1、工程概况

(2)工程名称:备件厂维修改造工程
(3)工程地点: 武钢厂区
(4)工作内容:清砂车间改造，设备拆除，设备移位，制芯车间改造，厂房门窗，屋面防水，围墙加固，房屋加固
2、工程特点
(1)、工期紧:本工程根据计划，从施工到交工验收共计14日历天，所以必须合理安排各阶段的工作时间及相互交接时间，且明确各工序的最迟交接时间，以保证工程如期竣工。
(2)、施工范围大:本工程为设备拆除，安装，装饰，加固等各种工序材料布置必须分类就近堆放，尽量减少材料的二次搬运，同进须合理安排起重机行走路线，以提高工效，钢结构在安装过程中，须做好雨季施工安全措施。
(3)、构件品种多:本工程因各种钢构件均需工厂加工制作，然后装车运输至工地，各种构配件必须有组织、按计划要求分类编号，小构件须分类打包做到有条不紊。

第一节 设备的拆除
1、拆除时应当先拆除上部、中部小的设备或管道，最后拆下下部整体大型设备。
2、拆除电气设备时，需请业主、监理共同确认电源是否已经断开，经三方确认、挂牌后，方可进行拆除。
3、需对拆除下来的设备、材料等进行分类堆放、摆放整齐、部分材料需要保护性拆除，例如:1铸造设备的动力电缆等。
4、拆除时，需注意对周边环境的保护，不得损坏已经建成并在使用中的其他设备、管线等。
5、拆除管线时，需事先确认管线内是否还有介质存在，如果有，需将管道内介质排空之后方可施工。
6、在设备周围范围划分文明施工卫生责任区，并确定班长为责任人，落实到班组和个人,要求各班组每周组织人员对所负责区域进行清扫整理。并组织人员进行评审，对不符合要求的地方进行整改。现场孔洞、沟、坑和平台及时封盖，没有围栏的地方及时围好，并在明显处悬挂警告标志。
第二节 门窗的拆除
1、控制目标
(1)控制施工范围，确保周围建筑物及设施的安全。
(2)控制施工时间，尽量不扰民、少扰民。
(3)控制粉尘飞石，确保人员安全。
(4)控制施工噪声，尽可能减少噪声。

4(1(1对所有参加施工人员进行工程的技术交底，并对每一个单项工程项目的具体施工人员进行施工工艺要求，质量要求，施工注意事项等进行交底，所有参加施工人员均应熟悉现场、图纸及规范、规程要求，作到人人心中有数，不盲目操作。

4(3拆卸记录
4(3(1由于拆卸的设备一般都是旧设备，拆卸前，我们应对每台设备的外观，相对位置，安装精度，工艺情况作好检查，并且会同业主与有关技术人员填好会签表格，作为今后交工验收的依据，对个别正在进行的设备，我们还可取其加工件作为调试中的样品，以作设备安装后加工精度的标准，对一些控制方式较先进的设备，比如用计算机控制的设备，要考虑从停产 拆卸、包装、运输、 重新安装、 调试运行这样一个长周期过程中，机内程序丢失问题，要及时作好备份。
4(3(2拆卸前，设备的标号是一项十分重要而又细致的工作，设备的拆卸务必要做好这项工作，拆卸时，要按照统一标号法编号，为今后顺利安装提供保证，另外，除了对拆卸设备进行编号外，还要对设备某些部分作好定位标记，如设备的工艺档块，碰头限位开关的位置，各种传感器的安装位置，保险装置，安全阀的原始位置以及一些圆形安装件，对称安装件，在拆装过程中有可能改变位置，在拆时，作好定位标记，安装时就能很容易地恢复原位，减少不必要的调整和失误。

