BFT英语作文背诵范本 2011/7/3 1、网购的利与弊 Shopping on the internet Nowadays with the ever rapid development and increasing popularity of the information technology, shopping on the internet has been a fashion especially among the youngsters. Online shopping has made our daily life more convenient and comfortable. For example, shopping on the internet can save students a great deal of time on the way between home and store, so they would be able to concentrate more time and energy on their academic work. The internet has shorten the distance between manufacturers and consumers and thus we can even buy goods in other countries .On the other hand , lack of the face to face deal makes online shopping less reliable and trustworthy. What’ s more the delivery will increase the risk of items’ damage. In my opinion, shopping on the internet is a irreversible trend. More and more people will be accustomed to it. It will be much more popular in the near future. And at the same time we should take some measures to make it perfect. 2、低碳时代 Low carbon Nowadays, there are a considerable number of individuals who prefer to lead a low-carbon lifestyle which find expression in the fact that more and more commuters are using public transportation system in their daily life. Low carbon lifestyle can endow us and our society with numerous benefits. Firstly, it goes beyond doubt that low carbon lifestyle contributes a lot to the environmental protection and it is a favorable way to slow down the rate of climate change of our earth, which also means a lot to our health. We are supposed to undertake the responsibility to lead a low-carbon lifestyle, which is of great significance. And there is a diversity of measures we can take so as to lead such an environmental-friendly life. For one thing, we are expected to minimize the use of private cars, which emit a large amount of greenhouse gases. For another, we are supposed to cultivate the public awareness of energy conservation for energy in the world today is decreasing rapidly. For instance, we can turn off electrical appliances if not necessary as well as using renewable materials. Furthermore, at our leisure, we can seek opportunities to plant more trees which can absorb carbon-dioxide. In brief, low-carbon lifestyle is nothing but the best choice for us and only in this way can we form a harmonious relationship with the environment. 3、食品安全 Food Safety Currently, many problems concerning the safety of food have popped up. As for me, I believe at least three factors account for this issue. First, I observe that profits drive many food producers to commit illegal things. They aim to gain more money at the expense of consumers’ health. Second, the overuse of agricultural pesticide has resulted in the degradation of food quality. The excessive pesticide bears enormous health hazard for people. Furthermore, some food producers inject hormones into domestic animals so as to make them grow more quickly and thus they can turn in more profit. As a result, people’s health has been seriously disturbed. All in all, food safety is such a great concern, and we all should do establish laws and implement them effectively to avoid producing toxic foods. 4、城市化Urbanization Presently, there is a tendency that a growing number of people are moving from countryside into city annually. A century ago, less than five percent of all people lived in cities. By the middle of this century it could be seventy percent, or almost six and a half billion people. Urbanization can lead to social and economic progress, but also put pressure on cities to provide housing and services. With the increasing number of individuals pouring into cities, the worsening inequalities, driven by social divisions and differences in wealth, could result in violence and crime unless cities plan better. Another issue is urban expansion. This is where cities expand quickly into rural areas, sometimes at a much faster rate than urban population growth. From my perspective, the government is expected to implement laws and regulations to limit the exceedingly growing of the urban population. As college students, we can seek employment back to our hometown and I am sure a promising future is awaiting us there. 5、体育锻炼 Physical Training       Maintaining our health is very important. By doing this well we will be able to participate in the socialist construction of our country.  No one should trifle with one's health. Since youth is the time for physical development, we must do strenuous physical training every day in order to have a strong physique and enjoy vigorous health.       In physical training, perseverance is a primary necessity. We must struggle against our own laziness and stay with our training. It is also important to select suitable exercises and then to do them in an orderly way, step by step. Of course, if we enjoy the exercise we will perform more persistently.      Besides, it is a known fact that physical training, such as long distance races, can also generally strengthen our perseverance. Dear friends, especially those with health problems, come out to the playground and take part in physical exercise. 6、能源问题 Energy Resources      China is rich in various energy resources. Coal and petroleum, for instance, are two major trees. They are essential in developing the country's industry, science and technology. China has done a great deal in the past few decades to raise the output of coal and petroleum.      These energy resources are being used up rapidly, however. With the building of four modernizations, new industrial and science projects axe springing up like bam boo shoots after a spring rain. They are all enormous consumers of energy resources. Be sides, there has been great waste in using these resources.      To avoid energy crisis in the future, the government must take measures. First, it should let the people know, through education, the importance of, saving energy. Second, efforts should be made in opening up new energy resources, such as solar energy, geothermal energy and so on. We have reasons to be optimistic in this respect. 