深圳市农业地方标准：园林绿化管养规范 2 深圳市农业地方标准 园林绿化管养规范 1、范围 本标准规定了园林绿化中的草坪、灌木、花卉、乔木、古树名木、垂直绿化、水池、园路、卫生及设施的管养规范。 本标准适用于深圳市城市公共绿地、居住区绿地和单位附属绿地的管理和养护。 2、术语 本标准采用下列定义。 2.1 树冠 主干以上集生枝叶的部分。大多数树种由中心主枝、主枝、副主枝、三级主枝枝组～包括结果枝和生长枝等大小枝条组成～棕榈科和铁树科指主干以上的簇生叶部分。 2.2 花蕾期 植物从抽苔现蕾到开花前的时期。 2.3 叶芽 能发育成枝和叶的芽。叶芽形状较瘦小～先端尖。 2.4 花芽 能发育成花或花序的芽。花芽形状较肥大～略呈圆形。 2.5 生长势 - 1 - 栽培条件下植物的生长趋势。泛指生长速度、整齐度、茎叶色泽、植株茁壮程度、分蘖或分枝的繁茂程度等～但有时仅指生长速度。 2.6 施肥 园林植物整个生长中肥料的施用。 2.7 除草 园林植物生长期间人工去除杂草的措施。 2.8 灌溉 人工引水浇灌的措施。其目的是及时满足园林植物对水分的需要～或调节土壤温度和土壤水分。 2.9 下缘线 由同一道路中每株行道树树冠底部缘线形成的线条。 3、分级管养 根据园林绿化地点的重要程度及植物的种类将管养分为特级管养、一级管养、二级管养和三级管养4种等级。配臵灯光、水池喷泉、雕塑等设施的街心广场和街心花园,含其中的草坪、灌木、花卉、乔木、灯光、水池、雕塑、园路和设施,划为特级管养,重要观光地点的园林绿化,含其中的草坪、灌木、花卉、乔木、水池、园路和设施,、造型植物及古树名木的管养划为一级管养,偏远地方的园林绿化,含其中的草坪、灌木、花卉、乔 - 2 - 木、水池、园路和设施,的管养划为三级管养,除一级管养和三级管养外的划为二级管养。 4、管养规范 4.1 草坪管养 草坪管养的标准是目的草种生长旺盛～草坪整齐雅观～四季常绿～无坑洼积水～无裸露地。 4.1.1 生长势 生长势和生长量均达到该级别该规格草种要求～无枯黄叶。 4.1.2 修剪 考虑季节特点和草种的生长发育特性～使草的高度一致～边缘整齐。 4.1.3 灌溉、施肥 根据草坪植物的生长需要加强淋水和施肥～保证肥水充足～肥料的施用方法和用量科学～防止过量或不均匀引起肥伤。在雨水缺少的季节～每天的淋水稍大于该草种该规格的蒸腾量～使含水量保持在:砂土为3~6%～砂壤土为6~12%～壤土为12~23%～粘土为21~23%。特别在10~2月份要勤淋水多施肥～适当进行根外追肥～使草坪保持优良的长势度过干旱的秋、冬季。 4.1.4 除杂草 经常除杂草～使纯草坪和混合草坪的目的草种纯度达到各级 - 3 - 要求。新接管的绿地要求半年内达标。 4.1.5 填平坑洼 及时填平坑洼地～使草坪内无坑洼积水～平整雅观。 4.1.6 补植 对被破坏或其它原因引起死亡的草坪植物应及时补植原有草种～使草坪保持完整～无补露地。补植后要加强保养～保证一个月内达到要求覆盖率,特级和一级管养的背景林下草坪因荫蔽环境造成死亡或生长不良的～应改植其它耐阴地被或灌木。 4.1.7 病虫害防治 及时做好病虫害的防治工作～以防为主～精心管养～使植物增加抗病虫能力～经常检查～早发现早处理。采取综合防治、化学防治、物理人工防治和生物防治等方法防止病虫害蔓延和影响植物生长。尽量采用生物防治的办法～以减少对环境的污染。用化学方法防治时～一般在晚上进行喷药,药物、用量及对环境的影响～要符合环保的要求和标准。发生病虫为害～最严重的危害率在各级要求标准以下。 4.1.8 各级草坪管养标准 各项指标 特级 一级 二级 三级 蟛蜞菊98覆盖率 98以上 98以上 95以上 以上～其它,%, 92以上 - 5 - 4.2.2 修剪 考虑每种植物的生长发育特点～既造型美观又能适时开花～花多色艳,花灌木和草本花卉在花芽分化前进行修剪～避免把花芽剪掉～枯萎的花蒂、黄叶及枯枝要及时剪除;绿篱和模纹花坛应保持经常性修剪～使图案明显、整齐～达到最佳效果。 4.2.3 灌溉、施肥 根据植物的生长及开花特性进行合理灌溉和施肥。