(2) 设备起吊用叉车或轮胎汽车起重机进行，用叉车时应有保护绳捆绑，用汽车吊使用设备吊点或吊索，吊索与设备接触处应有保护垫层，防止拉伤表面。

4、 地脚螺栓
(1) 如设备采用地脚螺栓固定，按本节所述执行。 (2) 检测设备基础时，同时复核预留地脚螺栓孔，如若未预留地脚螺栓孔，经甲方代表确认，采用人工开凿孔洞或改用胀锚螺栓等其他办法。
(3) 预埋地脚螺栓孔中应无油污、碎石、泥土、积水等，尺寸无偏差。
(4) 地脚螺栓的选用应依据设备技术文件或甲方代表签发图(文)进行。
(5) 地脚螺栓孔灌浆采用细碎石混凝土，标号与基础混凝土标号高一号。
(6) 拧紧地脚螺栓应在预留孔中的混凝土达到设计强度75%以上时进行，各螺栓拧紧力应均匀。
5、 垫铁或可调螺钉、精平

(1) 设备精平用垫铁或可调螺钉或其他方法来实现，依据设备技术文件或甲方代表签发的文件选用的确定调平方法。 (2) 垫铁的选用应依据设备底部形状和地脚螺栓数量确定，垫铁规格选用标准规格。
(3) 采用成对斜垫铁，在调平后灌浆前用定位焊焊牢。 (4) 每一垫铁放置整齐平衡，接触良好，设备调平后每组垫铁均应压紧，用0.05毫米塞尺检查垫铁之间及垫铁与底座面之间的间隙，在垫铁同一断面处以两侧塞入的总和不得超过垫铁长(宽)度的1/3。
(5) 基础表面中，放置垫铁的部位应凿平。
(6) 设备采用调整螺钉，在调整螺钉下，基础表面应稳固地放置支承板(100*100)，支承板下基础表面应凿平，支承板的厚度应大于螺钉直径。
(7) 精平设备时，采用找正时甲方指定测量基准面、线、点为检测面，精平设备使达到设备技术要求。
(8) 设备精平后，采用无收缩混凝土进行二次灌浆，待灌浆层强度达到75%时，复测设备精度，调整直至合格。
(9) 气温低于4?时，灌浆层应采取保护性措施。 6、 设备清洗

(1) 对需要装配的零、部件配合尺寸、配合面、滑动面，整体设备配合面、滑动面，安装检测基准面应进行复查清洗处理。 (2) 对需要解体运输的设备予以解体清洗时，应作出装配记录和标记。
(3) 清洗到货设备非油漆表面涂抹防护层采用溶剂油、煤油、乙醇进行擦洗。
(4) 如装配面与运动接合面有锈蚀时，应进行除锈处理，采用粒度150号—240号砂布或细油石沾机械油擦拭，或用细研膏进行磨光。
(5) 清洗后表面应呈现金属光泽，重要接合面，导轨面用白布擦拭后，白布应无异物污染。
(6) 装配时，被清洗的接合面涂抹洁净的机械油，对工期较长的设备安装，其裸露在外的运动面，导轨面应适时进行防锈办法，除抹黄干油或机械油。
(7) 工程施工验收后，如甲方暂不使用，进行一次涂抹黄干油或机械油防锈

和低温柔度试验。同时防水卷材应做100%的有见证试验，见证取样
应由监理监督现场取样，并贴上“有见证”字样，送往已备案的有
见证试验室复试。
3、材料性能要求
1)基层处理剂(冷底油):
当防水基面较潮湿时，冷底油应涂刷湿固化型胶粘剂;冷底油应与卷材的材性相容。
2)聚酯胎改性沥青卷材:
拉力(N/50mm) ?450(纵横向)。

