2.1、工程概况 2.1工程基本情况 工程名称:煤炭特性研究总采育生产基地煤炭特性实验室工程 地理位置:位于北京市大兴区采育镇 建设单位:煤炭研究总院 设计单位:中国中元国际工程公司 监理公司:中煤国际工程集团北京华宇工程有限公司监理分公司 施工单位:国都建设(集团)有限公司 煤炭特性研究总院采育生产基地，由两个单体工程组成的建筑，其中靠近政通路的是煤炭特性实验室工程，另一栋倒班宿舍及食堂工程靠近采图中路。 项 目 内 容 建筑总面积(?) 煤炭特性实验室5094.8?，倒班宿舍及食堂14447? 层数 倒班宿舍6层，食堂2层，煤炭特性实验室厂房为单层，辅楼 4层。 2.2设计概况 特性试验室的7,20轴非承重内隔墙、外围护墙全部采用240×115×53mm的灰砂砖砌筑，特性试验室的1,6轴与倒班宿舍及食堂工程的非承重内隔墙、外围护墙全部采用填充蒸压加气混凝土砌块砌筑，填充墙的厚度有240mm、200mm、100mm等规格，砌筑砂浆为M5水泥混合砂浆。 砌体结构中圈梁、构造柱、配筋带、抱框柱混凝土强度等级为C20。 2(2工程难点 2(2(1室内净空高度在15米(局部18.8m)，垂直距离太高，质量不易控制操作难度相当大; 2(2(2防爆墙喷射混凝土要求最小距离1.5m，喷射管道较长，实际操作难度很大。需要搭设双排脚手架，操作面最小宽度保持达到2m。 三 人、材、机配备与进度计划 3(1质量目标 2 本工程质量目标为合格。结构工程的质量目标为:各分项工程合格率100%。 3(2施工顺序 室内四周情况除空压机房外，墙体高度均为15m(局部18.8m)。双面喷射混凝土。 3 4.1 防爆墙1-1剖面 防爆墙1-1剖面，采用φ8钢筋作为拉结钢筋，拉筋两端部设10d弯钩，与水平双向φ8钢筋绑扎连接。φ8钢筋网片间距200mm×200mm，喷射50mm厚的C20细石混凝土。水泥采用PS.A32.5水泥，留置4组混凝土试块。 四 施工工艺 4.1防爆墙施工 4.1.1 防爆墙施工工艺流程 搭双排脚手架?拉毛处理基层，用钢钉标定混凝土厚度控制点?绑扎钢筋网、加垫块?喷射第一层砼，厚度为20mm,30mm?喷射第二层砼，厚度为20mm,30mm?总厚度控制在50mm~60mm? 用刮杠找平?下一循环施工 4.2防爆墙施工工艺要求 1、浇水、基层做拉毛处理。 2、加工钢筋前应进行调直，除锈，钢筋长度不够时，采用搭接焊工艺加长;若采用其它直径钢筋替代设计钢筋，应采用同级钢筋，进行等截面换算。双向φ8钢筋网片间距200mm×200mm。 3、根据现场情况选用自拌混凝土。 4、选用自拌混凝土时，水泥采用P.S.A 32.5矿渣硅酸盐水泥，使用0.5,5mm的中 4 砂，细石粒径控制在5,8mm。 5、在砌筑防爆墙的砖砌体时，按设计要求在砖缝间埋设φ8钢筋，纵向500mm，横向400mm的拉钩，每侧伸出墙面30mm，以使与钢筋网片绑扎连接。 6、喷射砼中的钢筋网应调直除锈，钢筋网与墙面间隙宜在15~20mm(即钢筋保护层厚度)，网片与墙面间距过小的部位可加设垫块。钢筋网片横向搭接不小于35d(即28cm)，竖向搭接不小于35d(28cm)，钢筋网应与拉结钢筋连接牢固，喷射砼时钢筋不晃动。 7、喷射砼应分段分片依次进行，同一分段内喷射顺序应自下而上，一次喷射厚度为20mm,30mm，总厚度控制在50mm以上。喷射时，喷头与受喷面应垂直，宜保持0.6m,1.0m的距离，喷射手应控制好水灰比，保持砼表面平整、湿润光泽，无干斑或流淌现象。 8、随后派专业人员用2m杠尺将表面刮平，按事先标定的厚度标志点找平抹灰，压光。 9、钢筋网片与基础梁、框架柱及框架梁连接，采用植筋方式。用φ10电锤转孔，孔深不小于10d(d为钢筋直径)，即不小于80mm。 10、先将孔内用吹风机吹洗干净，注入植筋胶，要将其填满，将φ8钢筋植筋胶(满裹长度80mm)塞入孔内，待植筋胶完全硬化后方可进行喷射。 4.3 防爆墙混凝土墙面抹水泥砂浆: 1 抹底灰:一般应在抹灰前一天用水把墙面浇透，然后在混凝土墙面湿润的情况下。