。9.Thateachinstitutionwillrequireparticipatingstudentstomaintaintheirownmedical/healthinsurancetoprovidecoveragewhileparticipatinginastudentexchangeandallstudentsshallberequiredtoprovideevidenceofsuchinsurancetothehostinstitution.各校应要求交换学生投保医疗健康险，并存证以备查询。 10.Thateachinstitutionshallberesponsibleforthechoiceofstudentsparticipationintheexchange,subjecttofinalapprovalbythehostinstitution.各校应负责学生交换参与之提择，并在承办校方最后淮许后执行。 11.Thateachparticipatingstudentorhis/herinstitutionshallbesolelyresponsiblefortravelarrangementsandthecoststhereof.各校参与学生应自己负责交通安排及费用。 12.Thatstudentsfromeachinstitutionstudyingabroadunderthisexchangeagreementshallbesubjecttothesamerulesandregulationsaslocalstudents.各校学生协议下附海外研读应遵守原校方原有之规矩。 13.Thattheexchangeofstudentspursuanttothetermsoftheagreementshallbeginwiththe fall semesterofthe 2002-2003 academicyear.本协议交换学生始于2002年秋季学期。14.Thatuponregistration,allparticipatingstudentsshallprovidethehostinstitutionwiththename,addressandtelephonenumbersofthreeindividualswhomightbecontactedincaseofanemergencywithregardtothestudents.注册时所有参与学生应提供承办学校三位联络人名字、地址、电话号码，以备紧急联系学生之用。 15.Eachinstitutionshoulddesignateanindividualandofficeresponsibleforreceivingwrittencommunicationsaboutthisagreement.Anymodificationofthisagreementshallbeinwritingandsignedbybothparties.各校应指派贵校负责单位和个人以为协议之文件交流及联系，协议文件之任何修饰，应在双方以文字及签署下认同有效。 16.Intheeventthatanycondition,covenantorotherprovisionhereincontainedisheldtobeinvalidorvoidbyanycourtofcompetentjurisdiction,thesameshallbedeemedseverablefromtheremainderofthisAgreementandshallinnowayaffectanyothercondition,covenantorotherprovisionhereincontained.Ifsuchcondition,covenantorotherprovisionshallbedeemedinvalidduetoitsscopeorbreadth,suchcondition,covenantorotherprovisionshallbedeemedvalidtotheextentofthescopeorbreadth,permittedbylaw.事件之任何情况，协议或其化他备文如件有效或无效由司法机构认同。同样地本协议之其它相关文件应视同等效力，并且在不影响其它条件下，
