)OverspeedTestLevel(开启后可模拟试验主机超速)Gov.serialline→进入后有复位功能(Reset)三、日常操作1转速微调(用于车钟不太好设定的精细转速调整,可以精细到0.1rpm)FineTurning→↓Setpoint(RPM)先旋转鼠标手轮把设定指示灯打到ON(指示灯变为绿色),然后旋转手轮改变转速并确认。2慢转申请RequestSLT→↓EngineModeSpeedControlMode○RequestSlowTurning○ConstFuelMode○AirRun(常用)○FuelSetpointcontrol○AuxBlowerStop○RoughSeaModeAuxBlowerRunning○DeadBand3机驾主机转速无扰动切换在ACC-20各种显示模式下,按显示器下面的Incommand键,将直接进入ControlPosition界面,此时可以查看显示器右面的Bridge转速和ECR的油门百分比是否一致,如果不一致调整车钟手柄直到两个黄色箭头尖端对齐,即可实现无扰动切换,如下图。四、ACC20车钟位置校对主机遥控系统检修过程中,如果对数据库进行修改后且进行了DC.Config.功能后,由于遥控系统长时间使用会影响到车钟各档参数的变动,需要在驾驶台和集控式分别对车钟进行校对。参数表如下: -100%进入路径如下:Home→Misc.Menu→Para.Change→LEVERCALIBRATOR→BRIDGELEVERCALIBRATOR→ECRLEVERCALIBRATOR进入界面后,先从STOP开始校对,同时把车钟手柄放到STOP位,点击界面STOP并输入密码41436,点击OK,Potmeter1和Potmeter2开始自动校对,结果允许有2%误差,等待10几秒参数稳定后进行下一档标定。校对顺序KONGSBERG服务
