Metal line slot, and metal line tube of 作为一种新技术新产品, 我处于 2008 年 7 月份在广州市江南大道进行实地操作施工,各工序施工的具体措施如下。 5. 1 施工前准备 先安排小货车及作业人员装运施工护栏、 反光锥筒、 车辆导向牌及小型机具到施工现场进行对作业点围蔽等; 其次, 安排其他大型机械(压路机、 沥青养护车、 井环吊装车及泥斗车等)进场,到现场后,尽量安排施工机械停放在护栏后面或与施工作业点同一车道,以免造成交通堵塞。 5. 2 施工砌缝 围蔽后安排两人先以井中心为圆心, 根据井环盖板尺寸( 最大部分直径为 0. 9 m) 外径周边出 0. 2 m, 确定开挖沥青的工作范围( 直径为 1. 3 m) ,划一道弧形线, 然后用砌缝机(刨路机) 沿弧形线进行砌缝,砌缝深度必须大于 5 cm。 5. 3 拆除旧井环及沥青路面 砌完缝后, 安排三人用井环吊装车的风镐打掉旧井环及工作位内沥青或混凝土,同时将余泥装入泥斗车运走。注意事项: 开挖时应尽量避免撬动周边的沥青路面, 如施工时余泥掉入井内,完工后要及时清走。 5. 4 对井口及工作位进行拓宽加深 如发现井身砖墙松动部分, 必须清理将旧井环及工作位内沥青或混凝土清除干净后, 拆除, 然后用水将井口基底部清冼干净,除结构要求厚度(路面到混凝土调节环面层距离为 12 cm~ 16 cm+混凝土调节环厚度)外, 超出部分深度, 采用砂浆砌筑灰砂砖进行调平,确保整个工作范围内开挖深度与路面距离保持一致。 5. 5 安装混凝土调节环 根据调平后基底与路面距离, 在检查井基底面先抹 2 cm 厚砂浆, 然后选择合适的混凝土调节环固定在砂浆面上, 要确保路面至调节环表面有足够施工调节距离, 为 12 cm~ 16 cm 之间, 混凝土调节环安装必须平稳、 无松动等现象。注意事项: 选用适当的混凝土调节环是非常重要的环节, 它起到固定安装框(模) 作用,又能避免井盖板安装的过程中对整个检查井进行结构调整,同时检查调节环高度是否能够满足施工要求。 5. 6 安装铸铁框(模) 混凝土调节环安装完后,再将铸铁安装框(模) 有铰链位置垂直并朝人行道方向套进调节环中,安装平稳,同时检查铸铁安装框 ( 模) 的底部是否对准调节环内进行安放。 5. 7 填充沥青料 n the main terminal, and the telephone Office is responsible for providing the appropriate size adapter patch panels and electrical protection unit.
