GBT1979-2001结构钢低倍组织缺陷评级图介绍 GB/T1979-2001结构钢低倍组织缺陷评级图介 绍 袁辛芳,孙时秋 (上海五钢有限公司研究一所 上海 200940) 摘 要:介绍了结构钢低倍组织及缺陷检验方法的概况,对我国标准技术内容变化作了简要说明。 关键词:结构钢 低倍组织缺陷评级图 0 前言 GB1979-80结构钢低倍组织缺陷评级图标准是我国的一项重要的基础标准,也是评定结构钢产品质量水平的主要依据之一。该标准自发布使用十几年来,对保证和提高我国的钢铁产品质量起到了重要作用。但近年来,随着钢铁生产技术的发展,尤其是连铸生产线的上马和钢材规格的扩大,原标准由于标龄较长,与现有发展情况存在着一些不相适应的地方。 根据冶金工业部(1997)71号文和冶金工业部信息标准研究院(1997)064号文决定对GB1979-80结构钢低倍组织缺陷评级图标准进行修订。参与该标准修订工作的主要单位是:上海五钢(集团)有限公司、太原钢铁公司、冶金工业部信息标准研究院、抚顺特殊钢有限公司、重庆特殊钢股份有限公司。从1997年6月起GB1979国家标准起草小组举行了重庆、成都、上海、河南鸡公山四次标准修订研讨会,并于2000年在苏州审定会上通过审定,历时四年。新国标于2001年12月由中华人民共和国国家质量监督检验检疫总局批准发布,2002年5月1日正式实施。 1 结构钢低倍组织及缺陷检验方法的国内外概况 在钢产品的宏观检验领域中,酸蚀试验是最常用的检验钢产品质量的一种方法。通过酸蚀试验能显示: 1)组织成分的变化,如树枝状晶等; 2)化学成分的变化,如偏析等; 3)钢的结构不均匀性,如裂纹、缩孔、白点等。 在钢产品生产中,低倍检验是一个重要过程控制手段。通过低倍检验可及时发现缺陷,从而调整生产工艺,以免造成更大的损失。 目前,国际标准化组织和世界主要钢铁大国均制定了钢的低倍检验方法和评定方法标准。 1.1 ISO国际标准 ISO4969-1980规定了酸蚀试验方法 1.2 前苏联标准 ГОСТ10243-1975钢低倍组织的试验和评定方法规定了评定钢的宏观组织的试验方法,评定方法和标准评级图。该标准采用了三种试样方法(酸蚀法、断口法和硫印法)共有26种缺陷类型,136张评级图谱,适用于评定连、模铸钢材。 1.3 美国ASTM标准 ASTME381-1994钢棒、大、小钢坯和锻件宏观浸蚀检验的标准方法规定了用酸蚀法评定钢的宏观组织的试验,评定方法和标准评级图。该标准共有24种缺陷类型,28张评级图谱或典型图谱,适用于评定连、模铸棒材、大、小钢坯和锻件等钢产品。 1.4 日本JIS标准 JISG0553-1983钢的低倍组织检验方法规定了用酸蚀法检验钢的宏观组织的试验方法,该标准共有11种缺陷类型,14张典型图谱,适用于评定锻、轧钢材。 1.5 中国标准 我国钢的低倍检验方法和评定方法标准分别是GB/T226和GB/T1979,前者规定了低倍试样的制备、试剂类型、试验温度和酸蚀方法等,后者规定了低倍评定方法。 我国第一个用于评定结构钢低倍组织的标准为YB49-64,它是在前苏联相关标准的基础上制定而成的。1972年至1979年,8年期间进行了第一次修订,并上升为国家标准,即GB1979-80,该标准在1987年冶金部组织进行的标准水平等级评审中,被评为国际一般水平。 考虑到本标准评级图多年来的实际情况,仍以适用于碳素结构钢、合金结构钢、弹簧钢钢材(锻、轧坯)横截面酸浸低倍组织中允许和不允许的缺陷。