Before entering the chicken coop chickens to control as much as possible to reduce the hens of carriers, through daily feeding and management of resistance 十、大毛巾拖水:采用洗车专用大毛巾拖干车身水珠。主要针对顶棚、前、后挡风玻璃、侧窗玻璃、引擎盖后箱盖等平面，目的为了节省时间。 十一、清洗脚垫(拖水后应即时拿出脚垫，不要妨碍下一程序的进行) 1、从左右两边取出脚垫。取脚垫时时双手拿起脚垫两端，不要把尘土洒落到车内，尽可能不移动座椅。 2、绒毛脚垫采用干洗。操作方式为:拍打-刷泥-拍打，喷剂-拭擦。 3、塑料、橡胶脚垫采用水洗并擦干。操作方式为:高压冲洗-拍打-毛巾擦干 十二、鹿皮擦车:为防止因擦车给漆面造成的损伤，或毛巾擦车掉毛影响漆面美观，擦车应采用鹿皮或半湿毛巾。 十二交车:为顾客开门，“欢迎下次再来” 实习小结:刚刚放假赶到无比兴奋，我回想了一下自己这半年的学习生活，虽然在学校学习啥也没有学到，但是感觉自己学会了许多，在大学这个相对自由的天地里，同学们都在努力的通过各种机会来磨砺和充实自己，希望能多学习一些东西对自己将来走进社会有所帮助。然而，大学只是一个沟通校园与社会的桥梁，是我们步入社会前继续充实自己知识的“深加工厂”。最终我们还是要面临社会和市场无情的竞争与淘汰，仅仅依靠校园里的知识是不够的。于是，我开始思考:怎样才能让自己在寒假这个短暂的时间里学到一些校园里学不到的东西，从而度过一个有意义的寒假。 经过了一番思考后，我把自己的想法告诉了父母:我要在昆明打工。由于考虑到自己各方面的实际情况(一没经验;二没学历;三时间有限)，决定去学习洗车，主要目的是体验和学习，以便尽早适应社会的工作环境。在得到父母的认同后，我决定第二天就出去找单位应聘。 实践前———行动 我把回家的车票退了，我揣着自己仅有的身份证和学生证，开始了我人生中的第一次求职。我走在大街上四处张望，终于看到了一则招聘启事，“洗车工包吃住”好就这样啦 第二天早上7:00我准时来到起床，起来就打扫卫生，一直都认为打扫卫生是个再简单不过的工作，家里的清洁工作我也只是偶尔做做，觉得没什么大不了的。可这次的清洁工作，让我改变了对清洁的看法。把办公室的卫生做完之后，我又去打扫贵宾休息区，打扫完准备休息。忽然想起了“细节决定成败”:既然我是出来锻炼的，就要得到老板的认同才行，而像我这样的清洁工作谁能做，怎样才能让我的工作更出色?就是更细致的清洁!从新审视了整个贵宾休息区，我发现自己之前的工作的确是不够彻底的:茶几下面也有不少灰尘。看到 “任务”还如此“艰巨”，我就脱去外套准备来大干一场，说句实话，在自己家里我还没这么勤快过呢，但为了工作我决定“牺牲”了，不觉间时间就已经过去了两个小时，看着被自己打扫的整洁一新的卫生间，忘记了酸痛的胳膊。虽然这件是并没有被老板注意到，但我自己却有了收获，那就是对“细节决定成败”更深层的理解:人与人之间在智力和体力上的差异并不是想象中的那么大，很多小事，一个人能做，另外一个人也能做，只是做出来的效果不一样，往往是一些细节上的工夫，决定着事情完成的质量。 实践中———体会: 1)第一次就被领班大骂一通，但是我知道他这是为我好我全神贯注的听着。 2)老板看我在擦车过程中有些不会，主动过来细心的指导我 3)老板叫我们谈谈各自的缺点和不足，共同找出相应的解决方法;(与同一个样哥和马学相处了一段时间，大家互相也有了一定的了解，通过谈自己的缺点来更加清楚的认识自己，改正缺点弥补不足，共同进步。) 4)学习《基本营销礼仪》;(接人待物处处都是学问，与人的沟通除了语言的表达外，最重要的就是肢体语言即礼仪，为了能给客户留下较好的服务印象，顺利开展接下来的工作。) 5)列举分析哲理小故事;(很多有趣的哲理小故事是启迪人生的金钥匙，工作中的不明白的很多事理都可以在这样的小故事中找到 答案 八年级地理上册填图题岩土工程勘察试题省略号的作用及举例应急救援安全知识车间5s试题及答案 。) 6)对自己近期学习情况的总结。(虽然从表面上看我似乎就是看了一些书，作了一些读书笔记，可我觉得我所收获到的远不只这些。首先，有规律的工作时间，让我在寒假依然能有正常的作息时间，而不是separating spaces.
