演示及给出运行结果，并由指导教师验收。 (5)综合类论文 - 5 - 综合类论文要求至少包括前四种类型论文中的三类内容。当有工程设计内容时，图纸工作量酌情减少，并要完成10000字以上的论文。 三、毕业论文(设计)进程 毕业论文(设计)工作须按以下程序进行:选题-开题-中期检查-结题验收-答辩-归档。 (一)选题(第七学期1-6周) 各系成立毕业论文工作领导小组全面负责本系毕业论文(设计)管理工作，领导小组由3名以上具有讲师以上职称的教师组成，其中至少有一名具有副高级以上职称，小组长一般由系主任兼任，小组的主要成员应参加答辩委员会。领导小组负责制定本系毕业论文(设计)工作 计划 项目进度计划表范例计划下载计划下载计划下载课程教学计划下载 ，安排聘任指导教师，指定专人(系主任或专业教研室主任)开设讲座，介绍当前学术动态，讲解如何撰写毕业论文(设计)。 各系以专业教研室为单位在毕业论文(设计)领导小组的领导下展开具体工作。首先，由指导教师根据专业方向拟定毕业论文(设计)参考题目，经教研室集体讨论，报系主任审定。其次，将开列参考题目下达给学生，遵循一人一题的原则组织学生选题。再次，各专业教研室根据学生初步选题，确定与选题方向相符的教师担任指导教师。最后，由指导教师与学生充分研究确定毕业论文(设计)最终题目。学生也可以自拟题目，但须经系主任审定，避免出现重复选题。各系填写本系《毕业论文(设计)题目及指导老师一览表》，报教务科研处。 (二)开题(第七学期7-12周) 学生在充分调研、理解毕业论文(设计)目的的基础上开题，由指导教师指导学生搜集相关资料，提交文献综述，撰写论文提纲，完成《毕业论文(设计)任务书》和《毕业论文(设计)开题报告》，《毕业论文(设计)任务书》中“毕业论文进度安排”一项由各系统一制定。 系内组织开题检查，主要检查学生是否己充分理解了课题的内容和要求;学生的工作计划是否切实可行;是否具备课题所要求的条件。学生经开题检查后，方可进入毕业论文(设计)工作。开题检查不合格者，必须在本学期内重做。 (三)中期检查(第八学期5-8周) 至中期检查前，指导教师应严格履行职责，认真指导学生撰写毕业论文(设 - 6 - 计)，定期检查学生的工作进度和工作质量，及时解答和处理学生提出的问题，认真填写《毕业论文(设计)指导记录》。学生应向导师及时汇报工作进度和工作质量，指导老师进行 评价 LEC评价法下载LEC评价法下载评价量规免费下载学院评价表文档下载学院评价表文档下载 ，对达不到要求的学生给予批评并督促其改正，直至完成初稿撰写。 第八学期5-6周，系内统一组织中期检查，填写《毕业论文(设计)中期检查表》，检查学生是否按计划完成规定工作，所遇到的困难能否克服;学生在设计工作期间的表现;指导教师是否负责。第八学期7-8周，学院统一抽查各系毕业论文中期检查执行情况。 (四)结题验收(第八学期12-13周) 各系自行规定学生返校时间，由指导教师与学生面对面指导，反复沟通、修改毕业论文(设计)三遍以上直至定稿。系内统一组织结题验收，经管类、文科类结题验收在论文定稿前进行，检查要点为:论文的基本观点是否正确;论文所用的数据资料是否真实可靠。理工类结题验收在实验或设计工作完成后书写论文前进行，检查要点为:学生的设计图纸是否合格，实验数据是否完备可靠;在实习现场检查实验结果或实验演示操作或计算机程序实际运行结果。 学生上交毕业论文(设计)定稿电子文本，按《哈尔滨广厦学院毕业论文(设计)撰写规范》排版打印装订(一式多份，由各教学单位根据需要自行确定)，由指导教师给出评定成绩，并出具意见是否同意答辩。学生必须在答辩前一周，将毕业论文(设计)全部材料交答辩委员会。答辩委员会把材料转给评阅教师审阅，评阅教师给出评定成绩，并出具意见是否同意答辩。逾期不交者，不得参加该届毕业论文答辩。 (五)毕业论文(设计)答辩与成绩评定(15-16周) 1.答辩委员会由各系负责组建，由3-5名具有讲师以上职称的教师组成，答辩委员会主席应具有副高级以上职称，由各系指定秘书，完成答辩记录。答辩委员会成立后，将名单报教务科研处，聘请校外人员担任答辩委员会成员时应由系主任把关聘请，报教务科研处备案。答辩委员会职责包括:主持毕业论文(设计)答辩工作，确定答辩程序;听取学生答辩，提问、质疑、考评答辩学生;评议和给出成绩;总结答辩工作。 2.一个专业可分设几个答辩小组。学生答辩时要出示有关图表、数据或实物。 - 7 - 每个学生答辩时间为20-30分钟，包括陈述、答辩两个环节。