同时根据双方协议也可用作评定其它钢类低倍组织的缺陷。 本标准明确指明了适用于钢材或锻、轧坯,以避免与连铸坯相混淆。 “范围”条款中补充了如下文字内容:“本标准规定和描述了结构钢酸浸低倍组织缺陷的分类、特征、产生原因及评定原则、评级图分类及适用范围、评定方法和检验 报告 该条款是新国标增加的内容。它规定了试样的截取及显示方法按GB/T226执行,目的是为了明确与本标准的衔接,以充实和完善本标准内容。 2.5 “4 缺陷的分类、特征、产生原因及评定原则” 本评级图包括如下各类缺陷”内容进行了适当的修改,并补充了新的内容。除下列内容进行修改、该条款是根据原标准“二、3. 增补外,原标准中其它文字内容未作任何变动。 (1)4.3锭型偏析中评定原则增加“必要时可测量偏析框边距试片表面的最近距离”文字。 原标准条文: 锭型偏析??评定原则:根据方框形区域的组织疏松程度和框带的宽度加以评定。 本标准条文: 锭型偏析??评定原则:根据方框形区域的组织疏松程度和框带的宽度加以评定。必要时可测量偏析框边距试片表面的最近距离。 制修订理由及说明: 增加“必要时可测量偏析框边距试片表面的最近距离。”条文主要是考虑到个别企业,特别是齿轮用钢生产企业对齿轮用钢(特别是<40mm的齿轮用钢材提出了这方面的要求。为此,在本标准中纳入了锭型偏析框边距试片表面的距离概念。至于具体要求,供、需双方应在技术协议中注明。 (2)4.4点状偏析改为“斑点状偏析” 原标准条文: 点状偏析 本标准条文: 斑点状偏析 制修订理由及说明: 斑和点强调的是暗色在试样上的大小,原标准未将“斑”写入缺陷名称中,在多年的应用中,引起了较多理解不统一,如将大规格钢材的疏松误评为点状偏析等。根据多方提出的意见,参照前苏联гOCT10243标准中相应缺陷名称作了修改。 (3)增设4.5白亮带缺陷名称,其特征、产生原因及评定原则如下: 本标准条文: 白亮带 特征:在酸浸试片上呈现抗腐蚀能力较强、组织致密的亮白色或浅白色框带。 随着国内连铸生产线纷纷上马,连铸比不断提高,在连铸生产过程中,为改善连铸坯质量,往往使用电磁搅拌器来扩大连铸坯等轴晶区、破碎粗大的柱状晶组织、改善中心偏析、使成份均匀化等等。但由于电磁搅拌器功率选择、搅拌方式选择、电磁搅拌器安装位置以及其它因素匹配问题可能使连铸坯产生白亮带,白亮带在连铸坯成材后仍有可能保留。对白亮带的特征、产生原因及评定参照了优质碳素结构钢和合金结构钢连续铸钢坯低倍组织缺陷评级图标准中的文字内容。我们选择了某钢厂生产的有白亮带缺陷的中碳含锰结构钢φ90mm连铸轧材作了一些试验,经观察有以下几个特点: 1)白亮带区域组织致密,显微组织为铁素体+珠光体(铁素体含量较正常基体高些)。 2)白亮带区域内基本无非金属夹杂物,纯洁度要比基体高得多。 3)白亮带区域元素含量与正常基体相比较:C含量偏低约10%,Mn,S,P含量略有降低,Si基本相似,略有降低倾向,Cr,Ni,Mo,V含量一致。 4)白亮带区域的硬度测定值比正常区域偏低10%左右。 5)在进行钢材横向拉力试验时,试样均未断在白亮带区域,而断在其它区域。 据上所述,我们初步认为该连铸材的白亮带区域是一个纯洁度较高的负偏析区,但鉴于工作开展还不够深入,关于白亮带对钢材性能的影响还有待进一步探索研究,在目前缺少更多试验 分析 定性数据统计分析pdf销售业绩分析模板建筑结构震害分析销售进度分析表京东商城竞争战略分析 产生原因:钢液在凝固过程中,由于选分结晶的影响及铸坯中心部位冷却较慢而造成心部的成份偏析。