Straightness,the corner on the straight side can not surpass 3mm. 2． 垂直度：弦长± 2mm。 Verticality: chord length is ±2mm 3.尺寸偏差：地梁间距即 由山墙间每 20M 允许± 5mm，前后墙间允许± 2mm. Size deviation: the distance between ground beam and fastigium allow ± 5mm size deviation every 20M. The front and back fastigium allow size deviation is 2mm. 3． 水平点每20M允许 ±10mm Allow ± 10mm every 20M on bench-mark 1． 先调校地梁， 并按顺序在地 基 上 相 应 放 好，初见矩形。 First adjust ground beam, then put them on the basic on sequence. Be closely tight between window frame ands perimeter beam. 4 安装内隔 板 Interior Partition Wall Installation 1．安装固定地面及 两侧墙体彩钢地 槽。 Install and fix color steel geosyncline fo floor and two sides 2．安装镁磷板用隔 墙卡码固定 Install magnesium ply plate, and fix with partition wall card code. 3．合接缝处打硅胶 密封。 Seal the connection poit with silica gel. 1．镁磷板高度一致平 整对齐。 keep magnesium ply plate in the same height. 2．镁磷板接缝紧密无 漏隙，板面洁净，无损 坏。 The connection of magnesium ply plate should be closed tighted, clean surface and not spoiled. 3．硅胶不宜过厚，连 接要均匀。 Silica gel should be prosperous in thickness , equal in connection. 1．整个房屋镁磷板 统一高度。 Keep the same height on magnesium ply plate. 2．每条地槽用 2 个 M4×25 自攻钉 固定。 Fix the geosyncline with 2 M4 × 25 self-tapping screw. 3． 隔 墙 整 体 平 直，接缝严密。 Partition board keep upright, connection is closely tighted. 5 安装圈梁 Column Installation 1． 用 M4×25 自 攻 钉 安 装 圈 梁。 Install column with M4 × 25 self-tapping screw. 2． 按顺序安装前 后圈梁. Prevent tool and screw falling off to hurt people. 电动扳手 electromotion spanner PDF 文件使用 "pdfFactory Pro" 试用版本创建 www.fineprint.cn 佛山市安美捷轻钢房屋有限公司 front and back column sequentially 6 安装前后 墙体 Front and Back Wall Body Installation 根据图纸要求按以 下顺序安装： Install below according to drawing and sequence. 1．安装外墙夹芯板 Install exterior wall battenboard. 2．安装窗 Install window 3．在窗框的四周打 透明玻璃胶封密。 Seal the window frame all aroud with transparent glass cement. 4．用M5×25自攻 钉连接立柱与地梁 连接件。Connect perimeter beam and ground connector with M5 × 25 self-tapping screw. 4． 1．夹芯板接口平顺 紧密，表面洁净， 无变形。 The connector of battenboard should be closed tighted, clean surface, no distortion. 2．玻璃胶要饱满连续 均匀，美观。 The glue of glass cement should be uniformly continuous. 1．外墙夹芯板在安 装传递过程中不得 碰撞变形。 No collision distortion when handling the exterior wall board. 2．安装前接口插入 端要用手略窄收 口，连接位不得强 行压入，要在接口 确认无误时压紧。 Press the connector insert point little narrow. No forceful pressure is allowed. Press tightly and rightly on the interface. 7 安装门 Door Installation 1．按图纸计算开锯 门身。 Calculate the door body according to the drawing. 2．拼装门身。 Assemble door body 3．安装合页。 Install hinge 4．安装门锁。 Install door lock. A．划线定锁住及 锁孔位。 1．门与门框配合缝隙 均匀。 The well connection on door and door frame. 2．装合页边的门与门 框缝小于 5mm。 The installation hinge between door and door frame less than 5mm. 3．装锁边的门与门框 缝小于 8mm。 The blank between door and door frame less than 1．装门框合页时， 门与地面垂直，与 门框配合紧密，位 置正确，用 M5× 15拉钉固定合页。 When install door frame hinge, keep the door upright.Door is matching to door frame, and in right position.Fix the hinge with M5×15 blind rivet 电钻 drill 拉 钉 机 rivet machine PDF 文件使用 "pdfFactory Pro" 试用版本创建 www.fineprint.cn 佛山市安美捷轻钢房屋有限公司 Fixed line and keyhole lock B．钻孔。 Drill C ． 组 装 锁 。 Assembel the lock. 以上均用 M5×25 拉钉。Above all use M5×25 blind rivet 8mm beside lock. 4．锁与地板高度 1米。 The height of lock is 1M to floor. 5．门身自然垂直，开 闭自如，不滞阻。 The door is naturally vertical, easily open and closed. 2．装锁划线时要准 确钻孔时钻头垂直 对准中心点才钻。 Drills are vertical and aim to central line. 3．拧紧固定锁的镙 丝时力度要平衡， 预防翘起裂缝。 The force should be equal when tighten and fix the screw on lock. 8 安装屋面 钢构件 Roofing Steel Structure Component Installation 1．安装山墙人字 梁。 Install fastigium zig-zag beam. 2．按顺序安装人字 梁及简易人字梁。 Install zig-zag beam and simple zig-zag beam on sequence. 3．安装人字梁水平 支撑。 Install zig-zag beam lateral bracing. 4．安装屋面檩条。 以上均用M10×25 螺栓连接。 Install roofing purlin with M10×25 bolt. 5． 用M5×25自攻 螺丝安装雨蓬 支撑。 Install canopy bracing with M5× 25 self-tapping screw 1． 螺栓拧紧力度为 7 ㎏。 Schraubenkraft of screw reach 7㎏. 2． 人字梁的安装应在 同一高度对准，并 且顶角在同一直线 上. No one is allowed to stand under in order to prevent hurting. 9 安装屋面 瓦 Roofing Tile Installation 1、用 M5×65 自攻 钉在瓦边与屋面檩 条连接。Connect the tile margin and roofing purlin with M5×65 self-tapping screw. 2、安装山墙收边时 收边与山墙夹芯板 每隔 200-400mm 用 M4×15拉钉固梁， 并涂硅胶。 When install fastigium sealing, fix sealing and fastigium beam battenboard with M4×15 blind rivet every 200-400mm,a nd then paint silica gel. 3、屋面瓦之间边缘 与瓦棱瓦相匹配。 The brink between tiles must be matching with tar valon tile. 4、安装屋脊瓦时， 用 M4×12 拉钉铆 在屋面瓦的瓦棱上， 并涂硅胶。When install fastigium, rivet M4×12 blind rivet on the tar valon 1．屋面雨檐同一高度 和直线上。 Keep in same high and collinear roofing eaves. 2．屋面瓦之间紧密连 接 。 Be closedly connected on roofing tiles 3．山墙收边与墙体瓦 面搭接紧密。 Be closedly connected between fastigium beam and wall tile. 4．拉钉必须打在瓦脊棱 上，并涂硅胶。 The blind rivet must on the tar valon, and paint silica gel. 1．除必须要员之 外，严禁他人站在 屋面，并要系安全 带。 Except the workers, no one is allowed to stand on roof. The workers must wear life belt. 2．装山墙收边时， 不得将夹芯板拉裂 开。 No split on battenboard when install fastigium sealing. 3．每块屋面瓦用自 攻钉拧紧在檩条 上，每条檩条不得 少于 2粒。 Fix tightly roofing tile to purlin by self-tapping screw, no less 2 screwson each purlin. 4．在两边山墙各铺 一块屋瓦，在屋檐 处拉线调试后再安 装其它的屋面瓦。 Put a roofing tile on both fastigiums.
