LOGBOOK 的一些记录情况
★ Daily check & test:
1. GMDSS equipment checked normal
2. MF/HF DSC daily test/self test normal ,VHF DSC daily test/self test , call each other test normal
3. NBDP、SSB、INM-C、MINI-M、NAVTEX、FAX、AIS etc checked in good condition, connection and insulation checked OK
4. Emergency light tested OK
5. GMDSS battery on-load/off-load daily tested normal ,connection & condition good
6. EPIRB、SART、Two-way VHF ,checked OK ,in position
7. EGC、NAVTEX、WEATHER FAX message received normal
★ Weekly check & test:
1. GMDSS equipment checked normal
2. MF/HF DSC call station test operation normal ,VHF-DSC call ship and station test normal
3. NBDP call station ----RDO test normal
4. PV test of INM-C OK, log-out/log-in OK
5. GMDSS battery discharged change operate normal ,equipment connection and insulation good
6. Emergency light test OK , printer , antenna OK
7. EPIRB、SART、Two-way VHF ,checked OK
8. AIS monitor and transponder test OK
9. DISSTRESS button test OK
★ Monthly test :
1. EPIRB test OK
2. SART test OK
3. two-way VHF test OK
4. INM-C Link test OK
5. Distress button test OK
6. AIS test OK
7. NAVTEX test OK
★ Battery operation
1. shut off 220V power supply ,and 24V DC auto work ,1200LT
2. check voltage : 1400 24.1V /, 1600 23.5V /, 1800 21.0V /, 1840 20.2V /, now turn on main power supply and the battery change auto
3. 0030 LT/-- check voltage 25V , OK
★ Voyage checked : GMDSS equipment checked normal before berthing / departure
★ Berthing :
1. GMDSS equipment checked normal
2. All test cancelled due to be moored with cargo operation
3. GMDSS battery on-load/off-load daily tested normal ,connection & condition good
4. Emergency light tested OK
★ Distress :
Received the distress relay call From ship ID 123456789 ,though MF/HF DSC , undesignated distress ID 987654321 ,at 0000LT ,report to captain -- , relay to all ships and keep on watch MF/HF DSC . distress relay successful .
★ Monthly training : GMDSS training OK ,operate normal .
