Deed of Donation 捐贈協議
本人 _____________(捐贈者姓名) 擁有附件內各項物件(下稱「有關物件」)的*全部/*部份
擁有權。本人在此確認把有關物件捐予香港教育博物館作永久館藏。
I (name of Donor) affirm that I own the *full/*partial physical property rights of the said
item(s) which is/are listed in the Appendix attached and signed by me. I hereby donate the said
item(s) to Hong Kong Museum of Education to become its permanent property.
本人同意及不收取任何報酬,將有關物件的擁有權轉給香港教育博物館。協議經簽署後正
式生效。
I agree that once signing this Deed of Donation, I transfer legal ownership of the said item(s)
which I donate to Hong Kong Museum of Education without any charge/fee.
本人亦同意香港教育博物館向公眾展覽及開放有關物件,並放於互聯網上(如合用)供大眾
使用。
I also agree to Hong Kong Museum of Education displaying the said item(s) for public use which includes if applicable, making the item(s) available on the Internet on an unrestricted basis.
本協議對甲乙雙方具永久效力。
The terms and conditions of this Deed shall be perpetual between both parties herein.
