2、适用范围:当三菱 E500变频器出现电机过负荷报警时可使用此方法来处理。

第1步:如图一所示为三菱 E500变频器报警，报警代码为E.THM(电机过负荷断路)。出现此故障首先检查电机负载是否增加，如与平常正常运行情况下相比增加了负载，则减轻负载处理;如无增加负载，则进行下一步操作。

第2步:检查链条有无卡阻，行走滚轮有无损坏，滚轮动作是否灵活，轨道是否磨损严重，轨道有无卡阻。检查电机驱动处驱动过载是否接触报警，检查电机风扇是否损坏，如风扇损坏，冷却能力降低，引起电机过热，停止变频器输出。如果出现以上现象则先进行相应处理，再复位。如无上述现象，则进行下一步操作。

第3步:检查变频器参数，检查PR 71(适用电机)里的参数是否为1，
如不为1则更改为1。

3、后期检查:以上3个步骤的操作为解决电机过负荷报警的处理方法。按照上述方法处理后，按下变频器上的复位按钮，报警信息消除。重新上电，使电机运行后，观察变频器是否还继续报警。
三、注意事项:在此故障的解决过程中，最应注意的是仔细去发现可能导致此故障发生的故障点，再就是排故过程中自身的安全意识。