先刷108胶素水泥浆一道(内掺用水量10%的108胶)，随刷随打底;底灰采用1?3水泥砂浆(或1?0.3?3混合砂浆，水灰比为0.4,0.5)打底，厚度为13mm，每遍厚度宜在5,7mm，应分层分遍与所冲筋抹平，用大杠刮平找直，木抹子搓平搓毛。 抹水泥砂浆罩面灰:底层砂浆抹好后第二天，先将墙面湿润后，即可进行沫罩面6 灰工作。罩面灰采用1?2.5水泥砂浆或1?0.3?2.5水泥混合砂浆，厚度为5,8mm。抹灰时先薄薄地刮一道使其与底层灰抓牢，紧跟抹第二遍，用大杠刮平找直，用铁抹子压实压光。 7 抹水泥踢脚板或水泥墙裙:先刷掺用水量10%的108胶水泥素浆一道，紧跟抹1?3水泥砂浆底层，表面用木抹子搓毛，面层用1? 2.5水泥砂浆压光，凸出抹灰墙面5,7mm(要注意出墙厚度一致，上口平直、光滑)。 8 抹完灰后注意喷水养护，防止空鼓裂缝。 4.4. 质量标准 4.4.1 保证项目: 1 室内混凝土、墙面抹灰所用的材料品种、质量必须符合设计要求和现行材料标准的规定。 2 各抹灰层之间及抹灰层与基体之间必须粘结牢固，无脱层、空鼓，面层无爆灰和裂缝(风裂除外)等缺陷。 4.4.2 基本项目: 1 表面: 喷射混凝土表面平整，不准露钢筋。 中级抹灰:表面光滑、洁净，接槎平整，线角顺直清晰。 高级抹灰:表面光滑、洁净，颜色均匀，无抹纹，线角和灰线平直方正，清晰美观。 2 护角、门窗框与墙体之间缝隙:护角符合施工规范的规定，表面光滑、平顺;门窗框与墙体间缝隙填塞密实，表面平整。 3 孔洞、槽、盒和管道后面的抹灰表面:尺寸正确，边缘整齐、光滑;管道后面平整。 4 分格条(缝):宽度、深度均匀一致，条(缝)平整光滑，楞角整齐，横平竖直、通顺。 6 4.4.3 允许偏差项目 门窗框两边塞灰不严实，墙体预埋木砖间距过大或木砖松动，经开关振动，在门窗框周边处产生空鼓、裂缝。应重视门窗框塞缝工序，应设专人负责。 2 基层清理不干净或处理不当;墙面浇水不透，抹灰后砂浆中的水分很快被基层(或底灰)吸收，影响粘结力。应认真清理和提前浇水，砖墙可提前上天浇水，一般浇二遍，使水深度入墙达到8,10mm即为符合要求。 3 基层偏差较大，一次抹灰层过厚、干缩较大产生裂缝。应分层赶平，每遍厚度直为7,9mm。 4 配制的砂浆和原材料质量不符合要求，或使用不当，应根据不同的基层配制所需要的砂浆，同时要加强对原材料和抹灰部位配合比的管理。 5 抹灰面层起泡、有抹纹、爆灰、开花: 6 抹完罩面灰后，压光工作跟得太紧，灰浆没有收水，放压光后产生起泡现象，其中基层为混凝土顶板和墙面较为常见。 7 底灰过分干燥，抹罩面灰后，水分很快被底灰吸走，故压光时容易出现抹纹或漏压。 8 抹灰面不平、阴阳角不垂直、不方正:抹灰前要认真挂线、做灰饼和冲筋，使冲筋交圈，阴阳角处亦要冲筋、顺杠、找规矩。 9 门窗洞口、墙面、踢脚板、墙裙等抹罩面灰接槎明显或颜色不一致:抹罩面灰时要注意留施工缝，施工缝要尽量留在分格条、阴角处和门窗框边部;室内如遇施工洞口时，可采用甩整面墙的方法。 7 10 踢脚板、水泥墙裙和窗台板上口出墙厚度不一致、上口毛刺和口角不方等:操作要加细，按规范去吊垂直，拉线找直、找方，抹完灰后，要反尺把上口赶平、压光。 11管道后抹灰不平、不光，管根空裂等:应按规范安放过墙套管，管后抹灰准备专用工具(长抹子)，工作细致即能克服。 12 水泥面层无强度，表面不实:水泥早期脱水或使用过夜灰造成，要加强管理。 五.安全文明施工措施 5(1材料的码放:各种材料进场后，经检验合格后，码放在指定的存放区，易燃物区内应设有完善的防火灭火措施。 5(2进入施工现场必须戴好安全帽，高空作业必须系好安全带。 5(3施工现场不许吸烟，电气焊等明火作业开用火证，并应有灭火措施。 5(4施工中，楼梯口、电梯口、预留洞、出入口必须做好有效防护。 5(5现场材料必须按照平面布置图进行整齐堆放，严格按照城建集团现场施工管理方法执行。 (6操作工人严格执行“活完料净场地清”，并设专人、定时地进行场地清理、洒水5 工作，保持现场清洁。 六.成品保护措施 6(1每道工序必须做好成品保护，严禁本工序施工污染上一道工序。 