人力资源,招聘,工作说明书,英语 JOB DESCRIPTION JOB TITLE:Production manager JOB CODE:2000008 EXEMPT/NON-EXEMPT RECOMMENDEDSALARY GRADE: STATUS: Nonexempt EEOC:Production supervisor JOB FAMILY:manage,supervise REPORTS TO:Dgeneral DIVISION:Higher education manager DEPARTMENT:production LOCATION: Hongkong department DATE: May 2011 SUMMARY This position is responsible for Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule; Ensuring that the production is cost effective; Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed; Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programs; Implement and drive continuous improvement activities through implementation of change management process and best practices. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE Related work experience 2. 3-5 years experience in production at same position. 3. Management skill 5. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, identify and address problems, meet deadlines, and stay within budget 6. Ability to create and manage production budgets 7. Planning skill 8. Leadership skill 9. English, computer: good Formal education Bachelor’s degree, preferably in management or related field Knowledge English Language — Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar. Law and Government — Knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, agency rules, and the democratic political process. Skills Active Listening — Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times. Time Management — Managing one's own time and the time of others. Coordination — Adjusting actions in relation to others' actions. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 9. Optimize resource utilization by implementation of an effective production organization. 10. Working with managers to implement the company's policies and goals; 11. Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed; 12. Ensure coaching and development of resources to meet business’s objectives. 13. Supervising and motivating a team of workers; 14. Reviewing the performance of subordinates; 15. Develop and track improvement in reduction of planned dh hours. 16. Coordinate, set up and implement standard operating procedure for all production operations. 17. Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality; 18. Manage the adherence to prescribed procedures to ensure first pass quality meets or exceeds planned goals. 19. Working out the human and material resources needed; 20. Ensure prescribed line pm’s are completed timely. 21. Ensure complete compliance to prescribed QMS, GMP’s and 5S processes. 22. Drafting a timescale for the job; 23.
