Dear Sir or Madam,
This is to certify that Mr. *** ** is a PhD. candidate at *** University of Technology in China. He plans to go to ***, Canada to attend the 2008 IEEE *** Annual Meeting from October thth5 to October 13 for a total of nine days.
All his expenses, including costs for round-trip air tickets, board and lodging, transportation and medical insurance etc., will be covered by our university. He must return to China at the scheduled time to fulfill all financial business requirements and complete necessary procedures.
He must finish his dissertation in order to get his doctoral degree in March, 2009. He was
stmatriculated with a full scholarship by our university on March 1, 2005. He is paid a stipend of
****RMB per month. His travel is supported by the Scientific Research Foundation of Graduate School.
