课内比教学活动总结_(2) 百花齐放争艳 众师授课比武 ——xx中学 “课内比教学”阶段工作总结 按照中学学校“两课”活动安排～我们学校80多名教师在学校统一组织下～顺利完成了教学比武～掀起了“百花齐放争艳～教师授课比武”的教学比武浪潮。现总结如下: 一、成立小组，全员参与 按照中心学校的活动通知和 方案 气瓶 现场处置方案 .pdf气瓶 现场处置方案 .doc见习基地管理方案.doc关于群访事件的化解方案建筑工地扬尘治理专项方案下载 要求。我校在本学期初就认真制定了“课内比教学” 活动方案 关于团建活动方案关于感恩节活动方案关于团建活动方案歌咏比赛活动方案革命传统教育主题班会活动方案 ～为加强对“课内比教学”活动的领导～学校成立了领导小组。与此同时～学校制定了相应的考评机制。教师教学比武情况记入教师业务档案～作为教师绩效考评～评先晋级的重要依据。 为扎实开展“课内比教学”活动～学校多次召开“课内比教学”专题会～让全体教师认识到这次全省性的活动是考察教师在常态教学环境中的讲课、说课等基本技能～专业成长的重要途径～课内比教学活动势在必行～必须是全员参与～全科覆盖。 在课内比教学活动中～学校采取多种形式的评比总结活动～大力表彰在课内比教学中涌现出的先进个人。这些让老师看得见、想得到、夺得到的奖励机制～有效激发了全体老师的参与意识。结合比武活动～形成了“把培训当福利～把学习当荣誉”的良好势头。 二、登台献技，打造特色 各位教师的精彩授课如同一场场生动的电影～让人回味无穷～受益匪浅～各领千秋～形成特色～表现如下: their own conditions to develop the correct road, the maximum to avoid investment risk, gain profit.(three) vigorously promote the brand.
