Author Contribution Form
Authorship credits should be based on:
– substantial contributions to the research concept and design, acquisition of data, and/or analysis and interpretation of data,
– drafting the article or revising it critically for important intellectual content, – final proofreading and approval of the version for publication.
All the individuals designated as authors must qualify for authorship according to one or more of the above criteria, and all those who qualify must be listed. When a large multi-center group has conducted the work, the group should identify the individuals who accept direct responsibility for the manuscript. When submitting a group manuscript, the corresponding author should clearly indicate the order in which the authors should be listed, and should clearly identify each individual author as well as the group name (if any). The order of authorship in the byline should be a joint decision of the co-authors. Each author should participate sufficiently in the work to take public responsibility for his or her contributions to the study, the content and for any conflict of interests.
Contributors who do not meet the criteria for authorship should be listed in the acknowledgments section. All such parties must provide written permission to be acknowledged.
