听课收获--听完公开课后的心得体会 听课收获 第四小学 刘娟 在这半学期里，我听了十六节的小学语文教学公开课活动，聆听了各位老师的课，收获良多。下面就谈谈我个人的一些心得体会吧。 一、教师语言独具的魅力。当我听着教师们的课时，做课老师那或优美煽情，或简洁流畅的语言，使我想到教师的语言竟有如此之魅力，它能带领学生入情入境。声情并茂的语言勾起了学生思绪，也让我感动不已。 教学是一门艺术，教学语言更是一门艺术，谁能将它演绎得好，就能抓住学生的心。老师扣人心弦的过渡语言，烘托了课堂的气氛，同时也激发了学习兴趣，为学生理解课文内容奠定了基础。课堂语言简洁，准确，能使学生的心灵受到震撼，唤醒学生沉睡的记忆。 二、 课件教学的亮点——鼓励性评语的应用 在以往的教学中，教师往往只是口头对学生进行鼓励，也起到了一定的作用，但这次听课中，不仅有口头的鼓励更是将其应用在了课件中，与各个环节相结合，学习情绪极大的调动起来。作为旁观者的我，看到这些标题时，眼前一亮，并深深的感受到老师对学生的关爱与殷切期望。 三、老师的必备素质——标准普通话 作为一名老师，尤其是语文老师，应该讲普通话，并且是标准普通话，一方面，这是老师的必备条件，身正为范，正确的引导学生;另一方面，可以准确的传达给学生们知识，尤其是在公开课评选中，如果不掌握好普通话，很可能成为自己的“软肋” ，这两节课都流利地运用了普通话是课堂教学更加大放光彩。 四、自读感悟、开放引导的课堂让人耳目一新 。新课标中说到:学生的自读感悟是第一位的，教师的引导调控是第二位的。做课教师们着眼于学生自主发展的阅读教学，既是对学生感悟结果的评价，也指向了学生的感悟态度，指导了yan Zhen and other places.
