寄送给外部校正实验室环境条件(温度及相对湿度)要符合文件CS20001的描述。CalibrationSystemRequirements校正系统要求TheCalibrationSystemshall校正系统应：Bedocumented,complywiththisspecification,andbeimplemented.记录，遵守并执行此规范。Includealistofcalibrationstandardsinuse.记录使用的校正标准清单。Provideacalibrationnumber,dateofcalibrationandnextcalibrationduedate,andspecifiedenvironmentalconditionsforperformingthecalibrationifapplicable.提供校正编号，校正日期，下次校正到期日，适用的话，执行校正规定的环境条件。Specifytherequiredparameter(s)ofthemeasurementstandard(s),andtheacceptabletolerancesofeachcalibratedcharacteristic.规定测量标准要求的参数，以及每个校正体的允许公差。Provideinstructiontoenablecalibrationpersonneltoadequatelycalibrateeachspecifiedcalibrationcharacteristics.提供说明使校正人员能够正确校正指定的校正体。Havecalibrationinstructionwrittentomeettherequirementofthemanufacturer'sspecificationsbyusingaknownvalidrelationshiptonationallyrecognizedstandards.编写校正说明要符合生产商使用国家公认标准要求制作的规格书。CalibrationRecallSystem校正召回系统Thecalibrationrecallsystemmustbedocumentedandrequiremandatoryrecallofmeasuringandtestequipmentandstandardswithinspecifiedintervals.校正召回系统需文书化并需在规定的周期内强制召回测量测试设备及标准。Repairpriortorecall:Whereanequipmentissuspectedtobeneedingrepairorseentobemalfunctioningorsuspectedtobeoutofcalibrationpriortoperiodicrecall,theusershallimmediatelysuspenditfromuse,informtheCalibrationSectionandfillupTITLE:CORPORATEPROCEDUREFORCALIBRATIONDOC.NO.CS20001ANDCONTROLOFMEASURINGANDTESTREVISIONA00EQUIPMENTPAGE7OF28设备测量、测试的校正及控制之管制程序requestforMasterlistUpdate.Theequipmentshalldisplaytheappropriatetag.先修复再召回：当设备可能需修复或出现故障，或需周期召回而非校正，使用者需立即暂停使用，通知校正部门并填写总列表更新申请并使设备显示适当的标记。CalibrationIntervals校正周期Measuring/Testequipmentandstandardsrequiringcalibrationshallbecalibratedatregularlyscheduledintervalsbasedonmanufacturer'sspecifications,historicaldata,stabilityandscopeofpurpose.测量/测试设备及标准要求展开校正需按照生产商规格书，历史数据，稳定性及目的范围进行定期间隔的校正。InitialintervalfornewtypeofequipmentisbaseduponpastexperieneewithlikeEquipment.Manufacturer'srecommendationwillbeusedtodeterminethestartingcalibrationinterval.TheinitialintervalshallbeinaccordaneewithAttachment根据类似设备的经验，建立新型设备的初始间隔。根据生产商的建议决定校正起始间隔。初始间隔按照附件1执行。Subsequentcalibrationcyclesshallbelengthenedwhenthelasttwocalibrationresultsindicatethattheequipmentcanbeexpectedtoremaininspecificationduringtheextendedinterval.Thecalibrationintervalsshallnotexceed24monthsexceptasstatedinAttachment‘T.Calibrationcyclesshallnotchangedbymorethanoneintervalina1,2,3,6,9,12,24monthsequenee.最后两次的校正结果显示在延长周期内仍然符合规格书要求，随后的校正周期需延长。除附件1申明以外，校正间隔不能超过24个月。校正周期更改不能超过以1，2，3,6，9，12，24个月为顺序的一个间隔。Correspondingdaysforintervalsareasfollows以下为间隔对应的天数a)1month-30days1个月-30天b)2months-60days2个月-60天c)3months-90days3个月-90天d)6months-180days6个月-180天e)9months-270days9个月-270天Themaximumintervalbetweencalibrationsshouldnotexceed24months.