Dear Editor,
I’m a student of Shanghai Jiaotong
University. I was very angry with the bad service of Xiuhua Bookstore.
I bought an English-English dictionary there yesterday. When I got home, I found that a few pages of the dictionary were missing. So I went back to the bookstore and asked for an exchange. To my surprise, when I showed her the dictionary and ask her to exchange it for a good one, the shop assistant was so impatient that she argued that it was my own responsibility and none of their business. And they refused my request. As a result, I was very disappointed.
We know that good service is very
important, but a lot of people have complained about bad service in shanghai.

image. Only when the foreign customers are satisfied with the service they receive can Shanghai maintain its good fame as a metropolis.
