Article 21 Non-Negotiable Sea Waybill 第 二十一条 非转让海运单 a. A transport document must not indicate that the goods are or will be loaded on deck. A clean transport document is one bearing no clause or notation expressly declaring a defective condition of the goods or their packaging. If the expiry date of a credit or the last day for presentation falls on a day when the bank to which presentation is to be made is closed for reasons other than those referred to in article 36, the expiry date or the last day for presentation, as the case may be, will be extended to the first following banking day. a.如果信用证的截至日或最迟交单日适逢接受交单的银行非因第三十六条所述原因 而歇业，则截止日或最迟交单日，视何者适用，将顺延至其重新开业的第一个银行工作日。 b.
