康杂种犬12只, 随机分为对照组和高铁血红素组。高铁红素组手术前48 h腹腔
注射高铁血红素(每次80 μmol/kg,2次/天,2天)。采用海水浸泡性体温过
低症模型,将肛温降至30?,于实验前和实验后肛温30?时分别取血浆测定超氧
化物歧化酶(SOD)、总胆红素(TB)、谷草转氨酶(GOT)、乳酸脱氢酶
(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同功酶(CKMB)、白介素-6(IL-6)、
肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的含量。结果 高铁血红素组腹腔注射高铁血红素2天
后,制作低温模型前在肛温39?时,与对照组比较,SOD明显升高,组间差异有
统计学意义(P,0.05)。制作体温过低症模型将两组动物肛温降至30?时,高
铁血红素组SOD、TB高于对照组(P,0.05);GOT、LDH、CK、CKMB、IL-
6、TNF-a低于对照组(P,0.05)。结论 血红素氧合酶的诱导剂高铁血红素可
在一定程度上提高血胆红素水平,增加SOD活性,提高血清总抗氧化能力,对低
温损伤有一定的保护作用。

Abstract: OBJECTIVE To explore the protective effect of hemin on hypothermic dogs immersed by seawater. METHODS Twelve healthy dogs were devided into two groups: control group and hemin group.To hemin group, hemin (80 μmol/kg,twice a day)were administered through intraperitoneal injection for 2 days before hypothermia model was made.No hemin was used to control group.Then immersed hyperthermia model was made in two groups. Dogs
were immersed in cold seawater (12 ?2)? until the rectal
temperature was decreased to 30?. Plasma total
bilirubin(TB),superoxide dismutase(SOD),aspartate aminotransferase (GOT),lactate dehydrogenase (LDH),creatine kinase (CK),CKMB,interleukin-6 (IL-6) and tumor necrosis
factor (TNF-α)contents were measured before and after the model was made.All the data were compared between two groups.RESULTS The content of TB and SOD of hemin group was higher than that of control group at 30?(P,0.05).The
content of GOT,LDH,CK,CKMB,IL-6 and TNF-α of hemin group
was lower than that of control group at 30?(P,
0.05).CONCLUSION Hemin could exert protective effect on seawater immersed hypothermic dogs through elevating the serum level of SOD.

体温过低症是指各种原因引起的中心温度低于35?时的状态。体温过低会导致全
身各系统的病理生理改变,当体温过低症状态持续较长时,体内的无氧代谢加剧,
可导致乳酸血症。中、重度的体温过低症时死亡率极高。体温过低症的救治是急救
医学和军事医学中的一项极其重要的课题。有研究表明血红素氧合酶(heme
oxygenase,HO)参与炎性反应,具有抗氧化功能,是当前研究的热点,1,。
本文研究血红素氧合酶诱导剂高铁血红素(hemin)在抗低温损伤中的作用,以
期为体温过低症的救治提供新的思路。
1 材料和方法
1.1 材料 心电监护仪;Sarns7400 血泵;普通酒精温度计;Shilley 温度
监测仪及各种温度探头;Datascope 压力监测仪;Swan-Ganz导管;人工海
水。高铁血红素(Sigma公司)用NaOH溶解后,磷酸盐缓冲液调整pH至
7.4,再用0.85% NaCl稀释至12.5 g/L作为贮备液。