6.3. 防水层施工
(1)、防水基层干燥后，在基层上均匀满刷一层基层处理
剂(冷底子油)。当基面干燥度不符合要求时应涂刷湿固化型胶
粘剂。基层处理剂的选择应与卷材的材性相容，基层处理剂应
搅拌均匀不漏刷，喷、涂基层处理前，应用毛刷对层面节点、
周边、转角等处先行涂刷，常温经过4小时后开始防水层施工。
(2)、防水层采用SBS高聚物改性沥清防水卷材3+3热熔法施工。根据屋面坡度要求，本工程卷材平行于屋脊方向铺贴。在卷材大面积施工以前，应在突出屋面结构(女儿墙、机房结构、排风道、风机基础、正压送风道等)的交接处和基层的转角处，进行附加层的铺设工作(附加层宽度和高度均不小于300mm)。附加层甩头尺寸准确、粘接牢固、无空鼓现象，经检查合格以后才能进行防水卷材的大面积施工操作。
(3)、防水卷材在铺贴工程中，必须保证与基层的粘接牢固，搭接均匀，尺寸准确，高聚物改性沥清防水卷材的搭接尺寸(长边、短边):满粘时为80mm，空铺、点粘、条粘时为100mm，接口处挤出的沥青应立即用刮板刮走、刮平封口，严禁张嘴、翘边。第一层防水卷材铺设完成后，由质检人员进行检查，发现问题及时解决。验收合格后方可进行第二层防水卷材进行施工。
(4)、铺贴时先将卷材开卷摆齐对正，薄膜面向下，检查长短边搭接长度无误后，重新由一端卷起1-2米，然后按原虚贴位

有一层薄的熔融层时，用手推压卷材，使底层压紧粘住。卷材定
位后，再将另一端卷起，按上述方法继续进行铺贴。上下层卷材
不得垂直铺贴。相连两条卷材的短边接头至少错开1/3幅宽。封
边的做法是用喷灯将卷材与卷材的搭接缝烤化，用小压子抹平，
把缝封严。
(5)、烘烤时，应均匀加热，当加热面变成流态而产生一个小
波浪时，则证明加热已经足够，应特别小心，烘烤时间不宜过长，
以免烧损胎基。加热铺贴推压时，以卷材边缘溢出少许沥青热熔胶
(宽度以2mm左右并均匀顺直)为宜，随即刮封接口使接缝粘结
严密。
(6)、防水层严禁在雨天、雪天、五级风天气进行施工，已施工
的防水层在继续施工时必须保持表面干燥。
7. 质量检验
在屋面防水工程完工后，经检查外观表面合格以后，将雨水管
出口堵塞，进行不小于24小时的蓄水试验，不得存在渗漏水和存水
现象。经全部蓄水试验合格后，做好隐蔽工程验收工作。 8. 保护层施工

正压送风排气道顶部与屋面结构相连，排水坡向外一侧，内侧机房墙面砖相接，阴角做成圆弧状。
排气管根部直径500mm范围内，找平层应抹出高度不小于30mm圆台，或在保护层上做圆台，周边留20X20凹槽，用密膏封膏封严。
所有防水卷材收头处(管箍除外)均用带垫片的水泥钉固定，最大钉距小于900mm，所有防水卷材收头处均用密封材料填嵌封严。
11. 上人屋面出入口
屋面楼梯间与上人屋面出入口台阶做法见下图:台阶外侧面与层面处找平层的做法、防水附加层的做法、防水层收头等同屋面女儿墙。 12. 水落口
金属雨水口、先用钢丝刷刷掉锈斑，均匀刷防锈漆一道。雨水口安装前，找好标高，弹出雨水斗的中心线，用水泥砂浆卧稳，用细石混凝土嵌固，填塞密实。横式雨水口内下口与防水层附加层用密封材料嵌严，防水面层伸入落水口200mm粘实，与墙面防水层交圈，