7、私车的利与弊 The Pros and Cons of Owning a Private Car      Today, more and more urban people have private cars. No doubt, owning a ear has many advantages.      First, you can move around freely without worrying about the bus and train schedule. Of course, you don't have to queue up and strive for seats, either. Secondly, traveling in your own ear, you will feel very cosy, especially in bad weather. In winter, you just stay warm; in hot summer, the air-conditioner sends out cool breeze; in rainy days, you remain dry. Thirdly, you feel safer if you drive at night because you can start and stop as you like. It is all in your control.      However, not all urban citizens would buy ears, not even the rich. Their first consideration is that they cannot stand the ever-rising price of the fuel, yet no ear can move without fuel。The next thing is the money spent on regular maintenance and repair which seems incalculable. A simple repair usually costs 50—100 yuan.       Another problem is the parking difficulty, Most apartment houses do not provide garages, what is more vexing, there are usually not enough parking lots in urban areas, and parking in a wrong place will be fined. common in almost all cities. It is often the case that cars are less quick than bikes. In addition, they are afraid of their cars being stolen. Skillful thieves are not a few and the police force are on the lacking. What if one day their cars suddenly disappear?       As a result, many pe0ple are watching, waiting and balancing before finally making a decision. 8、经常跳槽 My View on Job-Hopping      Many people are inclined to do one job in their lives. In their opinions, people who change their jobs frequently are superficial and tactless. They believe that the only way to success is to stick to one job, for constant practice in a professional field helps make an expert.      But there are still many people who don't agree. They argue that change means progress. If you are not satisfied with your present job, of course you have the right to replace it with a more challenging and better paid one. Every change is a step to further success. This idea may be the reason why they change their jobs so often.      For my part, I think it reasonable to change your job if you have a better opportunity. But once you have found a position where you can fully display your ability, it is advisable to settle down to it and put all your efforts into it. Only in this way, can you get the true joy of achieving your goal. 9、居住在城市还是农村?WHERE TO LIVE--IN THE CITY OR THE COUNTRY       Many people appreciate the conveniences of the city. The city has better transportation service and health care. City dwellers can easily enjoy themselves in restaurants, department stores and con cert halls. They are well-informed about what is going on at home and abroad, and have the access to better education, better jobs and more opportunities for business.       But country life is also attractive. With the fresh air, the green trees and the singing birds, country people are close to nature and live a quiet life. They can make friends with simple and honest men or wander about leisurely without any pressure upon their mind.       Both the country and the city, however, have their own disadvantages. In the country, educational facilities, medical services and transportation systems are still not fully developed. And the city also has many problems, such as heavy traffic, air pollution, great noise and poor housing conditions.      As far as I'm concerned, I hate the terrible dirt and noise in the city. So, given the chance, I would prefer to live peacefully in the country 10、Advertisement Advertisements are seen everywhere, on TV, in newspapers and magazines every day. Different people may hold different attitudes towards advertising. I think advertising has both its positive and negative effects. Good advertisements not only keep us informed of up-to-date information about new products and services, but also present wonderful works of art. To begin with, by seeing advertisements, we can get a large amount of information about new products within a very short time. Now, new products are emerging one after another. If there were no advertising, we would only know about goods in the local shops. It is not helpful to the national and international trade. Besides, good advertisements, especially those shown on TV, present us, most times, either a very touching or a very humorous story. Some are even more attractive than TV series. Watching this sort of advertisements is a kind of enjoyment for us. As results, both the products and the advertisements become well known. But every coin has two sides, and advertising is no exception. Advertisements also have their negative effects. Some advertisements give false information about the products and services advertised, and therefore mislead the customers. Moreover, not all advertisements present wonderful works of art. Some may set a bad example to us, especially to children and young people. From what has been discussed above, we may come to the conclusion that advertising is very important in our life in a modern society. We should take effective measures to standardize the advertising industry to avoid producing bad advertisements. With the development of the advertising industry, our life will be sure to become more colorful and beautiful. 