答辩环节由答辩小组提出3-4个问题，质疑和考评的内容应侧重于有关的基础理论、专业理论与技术，重点是毕业论文或毕业设计的设计思想，关键技术的处理，方案评价，要特别重视设计、论文中的创新性和实用价值。答辩过程要有原始记录。 3.答辩小组根据学生答辩情况，给出答辩评语。答辩委员会以五级分给定成绩:优秀、良好、中等、及格、不及格。毕业论文(设计)成绩总体结构比例控制在优秀15%左右，良好35-40%，中等35-40%，及格10%左右，不及格视具体情况而定。 4.毕业论文(设计)成绩评定后，需经系主任按规定严格审核批准，答辩委员会负责填好每位学生的《毕业论文(设计) 成绩评定表》。教学秘书负责填好本系所有学生的毕业论文(设计)的成绩单，与优秀毕业论文(打印稿一份)一并，于答辩结束后两日内报教务科研处，成绩分布不合规定比例者，教务科研处不予验收。 5.对成绩较差或有异议的毕业论文(设计)，各系答辩委员会组织二次答辩。 (六)归档 各系认真做好毕业论文(设计)总结工作，由系主任撰写本系《毕业论文工 教务科研处存档，并将毕业论文工作相关材料整理作总结》于答辩结束一周内交 归档，统计指导老师工作量，报教务科研处。 1.毕业论文(设计)保存 (1)毕业论文(设计)统一装订后，由系(部)保存，保存期为三年。 (2)优秀毕业论文(设计)，交教务科研处一份统一保存，保存期为五年。 (3)其他毕业论文(设计)材料由教研室自行保存。 2.毕业论文(设计)经费 毕业论文(设计)经费，必须依据学院相关规定分配与使用，不得用于与毕业论文(设计)无关的开支。教务科研处有权对各系毕业论文(设计)经费的使用进行检查和监督。 四、院级优秀毕业论文(设计)、优秀论文(设计)指导教师的推荐与奖励 1.各系答辩委员会评定成绩后，从毕业论文(设计)中评定毕业生总人数的 - 8 - 15,评出系级优秀毕业论文(设计)，并向学院推荐3,的院级优秀毕业论文(设计)，填写《哈尔滨广厦学院优秀毕业论文(设计)申请表》报教务科研处，院学术委员会组织专家审核认定。 2. 每年各系评选出1-2名优秀毕业论文(设计)指导教师，颁发优秀毕业论文(设计)指导教师的荣誉证书，并记入教师业务档案。 - 9 - 哈尔滨广厦学院 本科毕业论文(设计)撰写规范 为了进一步规范我院本科生毕业论文的撰写工作，提高论文撰写质量与规范化水平，根据《哈尔滨广厦学院毕业论文(设计)管理办法》的要求，参照中国国家标准标准化管理委员会所发布的《科学技术报告、学位论文和学术论文的编写格式》等有关标准规定，结合我院人才培养目标，特制定《哈尔滨广厦学院本科毕业论文(设计)撰写规范》。专科毕业论文(实习报告)可参照此规范执行。指导教师应按此规范要求加强指导，严格把关。 毕业论文(设计)包括题目、中文摘要和关键词、英文摘要和关键词、目录、正文、致谢、参考文献和附录等几部分。 1.论文结构及要求 1.1题目 题目应该简短、明确、有概括性。读者通过标题，能大致了解文章的内容、专业的特点和学科的范畴。论文题目不超过25个字，不得使用标点符号，可分两行书写。标题中尽量不要用英文缩写词，必须采用时，应使用本行业通用缩写词。 1.2中英文摘要与关键词 1.2.1摘要 摘要是论文内容的简短陈述，应扼要叙述本论文的写作目的、主要内容和主要结论，文字要精炼，是一篇具有独立性和完整性的短文，重点阐述本论文的主要成果和结论性意见。摘要要用第三人称陈述，摘要中不加评论、补充和解释，不宜使用公式、图表，不标注引用文献编号，要避免将摘要写成目录式的内容介绍。 1.2.2关键词 关键词是供检索用的主题词条，应在摘要中出现，关键词应采用能覆盖论文主要内容的通用技术词条(参照相应的技术术语标准)，一般列3至5个，按词条的外延层次从大到小排列。 - 10 - 1.3目录 目录应独立成页，包括摘要、Abstract、正文全部章节条的三级标题、结论、致谢、参考文献、附录，及上述内容的页码，要求层次清晰，且要与正文标题一致。 1.4正文 论文正文包括:绪论、论文主体和结论。 1.4.1绪论 绪论一般作为第1章，加章号，绪论应综合说明论文的研究背景、研究目的和意义、国内外研究现状、研究方法等。 1.4.2论文主体 论文主体是论文的主要部分，要求结构合理，层次清晰，重点突出，文字通顺。 1.4.3结论 结论作为单独一章排列，但不加章号。结论是对整个论文主要成果的归纳，提出建议、研究设想、尚待解决的问题等。结论不是正文中各章小结的简单重复，应该准确、完整、明确、精炼，要突出设计(论文)的创新点。 