酒店与婚庆公司合作 协议 离婚协议模板下载合伙人协议 下载渠道分销协议免费下载敬业协议下载授课协议下载 1 协 议 甲方: 。 乙方: 。 为进一步提高酒店运营效率，增加经济效益，根据《中华人民共和国 合同 劳动合同范本免费下载装修合同范本免费下载租赁合同免费下载房屋买卖合同下载劳务合同范本下载 法》等有关规定，经双方友好协商，在相互信任、互相尊重、互惠共羸的基础上，达成如下协议: 一、甲方的责任、权利和义务 1、甲方指定乙方为本酒店婚庆业务合作单位，酒店内所有婚庆活动及其它喜庆活动(如生日、聚会、祝寿及会务接待等)均由乙方承接、安排。 2、甲方为乙方在婚宴场所提供婚庆舞台，并为其婚庆场地进行必要的装修。 3、甲方可根据乙方的要求，指派专人负责沟通与协调，不得向乙方以外的客户透露相关信息及介绍相关的业务服务。 4、甲方有权对乙方提供的婚庆服务活动及报价进行全面监管。 5、在合同期限内，乙方对甲方提供的婚庆场地及其设施必须保证完好无损，如有损坏，须照价赔偿(设施及物品后附清单)。 6、乙方在安排婚庆活动中，如造成工作人员人身伤害mass line of the party construction of education system, improve scientific and systematization and standardization level of the party building.