11、Life long education Nowadays many people, after graduating from schools or universities for some years, choose to come back to universities to continue their study. Along with the development of the society, continuing education has now attracted more and more attention and quite a few people regard it as a life-long project. First of all, knowledge renews quickly because science and technology are developing at a fantastic speed. What people have learnt today may become out of date in a few years. So it is important for people to keep informed of the latest development in the world. Take computer science as an example. In the early 1990s when computer became widely used at work and home in China, many people found they were at a loss. They found it hard to deal with their work in this information age without knowledge in computer. Therefore, many people return to university to upgrade their knowledge in computer. Besides, the society is becoming increasingly competitive. If people do not pay attention to the changes in their work and environment and cannot adapt themselves to the rapid changes, they will be unable to survive the competition. To solve this problem, the most effective way is to continue their education. In a word word文档格式规范word作业纸小票打印word模板word简历模板免费word简历 , education is very important to everyone, especially in today’s rapidly developing society. So both the government and individuals should pay more attention to lifelong education. 12. Globalization After China’s entry into WTO, our nation is to face a more difficult situation in industry and trade because of globalization. Therefore, we must be well prepared for it lest anything unexpected it brings may set us back. Without doubt, globalization creates great opportunities for the development of Chinese economy. With more foreign investment and technology entering China, the gap between china and industrialized countries can be narrowed down. What is more, new ideas and skills of those foreign companies may bring us invaluable experience to develop our national industry. However, globalization also has negative effects on our national economy. Take automobile industry as an example. Chinese automobile industry is still at its beginning stage of development. Domestically made automobiles cannot compete with those made in western countries either in price or in quality. If foreign automobiles come into Chinese market without any restriction, our national automobile industry will suffer greatly. Thus China needs laws in all fields to protect our tender national industry and meanwhile speed up the restructure and enhancement of our national economy. Of cause we should not over-estimate the negative effects of globalization just to cause panic and pain among people. An objective consideration about China’s fate in the tide of globalization will help us a lot both in competition and cooperation as long as we adopt reasonable and effective policies in talent and technology. 图 关于同志近三年现实表现材料材料类招标技术评分表图表与交易pdf视力表打印pdf用图表说话 pdf 作文1 According to the bar chart, there are many dramatic changes in the use of transport from 1950 to 1990. The use of cars increased significantly from 1950 to 1990. In 1950, only a few people drove to work. But, in 1970, about one quarter of the people owned a car. By 1990, the number of people who went to work by car jumped to over 30%. During the same period, there were gradual declines in the use of bicycle and on foot. In 1950, more than half of the people were cycling or walking to work. In 1970, the use of bicycle and on foot still occupied over 40%. But in 1990, the number of these people decreased to less than 20%. The use of bus went up from 1950 to 1970 (approximately 20% and 30% respectively) and went down from 1970 to 1990 (under 20%). The bar chart shows that automobiles have become the most popular means of transportation by 1990. 图表作文2 The table shows the number of men and women who are more than 100 years old in 1911, 1941, 1971 and 2001 in UK. For males, for every 30-year period, the number almost doubles. In 1971, 73 men live more than 100 years, and in 1941, the number increases to 132. in 2001, the number is 536, which is about 8 times as much as in 1911. For females, the number increases dramatically from 1911 to 2001. It increases three times from 1911 (100) to 1941 (317). Between 1941 and 1971, the number rises even more drastically, from 317 to 2035. It doubles from 1971 to 2001. In every year period, more women than men live more than 100 years, especially in 1971 and 2001, when the number of women is about 10 times greater than that of men. 图表作文3 The two pie charts compare different methods of communication used in 1962 and 1982. We can see that for the three mediums surveyed, there are significant changes for each. In 1962, letter writing was the most popular form of communication, taking up 50% of the total. However, its use decreased dramatically after that. By 1982 this figure dropped to only 10%, the smallest of that year’s figures. On the other hand, during this same period, we can see that the use of the phone and computers both increased significantly. In 1962, the use of telephone just occupied 35% and computer was the least used form of the three methods (15%). In 1982, the telephone, at 60%, has become the most used form of communication. Similarly, the use of computers doubled to 30%. Overall, we can see some important changes in the forms of communication used during the two decades. More and more people appreciate the convenience brought about by the phone and the computer. 图表作文4 According to the graph, there are many variations in the number of audiences to radio and television throughout the day in 2002. For radio, the morning audience is the most, especially around 9 am. The number tapers off (decrease gradually) for the rest of the day, with slight increase in numbers from 5:00 to 5:00 pm and around 11 pm. For television, there is a steady increase in viewers from morning till afternoon, with the most audiences around 8: pm. However, after 9: pm, the number of views sharply decreased, which reaches the lowest level around 1:00 am the next morning. There are many possible reasons for these trends. In the morning, people often listen to the radio for weather and traffic condition while they are having breakfast and rushing about getting ready for school or work. Few people have time to sit down and watch television. While after work or school, many people like to relax themselves by watching television. Some people watch television all evening. 1、求职信 Dear Sir or Madam, I was pleased to see the ad in the China Daily on Oct. 24, 2002 for efficient Passenger Handling Operation Agents to work at Beijing Capital International Airport.
