●食用完全健康的饮食
●体质重达标 (体质量指数 BMI l 8.5~24.9)
●血脂 水平 合适 :低密度 脂蛋 白胆 固醇 低 于 2.6
mmol/L(100 mg/d1),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇.女性高于
1.30 mmol/L (50 mg/d1),男性 高 于 1.04 mmol/L (4O
mg/d1),甘油三酯低于 3.90 mmol/L(150 mg/d1)
●血压正常 『120/80 mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)]
●血糖正常 (空腹血糖不超过 5.6 mmol/L)
●适度体力活动
●避免吸烟与被动吸烟
●选用少盐或无盐食物
●适量饮酒
具体要求
●平衡摄取热卡和体力活动消耗热能,达到或保持
健康体重
●多吃蔬菜及水果 .尤其深色者
●选全谷 、高纤维食物
●至少每周吃两次鱼 。特别是含 co一3多不饱和脂肪
酸多的深海鱼
●每 日总热量饱和脂肪限制在 7%以下,反式脂肪在
1%以下。胆 固醇 300mg以下
●尽量少吃加糖的饮料和食物
