及标记了“仅供临时使用”的轮胎Tyreshavinganominalrimdiametercode≤10(or≤254mm)or≥25(or≥635mm);名义轮辋直径代号≤10(或者≤254mm)或者≥25(或者≥635mm)的轮胎;1.1.3Tyresdesignedforcompetitions;比赛用轮胎TyresintendedtobefittedtoroadvehiclesofcategoriesotherthanM,NandO1;非M，N，O1车使用轮胎Tyresfittedwithadditionaldevicestoimprovetractionproperties.studdedtyres);轮胎配备附加设置以增强牵引力性能（如：镶钉胎）Tyreswithaspeedratinglessthan80km/h(speedsymbolF);轮胎速度级别低于80km/h（速度标记F）Tyresdesignedonlytobefittedtovehiclesregisteredforthefirsttimebefore1October1990.为第一次注册时间在1990年10月1日之前的车辆配备的轮胎Professionaloff-roadtyresfortherequirementsonrollingresistanceandrollingsound.专业越野胎的滚动阻力及噪音要求.ContractingPartiesshallissueoracceptapprovalstorollingsoundand/orwetadhesionand/orrollingresistance.缔约方应当发行或者接受滚动噪音/湿地抓取力/滚动阻力的认证。2.Definitions定义ForthepurposeofthisRegulation,inadditiontothedefinitionscontainedinRegulationsNos.30and54,thefollowingdefinitionsapply.本法规的目的，除去ECE30及54规定的内容外以下定义同样适用。."Typeoftyre"means,inrelationtothisRegulation,arangeoftyresconsistingofalistoftyresizedesignations,brandnamesandtradedescriptions,whichdonotdifferinsuchessentialcharacteristicsas:根据此法规，“轮胎类型”意为包括一系列轮胎型号标识，商标名称及商品说明，与以下必要因素必须保持一致：(a)Themanufacturer'sname;制造商名称(b)Thetyreclass(seeparagraph.);轮胎等级（见段）(c)Thetyrestructure;轮胎结构(d)Thecategoryofuse:normaltyre,snowtyreandspecialusetyre;使用分类：普通轮胎，雪地胎及特殊使用轮胎(e)ForClassC1tyres:对于C1胎：(i)Incaseoftyressubmittedforapprovalofrollingsoundemissionlevels,whethernormalorreinforced(orextraload);如果递交滚动噪音的认证时，确认是普通胎还是加强胎（XL）(ii)Incaseoftyressubmittedforapprovalofperformanceadhesiononwetsurfaces,whethernormaltyresorsnowtyres如果递交湿地抓取力的认证时，确认是普通胎还是雪地胎。withaspeedcategoryofQorbelowexcludingH(≤160km/h)orspeedcategoryRandaboveincludingH(>160km/h);分类为速度级别为Q或者以下不包括H（≤160km/h），或者速度级别为R或者以上包括H（>160km/h）(f)ForClassC2andC3tyres:对于C2及C3胎(i)Incaseoftyressubmittedforapprovalofrollingsoundemissionlevelsatstage1,whetherM+Smarkedornot;如果递交滚动噪音第一阶段认证时，确认是否有M+S(ii)Incaseoftyressubmittedforapprovalofrollingsoundemissionlevelsatstage2,whethertractiontyreornot;如果递交滚动噪音认证第二阶段时，确认是否为牵引胎(g)Thetreadpattern(seeparagraph胎面花纹（见段）."Brandname"or"Tradedescription"meanstheidentificationofthetyreasgivenbythetyremanufacturer.TheBrandnamemaybethesameasthatofthemanufacturerandtheTradedescriptionmaycoincidewiththetrademark.“商标名称”或者“商品说明”意为由轮胎生产商提供的轮胎说明。商标名称有可能会与制造商一致，商品说明有可能会于商品标记一致。."Rollingsoundemission"meansthesoundemittedfromthecontactbetweenthetyresinmotionandtheroadsurface.滚动噪音意为在轮胎运动过程中与地表面接触中发散的声音。."TyreClass"meansoneofthefollowinggroupings:“轮胎等级”意为以下组中之一：ClassC1tyres:TyresconformingtoRegulationNo.30;C1胎：符合30法规的轮胎ClassC2tyres:TyresconformingtoRegulationNo.54andidentifiedbyaloadcapacityindexinsingleformationlowerorequalto121andaspeedcategorysymbolhigherorequalto"N";C2胎：符合54法规的轮胎，且负荷指数≤121，速度等级≥NClassC3tyres:TyresconformingtoRegulationNo.54andidentifiedby:C3胎：符合54法规的轮胎，且符合以下定义：(a)Aloadcapacityindexinsingleformationhigherorequalto122;or单胎负荷指数≥122，或者(b)Aloadcapacityindexinsingleformationlowerorequalto121andaspeedcategorysymbollowerorequalto"M".单胎负荷指数≤121，速度等级≤M."Representativetyresize"meansthetyresizewhichissubmittedtothetestdescribedinAnnex3tothisRegulationwithregardtorollingsoundemissions,orAnnex5foradhesiononwetsurfacesorAnnex6forrollingresistancetoassesstheconformityfortheTypeApprovalofthetypeoftyre,orAnnex7forsnowperformancetoassessthecategoryofuse"snow".“典型轮胎型号”意为提交进行本
