Figure 1.7-2 General technology route figure 2nd chapter City status and development planning 2.1 city basic profile 2.1.1 一、 外墙做法: 1、7厚1:2水泥砂浆抹面扫毛 2、7厚1:2.5水泥砂浆找平 3、7厚1:2.5水泥砂浆打底扫毛 4、界面处理剂一道 5、基层砼墙、砖墙 二、外墙抹灰做法: 1、挑出墙面空调机板、凸窗、阳台底板、线条等均做鹰嘴滴水线。 2、所有外围门窗洞口均抹后塞口,后塞口厚度为15mm,门窗洞口抹灰后的实际尺寸为设计图纸的洞口尺寸缩小3,5cm。 3、后塞口宽度从内墙结构面向外80mm。 4、内墙镶贴面砖部位的门窗洞口四侧不抹后塞口。 5、砼和砖墙接差处双面设置300mm宽防裂钢板网,用射钉固定间距300?,钢丝网设在第一遍抹灰层上。 三、外墙抹灰分项工程施工工艺 要求 对教师党员的评价套管和固井爆破片与爆破装置仓库管理基本要求三甲医院都需要复审吗 : 1、基层墙面清理干净,预留洞口采用细石砼分遍填嵌密实,并处理结束,确保不遗漏、不渗漏。墙面浇水湿润,做好抹灰层的垂直、平整度的控制灰饼、护角。 2、外墙门窗洞口控制在上下一条直线上,其上下总偏差?20?。 3、外墙抹灰严格控制分遍抹灰层的厚度一致,掌握好收理时间,控制墙面空鼓、裂缝等缺陷,所有墙面、线条等均拉毛。 4、严格控制脚手架洞与结构拉接点的修补,在拆除脚手架时拉接点外墙面修补抓好清理、洒水湿润、分层填嵌等各道工序,指派专人负责,控制外墙渗漏现象。 of vision. 3, build, fitting in with the urban master plan in Yibin city rapid rail transit long term network, as well as the vision of Yibin city, and future development of rail transit network. 4, Yibin city, preliminary rail traffic levels service levels, system model, and technical standards. 5, to ensure that network can be implemented. 6, stable conditions for planning and supporting of Yibin city track traffic construction and formation of rail transit industry, provide conditions for the start-up and development of rail transit in Yibin city. 1.7 technical course technology is the project's research program and research ideas. Figure 1.7-2 General technology route figure 2nd chapter City status and development planning 2.1 city basic profile 2.1.1 其他房间、公共部位、合用前室的顶棚: (1)现浇砼板 (2)界面处理剂一道 (3)7厚1:2.5水泥砂浆打底扫毛 (4)7厚1:2水泥砂浆找平 (5)内墙涂料 (预留) 二、施工工艺及质量控制措施: 1、施工前的准备工作; 墙面清除干净,预留孔洞填补密实,做好抹灰层的灰饼,做灰饼时应确保房间方正、净高、不大小头,墙面洒水湿润,加气砼砌块提前一天浇水湿润,抹灰时再适量撒水。砂子应过筛,石灰粉应充分熟化。 2、控制抹灰层与基层的粘结力: 砼墙面抹灰时先在墙面均抹界面剂一道,加气砼砌块墙面上提前做好喷浆处理,并撒水养护,确保结合层具有足够的强度、粘结力。 3、抹灰砂浆级配控制 砂浆拌和严格按重量比,级配正确,且搅拌时间应充分。拌和后的水泥砂浆应在2小时内使用完毕,混合砂浆应在4小时内使用完毕,严禁使用隔夜砂浆,隔夜砂浆及落地灰应粉碎后做砂子使用。 4、控制各抹灰层的厚度及墙面垂直平整度; 抹灰时必须严格按规定要求分遍成活,严格掌握各抹灰层的厚度和最终收理时间,控制好墙面垂直度和平整度以及阴阳角的方正。 5、抗裂缝措施: 砼与填充墙结构的抹灰层裂缝属质量通病,为控制裂缝的出现,填充墙与砼结构接触处的缝隙,双面钉设钢丝网片用钢钉固定,网片在缝隙处每边150?宽,钢钉间距小于等于300?,网片钉设在第一遍抹灰层上,确保网片平整、附着牢固稳定。 of vision. 3, build, fitting in with the urban master plan in Yibin city rapid rail transit long term network, as well as the vision of Yibin city, and future development of rail transit network. 4, Yibin city, preliminary rail traffic levels service levels, system model, and technical standards. 5, to ensure that network can be implemented. 6, stable conditions for planning and supporting of Yibin city track traffic construction and formation of rail transit industry, provide conditions for the start-up and development of rail transit in Yibin city. 1.7 technical course technology is the project's research program and research ideas. Figure 1.7-2 General technology route figure 2nd chapter City status and development planning 2.1 city basic profile 2.1.1 6、门窗洞口高度、宽度的控制: 外墙上门窗内侧洞口待外粉刷后进行抹灰粉刷。内墙门窗洞口严格控制高度及宽度,高度必须按室内1000?水平控制线为依据(门高度缩小15?)。分室门、厨房、卫生间门的宽度为洞口尺寸缩小20?,确保具尺寸偏差在5?以内。 7、成品保护措施 抹灰后的阴阳角、门窗洞口加强保护,合理安排施工人员流向,避免碰撞而损坏棱角。 三、内墙抹灰分项工程质量控制: 严格执行“三检—报验”的施工程序,施工班组设立质量兼管人员,时刻深入施工现场检查督促,及时发现问题及时处理解决。专职质量员重点检查,且将检查结果验收表贴于检查部位。严格控制抹灰工程的质量。钢丝网片钉设后加于隐蔽验收,坚持上道工序不符合要求,严禁下道工序的施工。严格控制原材料的质量关,进场的原材料必须有产品合格证、检测报告等一系列原始资料。且严格控制进场验收关,严禁不合格产品用于本工程。 护角、孔洞、槽、盒周围的抹灰表面应整齐、光滑。 质量验收标准:无空鼓、脱层;立面垂直度、表面平整度、阴阳角方正、踢脚线上口直线度均为4mm,净高、大小头偏差?20mm, 四、安全生产措施: 施工班组设兼职安全员,在安排生产的同时贯彻布置安全生注意事项,落实安全生产责任制,严格执行各项安全生产规章制度。专职安全员深入工地巡回检查,重点对脚手架手板、四口五临边、施工临时用电和施工机械设备的检查。发现隐患及时整改到位。项目部利用黑板报形式宣传教育,开展表扬与批评和奖惩相结合。确保施工安全。 of vision. 3, build, fitting in with the urban master plan in Yibin city rapid rail transit long term network, as well as the vision of Yibin city, and future development of rail transit network. 4, Yibin city, preliminary rail traffic levels service levels, system model, and technical standards. 5, to ensure that network can be implemented. 6, stable conditions for planning and supporting of Yibin city track traffic construction and formation of rail transit industry, provide conditions for the start-up and development of rail transit in Yibin city. 1.7 technical course technology is the project's research program and research ideas.