这一缺陷成材后仍保留。 评定原则:根据中心暗斑面积大小及数量来评定。 增加此缺陷名称的说明: 参照YB/T153-1999优质碳素结构钢和合金结构钢连续铸钢坯低倍组织缺陷评级图标准的中心偏析文字内容。具体要求由供需双方在技术协议中注明。 (5)4.7皮下气泡中评定原则改为:“测量气泡离钢材(坯)表面的最远距离”。 原标准条文: 皮下气泡??评定原则:测量气泡离钢材(坯)表面的最远距离及试片直径或边长的实际尺寸。 本标准条文: 皮下气泡??评定原则:测量气泡离钢材(坯)表面的最远距离。 制修订理由及说明: 根据长期来冶金企业的实际检验情况及对该类缺陷的实际处理,不论皮下气泡距试片表面深浅程度及试样尺寸大小,均视为不允许缺陷,而产品标准规定,切削加工用钢允许有不超过表面缺陷允许深度的皮下夹杂、皮下气泡等缺陷。因此可删除原评级原则中的“及试片直径或边长的实际尺寸”文字。 (6)4.10翻皮缺陷中评定原则改为“测量翻皮离钢材(坯)表面的最远距离及翻皮长度”。 原标准条文: 翻皮??评定原则:以在试片上出现的部位为主,并考虑翻皮的长度而定。 本标准条文: 翻皮??评定原则:测量翻皮离钢材(坯)表面的最远距离及翻皮长度。 制修订理由及说明: 根据长期来冶金生产企业的实际检验情况及对该类缺陷的实际处理,认为以翻皮距钢材(坯)表面的距离来衡量对质量的影响程度比较科学和合理。因这样的评定结果给判定及使用方(用户)提供了直观的距离概念,不论翻皮严重程度如何,均视为不允 许缺陷(翻皮缺陷深度超出允许公差尺寸范围)。这样对翻皮的评定级别来说就显得无关紧要、意义不大。至于测量翻皮的实际长度仅作为冶金企业作工艺调整参考之用。 (7)4.11白点的产生原因按原条款,取消“组织”二字。 原标准条文: 白点??产生原因:钢中含氢量高,经热加工变形后在冷却过程中,由于组织应力而产生的裂缝。 本标准条文: 白点??产生原因:钢中含氢量高和热加工变形后在冷却过程中应力的作用而产生的裂缝。 对原条文作了部分修改。修改后的“应力”是指———不只局限于原组织应力一种因制修订理由及说明:根据多方提出的意见, 素。 (8)4.12轴心晶间裂缝的特征 原标准条文: 轴心晶间裂缝 此种缺陷一般出现于高合金不锈耐热钢(如Cr5Mo、1Cr13、Cr25......)中。有时在高合金结构钢如18Cr2Ni4WA也常出现。此种裂缝因其以晶间裂缝形式出现在钢的轴心部位,故名为轴心晶间裂缝。表现特征为蜘蛛网状。 在评定时是根据缺陷存在的严重程度而定。 本标准条文: 轴心晶间裂缝 特征:此种缺陷一般出现于高合金不锈耐热钢(如Cr5Mo、1Cr13、Cr25......)中。有时在高合金结构钢如18Cr2Ni4WA也常出现。在酸浸试片上呈三岔或多岔的、曲折、细小、由坯料轴心向各方取向的蜘蛛网形的条纹。 评定原则:级别随裂纹的数量与尺寸(长度及其宽度)的增大而升高。由于组织的不均匀性也可能产生“蜘蛛网”的金属酸蚀痕, 建议在热处理后(对试样进行正火或退火),重新进行试验。 这不能作为判废的标志。在这种情况下, 制修订理由及说明: 原文字对缺陷的特征,如三岔或多岔、曲折等描述不够明确,评定原则中,对组织不均匀性产生的“蜘蛛网”状酸蚀痕等假性晶间裂缝的区分不清。