6(2在搬运轻质易碎材料时，轻拿轻放防止材料损坏。 6(3施工过程中水电与土建进行有效配合，避免成品破坏。 6(4关键部位搭设临时防护，防止操作工人上去破坏成品。 七 施工组织与管理 技术负责人:负责指导和处理在施工过程中所遇到的一切技术问题，并参与施工过程的管理，做好项目经理的技术助手。负责施工的技术交底、质量监督和检查，做好一切检查记录，按规定送交有关人员审批，分类存档，负责施工日志的编写和资料的整理。 生产经理:负责现场施工指导与监督，做好施工安排和人员、机械的调配，保证施工进度和施工质量，并负责工程现场施工及与之有关的一切安全事宜。 9 7.3 项目管理 2、工期管理:本工程任务工期30天，根据同类工程施工经验，为保证按期交付，我们将严格按照既定的施工计划，细化每个节点的工程量、合理安排机械设备和劳动力，监督落实计划中每个节点的实际完成情况，认真分析影响施工计划的各种因素，并制定相应措施，确保整体工期目标的实现。 3、安全管理:为确保不发生安全事故，项目将根据《公司安全管理手册》和国家、河北省及本工程有关安全施工的管理规定，制定本工程安全管理措施并保证其落实。 4、工程技术管理:开工前，将由项目技术部编制各分项施工组织设计、施工方案和各工序作业指导书等文件，以保证各个步骤都按程序文件来操作。根据本工程特点，将任务划分为护坡桩支护、土方施工，每专项配一名专业技术工程师及工长，负责该分项的技术及现场管理工作，认真按照程序文件要求组织作业队进行施工，从进度、质量、安全、文明等方面严格进行管理。 5、物资、设备管理:本工程所需物资、机械设备由项目提出计划后，公司物资部统一组织供货，项目有比价权、验收权，并与物质部鉴定物资、设备供应协议，明确双方的责、权、利，物资部必须提供质量标准高的材料、运行性能良好的机械设备，并保证及时进场，不影响连续施工。 6、通过施工管理和各专业的密切配合，应到达如下管理目标: 质量目标:专业分项施工质量达到合格。 工期目标:按总承包方施工计划，在合同规定的30天时间内完成好自己的工作。 安全目标:施工过程中无伤亡事故。后续工程顺利施工。 文明施工:各专业应达到工完场清，不影响文明工地的目标实现。 消防保卫:遵守施工现场消防、保卫管理规定，不发生火灾，不出现偷盗、丢失及施工成品破坏现象。 10 八 安全与消防保卫管理 8.1 安全生产目标 强化安全生产管理，通过组织落实、责任到人、定期检查，杜绝死亡事故，确保无重大工伤事故。 8.2 安全管理方针 贯彻“安全第一、预防为主”的安全生产工作方针，认真执行国务院、建设部、河北省关于建筑施工企业安全生产管理的各项规定，把安全生产工作纳入施工组织设计和施工管理计划，使安全生产工作与生产任务紧密结合，保证职工在生产过程中的安全与健康,严防各类事故发生，以安全促生产。 8.3 安全管理制度 1、安全技术交底制:根据安全措施要求和现场实际情况，各级管理人员需亲自逐级进行书面交底。 2、班前检查制:安全总监和区域责任工程师必须督促与检查专业配属队伍对安全防护措施是否进行了检查。 3、大中型机械设备安装实行验收制，凡不经验收的一律不得投入使用 。 4、周一安全活动制，经理部每周一要组织全体工人进行安全教育，对上一周安全方面存在的问题进行总结，对本周的安全重点和注意事项作必要的交 底，使广大工人能心中有数，从意识上时刻绷紧安全这根弦。 5、定期检查与隐患整改制:经理部每半月要组织一次由各施工配属队伍安全生产负责人共同参加的安全生产联合检查，对查出的安全隐患必须定措施、定时间、定人员整改，并作好安全隐患整改消项记录。 6、管理人员和特种作业人员实行年审制，每年由公司统一组织进行，加强施工管理人员的安全考核，增强安全意识，避免违章指挥。 7、实行安全生产奖罚制与事故报告制。 8、危急情况停工制:一旦出现危及职工生命财产安全险情，要立即停工，同时即刻报告公司，及时采取措施排除险情。 9、持证上岗制:进场工人和调换工种的职工，必须按规定进行安全教育和技术培训，特殊工种必需持有上岗操作证，严禁无证操作。 