校正最大间隔不能超过24个月。Equipmentwithfixedintervalshallbeputonfloatingintervaliffoundoutoftoleranee.当设备出现误差大于公差，应将固定周期改为浮动周期。TITLE:CORPORATEPROCEDUREFORCALIBRATIONDOC.NO.CS20001ANDCONTROLOFMEASURINGANDTESTREVISIONA00EQUIPMENTPAGE8OF28设备测量、测试的校正及控制之管制程序Aconformaneecodelettershallbeplacedinthecalibrationhistorycard.Therecallsystemorthecalibrationhistoryprovidesthepreviouscodeletterinordertoadjustthecalibrationinterval.符合性代码字母应置于校正历史卡上，召回系统或校正历史提供之前的代码字母以调整校正间隔。TheformulasthatshallbeusedtodeterminechangesinequipmentcalibrationcyclesusingthelastandcurrentconformaneecodesarefoundinAttachment‘2'.附件2为当前最新的一致性代码，用来决定设备校正周期的变更。Anextensionofthecalibrationcyclesmaybegrantedwhentheremovalofthetestequipmenthaveadetrimentalorcatastrophicaffectonthetestbeingperformedorifthecalibrationstandardistemporarilyunavailable.当移除测试设备对正在执行的测试有不利或灾难性影响或校正标准暂不可用时，可延长校正周期。Temporaryextensionsofcalibrationduedateareallowedforalimitedperiods.ExtensionrequestsmusthavetheapprovaloftheCalibrationSectionHead.Therequestorisrequiredtofill-upthe‘CalibrationExtensionForm'(Attachment‘5')andsubmittoCalibrationSectionafterapproval.在有限的时间内允许暂时延长校正周期的到期日。延时申请需得到校正部门领导的批准。申请人需填写附件5“校正延时表”，批准后递交给校正部门。Thefollowinginformationshallbepresentedforapproval.申请批准时需提供以下信息：Dataonthelastthree(3)previouscalibrationshowsthattheequipmentiswithinToleranee.之前3次校正数据显示此设备在公差范围内。Theequipmentisingoodoperationalorder.设备处于完好的运行秩序。Therequestedextensionshouldnotexceedonemonth.申请延时不超过一个月Whenextensionsaregranted,anewcalibrationlabelwillbecompletedandaffixedtotheequipment.延时批准后，设备需贴上新的校正标签。TITLE:CORPORATEPROCEDUREFORCALIBRATIONDOC.NO.CS20001ANDCONTROLOFMEASURINGANDTESTREVISIONA00EQUIPMENTPAGE9OF28设备测量、测试的校正及控制之管制程序Thedateofthepreviouscalibrationwillremainthesameandnewduedatewillbeplacedonthecalibrationlabel.校正标签上，上次校正日期不变，更改新的到期日。Forequipmentthatarereturnedforcalibrationaheadofthecalibrationduedateorrecalldate:返回设备校正先于校正到期日或召回日：Iftheequipmentisinoperativeuponreturn,repairasnecessarytoperformoperationandincreasethecalibrationinterval.Ifitisdeterminedthattherepair/malfunctionhadnoeffectonthecalibratedequipment,itwillnotrequireanyrecalibrationandshallbereturnedinservicewithoutchangingthecalibrationduedate.如果设备返还时不运行，需必要的修复以执行操作，并增加校正间隔。如果认为修复/故障对设备校正没有影响，设备可以返还使用，不要求再次校正，也不需改变校正到期。Iftheequipmentisoperativebutoutoftoleranee,assignadecreaseinterval.若设备运转但是超出公差范围，则减少校正间隔。Iftheequipmentisoutoftoleranceandcannotbeadjustedtotherequiredaccuracy,theequipmentwillberejected.若设备超出公差范围且无法调整到要求的精确度，则此设备为不合格。Withdrawfromserviceequipmentthatareoutoftoleranceforthree(3)successiveintervalsandsubjecttheequipmenttooverhaul,scrappageorothercorrectiveactionasdeterminebytheCalibrationEngineer.对连续3个间隔的校正结果为超出公差的设备，应退出使用并由校正工程师决定进行全面检修，报废或其它更正