直式落水周围直径500mm范围内坡度不小于5%。
雨水管采用UPVC塑料管与水落斗配套，安装时先在雨水口处吊线，弹出雨水管沿墙的位置线，根据雨水管的长度，量出固定卡子的位置，间距1米，卧卡子用水泥砂浆固定于墙面孔中，管上下口各有一个卡子，中间挡间距分均。雨水管最下一节做成450坡口形状，距离屋面面层150—200mm，将预制混凝土水簸箕用水泥砂浆卧在直对雨水管的下口屋面上。
主楼层面排水口(机房处)采用变形落水口(天圆地方)，接到机房室内垂直排水管。
13. 质量标准及验收
13.1. 防水层
卷材防水层不得有渗漏和积水现象，细部防水构造必须符合设计要求。卷材防水层的搭接缝粘结牢固，密封严密，不得有皱折、翘边和鼓泡等缺陷。防水卷材的收头应与基层粘结并固定牢固，缝口封严，卷材的铺贴方向正确。天沟、檐沟、檐口、泛水和立面卷材的端头应裁齐，塞入预留凹槽内，用金属压条钉压固定，最大钉距不大于900mm，并用密封材料填封严。
卷材的搭接允许偏差为-10mm。
13.2. 保护层
银色涂料保护层应与卷材粘贴牢固,厚薄均匀,不得漏涂。 彩色水泥砖保护粘贴牢固，色彩均匀、表面清洁，分格缝面积不大于100m2，分格缝的宽度符合要求。

第七章 屋面瓦安装
一、主要施工方法
1、旧屋面层石棉瓦的拆除
(1)把旧屋面层石棉瓦逐步拆除，自上而下。防止旧石棉瓦
从楼上坠落。用角磨机把原石棉瓦上6?*120?直钩钉从上撤
除掉，把石棉瓦去掉。有顺序的送到楼下。然后清除掉。

做长为1800mm——2000mm的彩钢瓦或石棉瓦，施工方案与此方

2. 制作工艺流程 进料 成型 检验 存放
2.1.进料:严格检验材料的材质证明书是否与材料相吻合;检查
每卷彩卷的包装是否完好无损;检查开卷后的面漆是否与设计相
符;检查钢板的厚度是否在要求范围之内。
2.2. 成型:采用全电脑控制数控压型板机，一次加工成型(随图
纸尺寸任意定尺)。当第一块彩钢瓦成型后，严格检查其尺寸和表
面质量，加强制造过程中的质量控制。
2.3. 搬运:为了保护好彩钢瓦表面，在搬运时必须戴上干净的手
套，绝不可在粗糙的表面拖拉。
2.4. 存放:彩钢瓦成型后，利用防护雨布遮盖并堆放，堆放时每
捆彩板下应以木条及纸板垫平。
(3)彩钢瓦安装
3.1. 彩钢瓦安装工艺流程 : 拆除旧石棉瓦——固定座部分修改——仿古彩钢瓦安装——收边

3.2.1. 先安屋面内层板，按技术要求，每个波峰用30mm长的专用自攻螺钉固定，螺钉帽颜色与彩钢瓦颜色一致。

离要求，接线质量符合规范要求。
(2) 二次板、带电器设备的门、柜体上均应焊接有接地螺
丝，柜上部进线和下部接线端子处，尤其是进出多芯电缆时，
要预留足够的空间以保证外接线导线，多芯电缆分开线芯的接
线空间。配电柜下部端子排，离地宜大于350mm。
(3) 基础槽钢不得用电气焊开孔，所有使用的配件必须为

(4)吊装作业场所要有足够的吊运通道，并与附近的设备、建筑物保持一定的安全距离，在吊装前应先进行一次低位置的试吊，以验证其安全牢固性，吊装的绳索应用软材料垫好或包好，以保证构件与连接绳索不致磨损。构件起吊时吊索必须绑扎牢固，绳扣必须在吊钩内锁牢，严禁用板钩钩挂构件，构件在高空稳定前不准上人。
(5)吊机吊装区域内，非操作人员严禁入内，把杆垂直下方不准站人。吊装时操作人员精力要集中并服从指挥号令，严禁违章作业。起重作业应做到“五不吊”:?手势指挥不清不吊;?重量不明不吊;?超负荷不吊。?视线不明不吊;?捆绑不牢或重心不明不吊;?施工用的临时电路应采用TN-S三相五线制，PE线有可靠重复接地，施工机械和电气设备不得带病作业或超负荷作业，发现不正常现象应停工检查，不得在运转中修理。