在雨水缺少的季节～每天的淋水量要稍大于该种类该规格的蒸腾量～使含水量保持在:砂土为3~6%～砂壤土为6~12%～壤土为12~23%～粘土21~23%。一般在每年春、秋季重点施肥2~3次。施肥可采用埋施或水施等不同方法～肥料不能裸露。埋施可先挖穴或开沟～施肥后要回填土、踏实、淋足水、找平。一般可结合除草松土进行施肥～并尽量避免施用有异味的肥料。 4.2.4 除杂草 经常除草和松土～除杂松土时要保护根系～不能伤根及造成根系裸露～更不能造成黄土裸露。 4.2.5 补植、改植 及时清理死苗～一周内补植回原来的种类并力求规格与原来植株接近～以保证优良的景观效果。补植按照种植规范进行～施足基肥并加强淋水等保养措施～确保成活率。对已呈老化或明显 - 10 - 垂直绿化一般划分为二级管养。垂直绿化的管养标准是攀缘植物生长良好。整齐雅观～生长期覆盖率达95%以上～一年四季常绿,落叶植物除外,～有花攀缘植物要适时开花。 4.4.1 生长势 生长势良好。生长量达到该规格的平均生长量～枝叶较健壮～叶色浓绿～无枯枝残叶～有花的攀援植物要适时开花。 4.4.2 牵引、修剪 根据不同植物的攀援特点～采取牵引措施或设臵网架等辅助设施让其迅速、均匀地长满墙面。修剪要考虑该种类的生长发育特点～确定修剪时间和修剪程度～避免剪掉有用的叶芽、花芽和主蔓～合理修剪过密的侧蔓～控制主蔓～使覆盖均匀～以增强园林绿化美化效果。立交桥上的下垂藤蔓要及时修剪～以免妨碍交通。 4.4.3 灌溉、施肥 经常淋水以保证其生长需要。秋、冬季加强淋水～使落叶植物延缓落叶～延长绿叶期。在每年的春、秋季重点施肥2~3次～并根据生长情况适当追施无机肥以满足植物生长需要。肥料的施肥要适量、均匀～防止过量或不均匀引起肥伤。 4.4.4 补植 不失时机地进行补植。补植要补回原来的种类并加强淋水、 - 11 - 养护等管理措施～保证成活率达90%以上。 4.5 屋顶绿化管养 屋顶绿化管养一般划分为特级或一级管养。屋顶绿化管养要做到勤和细～并要做好防护措施。 4.5.1 生长势 各种植物生长旺盛～花繁叶茂。 4.5.2 修剪 通过修剪控制屋顶绿化植物的生长量。一般在具体修剪中～除绿篱、整型圆球型等植物造型～在固定形状的原则下～全部实行短截外～其余对自然生长的花木～修剪常疏剪与短剪结合。修剪的具体方法是剪弱留强～疏去密生枝、病虫枝、下垂枝等～使树冠匀称～疏密适当。修剪时要注意落枝不能从高空跌落地面发生意外。 4.5.3 灌溉、施肥 由于屋顶光照充足、温度较高致使水分流失相对变大～所以灌溉时要注意浇水时间、浇水量及此数。浇水时间随季节不同而有所变化～炎热季节浇水宜在早上9时前或晚上落日退凉后～切忌中午浇水～以免水温与土温差异大而伤根,在冬季气温较低～浇水宜在上午10时以后进行,浇水量及次数依植物品种、季节、天气状况而定～一般浇水应浇透。 - 12 - 屋顶栽培的介质一般含肥量低。不能满足植物正常生长发育所必须的养分～所以要勤施肥。一般花草在苗期可施一、二次追肥～木本乔木灌木～一年可在春秋两次施肥。施肥的原则是宜淡不宜浓～结合浇水～勤施、淡施～不断补充植物需要的各种养分～保证植物健壮生长。 4.5.4 除杂草 经常除草和松土～除杂松土时要保护根系～不能伤根及造成根系裸露～更不能造成黄土裸露。 4.5.5 补植、改植 及时清理死苗～一周内补植回原来的种类并力求规格与原来植株接近～以保证优良的景观效果。补植按照种植规范进行～施足基肥并加强淋水等保养措施～确保成活率。对已呈老化或明显与周围环境不协调的植物应及时进行改植。 4.5.6 防风、防寒与遮荫 屋顶的风力一般较地面强～特别在多层和高层建筑的全开放独立式屋顶上～强风对植物易造成伤害～所以对较大体量的灌木、乔木要进行特殊加固处理～加固方法有以下几种:可通过在树木根部土层下埋塑料网以扩大根系固土作用,或在树木根部结合自然地形～堆臵一定数量的石头～以压固根系,也可将树木主干成组组合～以拉杆绑扎支撑～并注意尽量使拉杆组成三角形不变体。 - 13 - 屋顶日照强～温度高～辐射热大～在夏季对一些不耐高温、高热的植物～要注意遮蔽防日灼,在冬季对一些不耐霜寒、低温的植物～应将其移至温室～或在屋面搭塑料棚以防寒。 4.5.7 病虫害防治 及时做好病虫害的防治工作～以防为主～精心管养～使植物增强抗病虫能力～经常检查～早发现早处理。采取综合防治、化学防治、物理人工防治和生物防治等方法防止病虫害蔓延和影响植物生长。尽量采用生物防治的办法～以减少对环境的污染。用化学方法防治时～喷药一般要在晚上进行,药物、用量及对环境的影响～要符合环保的要求和标准。发生病虫为害～最严重的危害率在5%以下。 4.6 立交桥悬挂绿化管养 立交桥悬挂绿化管养一般划分为二级管养。 4.6.1 生长势 各种植物生长旺盛～花繁叶茂。 4.6.2 修剪 考虑每种植物的生长发育特点～既造型美观又能适时开花～花多色艳,花灌木和草本花卉在花芽分化前进行修剪～避免把花芽剪掉,病虫枝、枯枝要及时剪除;修剪时要注意落枝不能从高空跌落地面发生意外。 - 17 - 4.7.6 防台风 对生长不均衡木主干或延伸较长的枝桠设立支柱～以防风拆。台风前后加强管理～以增强抵御台风的能力。 4.7.7 创伤的修复 古树名木受到雷电风雨、人畜危害而受到创伤～会造成劈裂、折断、腐枝、疮痂、溃疡、孔洞、剥皮、干枯等创伤。对于创伤要及时处理～首先要加以清除、剪除或挖除～消除腐垢杂物后～进行消毒和防腐处理。 4.7.8 建卡立档 统一设立古树名木标志～标明树名、学名、科属、树龄、地点、权属和管理养护责任单位。并要求对所有的古树名木建立生长情况 档案 肢体残疾康复训练教师个人成长档案教师师德档案表人事档案装订标准员工三级安全教育档案 ～每年记录养护和管理措施及生长情况～以供以后管养参考。 4.8 设施管理 绿化设施包括喷灌系统、护栏、路缘石、花基、护树设施、灯光设施等。 要保护好绿化设施～确保其完好无损～对破坏护树设施行为要加以制止并及时报告绿化管理部门。 4.8.1 护树设施的管理 护树设施的管理标准是整齐、直立、高度一致。护树桩、板、 - 18 - 胶带有霉烂、松脱、断裂要及时更换～使其达到护树效果。护树板、胶带要根据树木生长情况及时松绑,不需要的护树设施要及时拆除、清理。 4.8.2 护栏管理 护栏的管理标准是保持护栏平整美观不倾斜～老化褪色的要及时翻新～损坏的要及时修复～不需要的要及时拆除。 4.8.3 喷灌设施的管理 喷灌设施要经常维护～确保喷洒正常、开关灵活、无漏水。注意使用自动喷灌设备时～喷灌范围不得超出草坪范围～以免喷湿行人或车辆。保护绿化供水设施～防止绿化用水被盗用。 4.8.4 路缘石、花基和园林雕塑的管理 路缘石、花基和园林雕塑要保持清洁、美观～对乱涂、乱画、乱张贴的要干净～对损坏的要及时修复。 4.8.5 景墙、亭廊等建(构)筑物的管理 景墙、亭廊等建(构)筑物须定期进行粉刷翻新～及时清理乱涂、乱画、乱张贴～保持整洁、美观。 4.8.6 园路管理 园路管理的标准是路面保持清洁、美观～要求及时清除路面污垢杂物～修补破损～以增强园林美化效果。 4.8.7 灯光设施的管理 - 19 - 对绿地上的灯光照明设施要经常检修维护～确保用电安全。发现破损及时修复～保证正常照明功能。 4.8.8 水池、喷泉管理 水池管理的标准是保持水面及水池内外清洁～水质良好～水量适度～不漏水。喷泉设施完好～运作正常～每天开放时间不少于6小时。水池内杂物及时清除～定时消毒灭虫～定时清洗水池,及时修复受损的池壁、水池设备。 4.8.9 座椅、果皮箱、垃圾桶的管理 座椅、果皮箱、垃圾桶应每天清洗～保持干净～定期进行粉刷翻新～及时清理乱涂、乱画、乱张贴。 4.9 环境卫生 环境卫生的标准是绿地清洁～无垃圾杂物～无石砾砖块～无干枯枝叶～无粪便暴露～无鼠迹、鼠洞和蚊蝇滋生地。 4.9.1 清洁、保洁 每天6:30—18:30保持绿地无垃圾杂物～包括生活垃圾、石砾砖块、干枝枯叶、粪便～无鼠迹和蚊蝇滋生地等～发现鼠洞要随时堵塞。清除垃圾杂物后要注意保洁～绿地一有垃圾～要求十分钟内拣拾干净。 4.9.2 清运 归堆后的垃圾杂物和垃圾收集容器等器具放在隐蔽的地方～ -
