Professional English for human resource management is a focus on professional knowledge and language training courses,The teaching goal is that we can master English vocabulary, and be able to read professional literature in English, and can use English to discuss the problems of human resource management, and can write a statement of work, advertisement, and simple application of instruments. T o achieve the teaching goal by our school settings that a limited number of classes is obviously not enough, we also need to spend time to preview the class, review and practice. And the Wen teacher's teaching style is novel and vivid, let us to experience learning English fun and sense of achievement.so I like her way of teaching very much.
On the human resources management courses recommended: Now many students take human resources management professional English as pure English class, I hope that the teacher speaks more English in class and gives students more opportunities to practice.our school should set up a new teaching mode which students oriented T eaching in class and the students can use English or Chinese to answer questions, explain their thoughts in order to stimulate students' interest in learning objective .

Professional English for human resource management is a highly professional English,Vocabulary is very strongly professional and the sentence structure of Articles is very complex and it is difficult for us to understand them.so when we read professional English,we should be familiar with professional language and careful analysis of the sentence structure and from professional knowledge perspective to understand english.I agree to the way which the teacher put the teaching content into Chinese ,because I will understand what the teacher is saying in this way and I will not feel boring.
In daily teaching, T eachers can make use of multimedia teaching equipments and the teacher can also use the video to play particular the cases to enrich the teaching content.In vocabulary learning,The teacher should continue to guide the students to analysis of the meaning of words and guide the students to memorize words by the association method and if it is,it can improve students' learning interest and ability of self-study.
