Availabilityoptimization: 供货商应当保证及时供货. 供货商必须根据forecast库存变化以及实际需求及时补货. 由于供货商库存小于需求量而导致实际物料需求满足不了时,称为HubDown. 当出现HubDown时,Hub会向供货商收取一定金额的罚金.金额为每天/周所缺货价值的a%.*VMIdatamanagement Forecast: 月需求预估未来3个月的需求(每月更新). 周需求预估未来13个星期.(每周更新). 日需求预估未来2周需求(每日更新). Replenishment: 供货商必须计算补货数量来保证Hub库存需求. 计算应考虑以下因素: *Forecasts *交货Leadtime *月、日消耗量. *机动条款* Logistics: 交易方式均为DDUHub. 卸货及储存费用,以及处理过程中的风险均由供货商承担. 交货费用:物料成本+运费+Hub服务费. 所有Hub管理费用(进出货运作,存货及送货等)由供货商承担. 快递: 如超出弹性合约所规定的数量,多余运费由foxconn 承担. 如发现缺货,则运费由供货商承担. Inventoryownership: 物料运出Hub之前,所有存库物料权仍在供货商. 供货商要及时补货以保证库存充足.*NewProductmanagement与供货商沟通NewProduct,下PO给供货商;供货商确认收到PO,回复ETA给Hub.shipped:DDUHubRamp-upManagement:目标:需求突增时保证供应需求突增量=使库存充裕,并能及时补货.How:Suppliertoplanshipmentsofthe4firstmonths折中措施:供货商起始库存应当3WOS于日常生产用量.HubManagement:确定所有料号均键入系统.通知Hub预定储位.HaveaclosefollowupandBeproactive*EndOfLifemanagement Frozendemand:在最后需求月之前×个月,停止下月forecast.客户指示EOL数据.客户正式声明此产品已到EOL时期.冻结forecast第一天就通知供货商实时库存.Left-to-shipquantity:SuppliercalculatesthelefttoshipquantityasofbeginningoftheEOLperiod:Lefttoship= +EOLdemand(3months) -Inventory(hub+RMA) -Intransit(asoffirstdateoftheEOLperiod) *RulesoftheGame 只有两条标准衡量供货商的表现:HubDown(库存不足)登录VMIHub网站数据的准确性.这两条标准用以评估表现,并且会影响市场占有率及未来的产品回鐀率.*VMIRolesandResponsibilities-Forecast BUs: 提供每月需求forecast 确保forecast在Hub系统中的准确性和时效性. Usebusinesssharetocommunicatesuppliers.-Definebusinessshare%Supplier:确保数据在VMI系统中的准确性和时效性.提供Volumeforecast给Hub.Hub:保证随时有仓位提供给各个供货商.为供货商学习VMI系统提供培训.*VMIRolesandResponsibilities–InventoryData Hub: 把更新的库存数据上传到VMI网页(实时或隔夜) 必要时覆盖详细记录数据. 批准供货商定义的库存警戒线. 如果供货商过失引起库存不足要提供此报告给供货商和GSP. 根据实际情形reporttoGSP商定供货商惩罚措施.GSP:提供联系制造商料号、FOXCONN料号等迅息给供货商和Hub.*VMIRolesandResponsibilities–InventoryData(cont.)Supplier:提供符合当地法律规定的精确货物文件数据.熟悉Hub运作流程及系统,确信满意Hub对货物的掌控和库存管理.定义库存警戒水平.当库存量小于警戒水平时,通知GSP,Hub立即补救措施.Hub:确保Hub系统网页的库存迅息准确、及时.尽快标出不准确的数据或项目如数量等,以避免日常操作中的损失.*VMIRolesandResponsibilities–PerformanceReporting Hub: 对供货商的表现每月作出评报,HubDown或者ETA可信度 每月提供库存变动给供货商和FOXCONN.GSP:平衡过去performancedatawithinevaluationprocess必要时进行强制手段.Supplier:维护供货商Scoreboard,及时沟通并找出解决方式.*VMIRolesandResponsibilities–TermsandConditionsNegotiations BUs: 提供input给GSP有关BUrequirementsforsuppliertermsandconditions. 参与供货商的选择. 核准运费及Hub费用._与GSP沟通需求.行使BU的责任.Supplier:与VMIHub商谈Hub’sTs和Cs.确保100%地供货.Hub:与供货商合作制定MOU和签定 合同 劳动合同范本免费下载装修合同范本免费下载租赁合同免费下载房屋买卖合同下载劳务合同范本下载 ,加入VMI.执行Ts&Cs谈判.*VMIRolesandResponsibilities–TermsandConditionsNegotiations(cont.)