此次修改参照了前苏联гOCT10243标准中相应缺陷的文字内容。由于对此类缺陷的本质和成因尚未完全认识,所以对缺陷的产生原因未能作出具体说明,有待进一步研究和探讨。 (9)4.14非金属夹杂物(目视可见)及夹渣的评定原则个别文字修改 原标准条文: 评定原则:??,如在这些空隙或空洞中用肉眼观察时,未发现夹杂物或夹渣,??。 本标准条文: 评定原则:??,如目视这些空隙或空洞未发现夹杂物或夹渣,??。 制修订理由及说明: 为规范本标准的语言文字,前后文一致,对本条文修改。 2.6 “5评级图分类及适用范围” 新国标基本按原标准“一、1,二、4,二、6”条文内容,并增设了小于40mm,大于250mm及连铸圆、方钢材三组评级图。通过文字整理、汇编成表格形式列入新标准。 表格中注的文字内容是由于本标准评级图增加为六组,相对于原标准三组评级图而进行的必要说明。 评级图的情况说明: (1)评级图一(适用于<40mm钢材)主要是考虑到某些齿轮用钢企业对<40mm圆、方钢材的锭型编析缺陷有特殊要求而设置的。如用户无特殊要求按相应的评级图二、六评定,有特殊要求时根据双方协议按评级图一评定。(低倍组织缺陷设锭型偏析一类,划分四级)。 (2)评级图二、三按原国标 (3)评级图四(适用于>250mm钢材),主要是考虑到>250mm的圆、方钢材(坯)低倍组织缺陷有其典型性和特殊性,其缺陷的尺寸、数量均不同于小规格低倍相应缺陷。长期以来冶金企业与用户对>250mm圆、方钢材(坯)的低倍组织缺陷在级别评定上存在一定分歧,增设这套图片以补充和完善本标准。(低倍组织缺陷设一般疏松、中心疏松、锭型偏析三类,各划分四级)。 (4)评级图五(适用于连铸钢材),主要是参照了优质碳素结构钢和合金结构钢连续铸钢低倍组织缺陷评级图中相应低倍缺陷而设置的(低倍组织缺陷白亮带设代表性图片一张,中心偏析划分为四级)。 (5)评级图六按原国标。 图片制修订情况和理由说明 ?附录A中A1评级图一锭型偏析图片 原标准图片无,新增。 采用图片直径实际尺寸为20毫米,划分四个级别(由太钢、抚钢提供图片、上海五钢作了适当修改)主要是考虑到太钢与一汽 有一定的基础和制订依据。这里要说明的是按这套图片评定需供需双方协议并规定允许级公司就这套图片达成了评定协议, 别,除锭型偏析以外的低倍缺陷参照评级图二、图六中的有关图片评定。 ?附录A中A2评级图二中一般疏松第4级别图片 这张图片边缘有均匀疏松暗点和空隙(甚至于通试片表面)。 删除了近试片表面及通试片表面边缘的一些疏松暗点和空隙。并在整个图片上略增加了一定数量的疏松点以增加疏松点的密度。修改图片的理由是:这一图片不能真实地反映钢锭(坯)结晶规律,原图片会给检验人员造成对该缺陷形成原因的误解,不利于级别评定及用户质量验收。 ?附录A中A3评级图三中锭型偏析第4级别图片 这张图片的锭型偏析框带封闭程度不够,框带上疏松点的密度不够。 加严锭型偏析框带封闭程度,并适当增加框带中(主要是框边缘)疏松点的密度和连续性。修改图片理由是根据锭型偏析评定原则,对照该图片实际情况作了适当修改,以明确与锭型偏析第二级别图的区别。这样可使检验人员更为准确地评定该缺陷的级别,也利于用户质量验收。 ?附录A中A4评级图四一般疏松、中心疏松、锭型偏析、一般点状偏析图片 新增。 原标准图片无, 这套图片有四类缺陷,每类划分四个级别,均采用>250毫米钢材实物拍摄制作而成,它反映了大圆钢材真实的低倍缺陷形貌。