1.首次按压--------我们首次按压按头(ACTUATOR)时,按头通过连接的主柱(STEM)带动副柱(SUB-STEM)一同压缩弹簧(SPRING); 在压缩弹簧过程中,活塞(PTSTON)外壁通过与本体(HOUSING)的内腔壁摩擦,促使活塞开启副柱(SUB-STEM)的出料孔; 活塞(PTSTON)往下滑动时将本体(HOUSING)内的空气通过已经开启的副柱(SUB-STEM)出料孔排出;
2.往复多次按压-------将本体(HOUSING)内的空气全部排出;
3.吸液-------用手按压按头(ACTUATOR)通过主柱(STEM),副柱(SUB-STEM),活塞(PTSTON),共同压缩弹簧(SPRING)将本体(HOUSING)内的空气排出后,松开按头(ACTUATOR),弹簧(SPRING)由于失去压力,往回(上)运动,此时活塞(PISTON)同样通过摩擦本体(HOUSING)内壁往下运动,将副柱(SUB-STEM)的出料孔关闭;这时本体(HOUSING)内的储液腔形成真空吸液状态,将玻璃球(BALL)往上吸,将瓶内液体通过吸管(DIPTUBE)将液体吸入本体(HORSING)储液腔内。
4.储存液体------多次按压按头,通过多次吸液,将液体储存至本体,直到液体储存满为止。
5.出液-----------当本体(HOUSING)储液腔内液体储满时,再次按压按头(ACTUATOR)则液体通过出料孔直接由按嘴(ACTUATOR)内喷出;