11 10、施工现场各种安全管理制度及防护标准必须符合河北省建设工程施工现场安全标准化管理标准。 8.4安全管理工作 1、项目经理部负责整个现场的安全生产工作，严格遵照施工组织设计和施工技术措施规定的有关安全措施组织施工。 2、区域责任师要检查作业队、专业配属队伍，认真做好分部分项工程安全技术书面交底工作，被交底人要签字认可。 3、在施工过程中对薄弱部位、环节要予重点控制，特别是大型施工设备从设备进场检验、安装及日常操作要严加控制与监督。凡设备性能不符合安全要求的一律不准使用。 4、防护设备的变动必须经项目经理部安全总监批准，变动后要有相应有效的防护措施，作业完后按原标准恢复，所有书面资料由经理部安全总监保管。 5、对安全生产设施进行必要的合理的投入。重要劳动防护用品必须购买局集团定点厂家的认定产品。 6、分析安全难点，确定安全管理难点在每个大的施工阶段开始之前，分析该阶段的施工条件、施工特点、施工方法，预测施工安全难点和事故隐患，确定管理点和预控措施。 8.5 施工人员行为控制 1、进入施工现场的人员必须按规定戴安全帽，并系下颌带。戴安全帽不系下颌带视同违章。 2、凡从事2米以上无法采用可靠防护设施的高处作业人员必须系安全带。安全带应高挂低用, 不得低挂高用, 操作中应防止摆动碰撞, 避免意外事故发生。 8.6 临时用电安全管理 1、坚持电气专业人员持证上岗，非电气专业人员不准进行任何电气部件的更换或维修。 2、建立现场临时用电检查制度,按现场临时用电管理规定对现场的各种线路和设施进行定期检查和不定期抽查，并将检查、抽查记录存档。 3、施工现场临时用电的架设和使用必须符合《施工现场临时用电安全技术规范》(JGJ46-88)的规定。 12 4、检查和操作人员必须按规定穿、戴绝缘鞋、绝缘手套;必须使用电工专用绝缘工具。 5、现场采用双路供电系统，确保电源供应。临时配电线路必须按规范架设，架空线必须采用绝缘导线，不得采用塑胶软线，不得成束架空敷设，也不得沿地面明敷设。 6、施工机具、车辆及人员，应与内、外电线路保持安全距离。达不到规范规定的最小距离时，必须采用可靠的防护措施。 7、配电系统必须实行分级配电。现场内所有电闸箱的内部设置必须符合有关规定, 箱内电器必须可靠、完好，其选型、定值要符合有关规定，开关电器应标明用途。电闸箱内电器系统须统一式样、统一配制, 箱体统一刷涂桔黄色，并按规定设置围拦和防护棚，流动箱与上一级电闸箱的联接，采用外插联接方式(所有电箱必须使用局集团定点厂家的认定产品)。 8、工地所有配电箱都要标明箱的名称、控制的各线路称谓、编号、用途等。 9、应保持配电线路及配电箱和开关箱内电缆、导线对地绝缘良好，不得有破损、硬伤、带电体裸露、电线受挤压、腐蚀、漏电等隐患，以防突然出事。 10、独立的配电系统必须按部颁标准采用三相五线制的接零保护系统，非独立系统可根据现场的实际情况采取相应的接零或接地保护方式。各种电气设备和电力施工机械的金属外壳、金属支架和底座必须按规定采取可靠的接零或接地保护。 11、在采用接地和接零保护方式的同时，必须设两级漏电保护装置，实行分级保护，形成完整的保护系统。漏电保护装置的选择应符合规定。 12、为了在发生火灾等紧急情况时能保证现场照明不中断，配电箱内的动力开关与照明开关必须分开使用。 13、开关箱应由分配电箱配电。注意开关箱内的用电设备不可一闸多用，每台设备应有各自开关箱，严禁一个开关电气控制两台以上的用电设备(含插座)，以保证安全。 14、配电箱及开关箱的周围应有两人同时工作的足够空间和通道，不要在箱旁堆放建筑材料和杂草、杂物。 15、各种高大设施必须按规定装设避雷装置。 13 16、分配电箱与开关箱的距离不得超过30米;开关箱与它所控制的电气设备相距不得超过3米。 17、电动工具的使用应符合国家标准的有关规定。工具的电源线、插头和插座应完好，电源线不得任意接长和调换，工具的外绝缘应完好无损，维修和保管应由专人负责。 18、施工现场的临时照明一般采用220V电源照明，结构施工时，应在顶板施工中预埋线管，临时照明和动力电源应穿管布线，必须按规定装设灯具，并在电源一侧加装漏电保护器。