对缺陷的级别划分原则参照了评级图三中相应的低倍缺陷图片的级差划分原则。图片直径实际尺寸定为200毫米,主要是考虑到本标准修订草案中设置>250毫米的图片其制作相当困难,鉴于这套图片由实物拍摄并适当缩小制作而成,反映出了>250毫米圆方钢材低倍缺陷的真实形貌。因此,对实际检验低倍尺寸>250毫米的,可按照(200毫米评级图片进行评定,如发现其他低倍缺陷可参照评级图六进行评定。 ?附录A中A5评级图五白亮带、中心偏析图片 原标准图片无,新增。 白亮带设代表性图片一张,中心偏析图片划分四个级别制作本图片原则上参照了优质碳素结构钢和合金结构钢连续铸钢坯低倍组织缺陷评级图标准中的相应图片。图片直径的实际尺寸为50毫米。主要是考虑到目前国内连铸坯轧材的尺寸一般都在(65毫米以下(主要受连铸坯必要的压缩比影响)。故选择了图片直径实际尺寸为50毫米。 2.7 “6评定方法”一章根据原标准“一、2,二、5,二、6”条文的主要内容,汇编如下 “评定各类缺陷时,以附录A中所列图片为准。评定时各类缺陷以目视可见为限,根据其轻重程度按照第4章所述的评定原则与评级图进行比较,分别评定级别。当其轻重程序介于相邻两级之间时,可附上半级。对于不要求评定级别的缺陷只判定缺陷类别。 在进行比较评定其它尺寸的钢材(坯)的缺陷级别时,根据各缺陷评级图,按缺陷的严重程度缩小或放大。 钢材低倍组织缺陷允许与否及合格级别应在相应的技术条件中规定之。” 2.8 “7 检验报告”一章是新增内容 “检验报告应包括以下各项内容: a)本标准号 b)牌号、熔炼炉号、规格及试样号 c)检验结果 d)检验报告编号、日期、检验者及审核者” 2.9 附录A(标准的附录)低倍组织缺陷评级图 附录A(标准的附录)低倍组织缺陷评级图由A1A6组成,分别表示评级图一评级图六本标准附录A中的图片采用了原标准钢材标准低倍金相评级图中的图片。但对原评级图一中一般疏松第4级别图片及评级图二中锭型偏析第4级别图片进行了修改。增加了三组图片共二十一张。 (1)在本标准中,增设评级图一锭型偏析图片四张。 (2)对本标准评级图二中,一般疏松第4级别图作了适当修改。 (3)对本标准评级图三中,锭型偏析第4级别图作了适当修改。 (4)在本标准中,增设评级图四中一般疏松图片四张;中心疏松图片四张;锭型偏析图片四张。 (5)在本标准中,增设评级图五中白亮带图片一张,中心偏析图片四张。 2.10 增设附录B(提示的附录)ASTME381宏观浸蚀检验钢棒、小方坯和锻件的标准方法 主要是考虑到该标准在世界上具有权威性,其标准图片比较科学实用。根据我国标准要不断采用先进、权威标准的原则精神而增设这套提示性图片,仅供参考。 2.11 增设附录C(提示的附录)ANSIPASTMA604自耗电极重熔的钢棒和钢坯酸浸低倍试验方法 主要是考虑到电渣钢低倍组织缺陷的特殊性而增设的提示性图片,仅供参考。 2.12 对有关问题进行说明 (1)不同钢材(坯)低倍试片上各类缺陷的形态都不完全一样,在标准条文中描述的只能概括其普遍性的特征,而提供的评级图片只是一种代表,不包括全部特征的形貌,因此,在判断缺陷性质时应作具体分析。 (2)在本标准中,低倍组织缺陷的评定应以目视可见为限,在判明缺陷性质时,可借助放大镜(?10X),对某些类别缺陷进行其它辅助手段检验仅是为了查明特征。 (3)关于酸浸质量,过酸、欠酸;酸后清洗,遗留物、水渍等
