前 言
本规范是根据原建设部《关于印发<2007 年工程建设标准规范制订、修订计
划(第一批)>的通知》(建标[2007]125 号)的要求,由中国建筑科学研究院会
同有关单位编制而成。
本规范是混凝土结构工程施工的通用标准,提出了混凝土结构工程施工管理
和过程控制的基本要求。本规范在控制施工质量的同时,为贯彻执行国家技术经
济政策,反映建筑领域可持续发展理念,加强了节能、节地、节水、节材与环境
保护等要求。本规范积极采用了新技术、新工艺、新材料。

了近年来我国混凝土结构工程施工的实践经验和
研究成果,借鉴了有关国际和国外先进标准,开展了多项专题研究,广泛地征求
了有关方面的意见,对具体内容进行了反复讨论、协调和修改,最后经审查定稿。
本规范共分11 章、10 个附录。主要内容有:总则,术语,基本规定,模板
工程,钢筋工程,预应力工程,混凝土制备与运输,现浇结构工程,装配式结构
工程,冬期、高温与雨期施工,环境保护等。
本规范中以黑体字标志的条文为强制性条文,必须严格执行。
请注意本标准的某些内容可能涉及专利。本标准的发布机构不应承担识别这
些专利的责任。
本规范由住房和城乡建设部负责管理和对强制性条文的解释,由中国建筑科
学研究院负责具体技术内容的解释。请各单位在本规范执行过程中,总结经验,

1 总则
1.0.1 为在混凝土结构工程施工中贯彻国家技术经济政策,保证工程质量,做到
技术先进、工艺合理、节约资源、保护环境,制定本规范。
1.0.2 本规范适用于建筑工程混凝土结构的施工,不适用于轻骨料混凝土及特殊
混凝土的施工。
1.0.3 本规范为混凝土结构工程施工的基本要求;当设计文件对施工有专门要求
时,尚应按设计文件执行。
1.0.4 混凝土结构工程的施工除应符合本规范外,尚应符合国家现行有关标准的
规定。

2 术语
2.0.1 混凝土结构 concrete structure
以混凝土为主制成的结构,可分为现浇混凝土结构和装配式混凝土结构。
2.0.2 现浇混凝土结构 cast-in-situ concrete structure
在现场支模并整体浇筑而成的混凝土结构,简称现浇结构。
2.0.3 装配式混凝土结构 precast concrete structure
由预制混凝土构件或部件装配、连接而成的混凝土结构,简称装配式结构。