1.5致谢 致谢是对导师和给予指导或协助完成论文工作的组织和个人表示感谢，内容应简洁明了、实事求是，避免俗套。 1.6参考文献 参考文献是论文中引用文献出处的目录表。它反映论文的取材来源、材料的广博程度。论文中引用的文献必须是学生本人真正阅读过，以近期(原则上为近5年)发表的与论文工作直接有关的学术期刊类文献为主。管理类、文科类毕业论文参考文献(学术期刊类)数量应不少于20篇，其中学术期刊类文献不少于18篇，外文文献不少于2篇;对理工类论文一般应不少于12篇，其中学术期刊类文献不少于8篇，外文文献不少于2篇。 在论文正文中必须有参考文献编号，参考文献的序号应按在正文中出现的顺 - 11 - 序排列。 1.7附录(视具体情况可选用) 有些不宜放在正文中，但有参考价值的内容(如外文文献复印件及中文译文、公式的推导、程序流程图、图纸、数据表格等)可编入论文的附录中。 2.书写及印装规定 2.1论文印装 毕业论文(设计)一律用A4纸打印，页面设置为上、下边距2.5cm，左边距3.0cm，右边距2.0cm。每行35字，每页38行。纵向排版，左侧装订。页眉、面脚各1.5cm。页眉内容为“哈尔滨广厦学院毕业论文(设计)”。页眉用宋体小五号字，下划线为双横线(上粗下细，1、1/2磅)与正文分隔，长度为贯穿左右边距。页码设在页面底端，居中，不设下划线，中英文摘要和目录用罗马数字Times New Roman字体小五号字单独编排，正文至附录用阿拉伯数字宋体小五号字编排。 毕业论文(设计)单面印刷装订，顺序为:封面、扉页、毕业论文(设计)任务书、毕业论文评语及成绩、中文摘要和关键词、英文摘要和关键词、目录、正文、致谢、参考文献和附录。封面、扉页、毕业论文(设计)任务书、毕业论文评语及成绩均采用教务科研处统一格式编写。 2.1论文字数 2.1.1本科生 经管类，要求论文正文字数不少于12000字;人文、外语、艺术专业不少于8000字(单词);理工类(包括工程设计型论文，科学实验型论文，软件开发型论文，理论研究型论文和综合型论文)，要求论文正文字数不少于10000字。摘要字数要求300-500字，结论字数要求400-600字。 2.1.2专科生 文管类，要求毕业论文或实习报告正文字数不少于8000字，外语专业不少于5000词。理工类(包括工程设计型论文，科学实验型论文，软件开发型论文，理论研究型论文和综合型论文)，要求论文正文字数不少于7000字。 - 12 - 2.2 摘要与关键词 中文摘要一般为300-500字，外文摘要应与中文摘要内容相同。摘要页勿需写出论文题目。中、英文摘要应各占一页，编排中文在前，英文在后。中文摘要，“摘要”两个为小二号黑体，其他为小四号宋体，“摘要”两个字之间空4个字符(两个字)的位置，摘要与关键词之间空一行。“关键词”三个字为小四号黑体后加冒号，各关键词为小四号宋体，各关键词之间用分号分开，另起行时与冒号后的第一个关键词对齐。英文摘要均为Times New Roman字体，“Abstract”为小二号字，其余均为小四号字，“Key words”加黑，Abstract与Key words之间空一行。 2.3目录 目录应包括论文中全部章节的标题及页码，含摘要、Abstract、绪论、正文章节条题目(均要求编写到第3级标题)、结论、致谢、参考文献和附录。“目录”两个字为小二号黑体，“目录”两个字之间空4个字符(两个字)的位置。摘要、Abstract、绪论、正文章一级标题、结论、致谢、参考文献和附录等一级标题为小四号黑体字，其他目录内容为小四号宋体字。 2.4论文正文 2.4.1章及各章标题 论文正文分章、节、条撰写，每章应另起一页。各章标题要突出重点、简明扼要。字数一般在15字以内，不得使用标点符号。标题中尽量不采用英文缩写词，对必须采用者，应使用本行业的通用缩写词。 2.4.2层次 层次以少为宜，根据实际需要选择(层次代号格式见表1和表2)，各层次题序及标题不得置于页面的最后一行(孤行)。 表1 文管类论文层次代号及说明 章 一、××××× 题序和标题用小二号黑体字、居中 节 (一)×××× 题序和标题用小三号黑体字、空两格书写 条 1.×××× 题序和标题用四号黑体字、空两格书写 款 (1)××××××××× 题序和标题用小四号黑体字、空两格书写 项 ?×××× 题序和标题用小四号宋体字、空两格书写 正文 ×××××××××××× 正文均为小四号宋体字，首行空两格 -
