If you can't record your AMP parameters you will have to re-AMP your machine when you have finished this procedure. 2. Remove system power. 3. Set switch SW1 located on the CPU board for "Monitor Mode". This is done by setting both sides of SW1 [b]away[/b] from the CPU board. 4. Be sure the control is in E-Stop, then restore power. 5. A message should be displayed on the CRT if everything/or all steps have been done correctly. [b]NC NOT EXECUTED FOR BAD HARDWARE STATUS[/b] 6[b].[/b] Type O1000 [space] FFFF then [EOB]. This must be done to reset all AMP parameters to default values. 7. Reset SW1 to its original position - toward the CPU board. 8.Push the S2 switch, mounted on the CPU board, to reset the system. 9. The system will power up in the STANDBY mode with a blank screen. The power sequence is finished when the red [color=#ff0000]CAUTION[/color] -This procedure will reset AMP to default parameters. 1. Access the AMP page and log on as User #1 [A] [B] [B] [P] [ENTER]then enter the machine parameters that you recorded in step 1. cycle stop pushbutton lights up and when the condition of the two status LEDs ( next to the Power On LED) on the control package changes from solid to flickering. Press the [EXIT] key when the power up sequence is finished. 10.The control will come up with the main menu page and the message "AMP WAS DEFAULTED" will be displayed. 11. Access the AMP page and log on as User #1 [A] [B] [B] [P] [ENTER]then enter the machine parameters that you recorded in step 1.
