动力变压器选用环氧树脂浇注干式自然风冷变压器～并预流强迫风冷的条件～防护等级为IP20。 8. 110kV开关宜选择SF绝缘全封闭组合电器,GIS,～在条件允许的情6 况下～可选择敞开式SF断路器。 6 9. 35kV开关柜应选择SF气体绝缘或空气绝缘金属封闭式手车开关柜～6 断路器采用真空或SF断路器。 6 10. 1500V,或750V,直流开关柜应选择金属封闭式开关柜～开关为手车式高速直流断路器。 11. 地面、高架桥区段、车辆段牵引网应采用柔性悬挂,地下区段牵引网采用刚性悬挂。 12. 牵引网设备及零部件应具有耐腐蚀性好、寿命长、少维修的特点。关键零件应采用强度高、性能好的模锻有色金属零件。M14及以下螺栓采用高强度不锈钢件。 13. 接触网单支柱采用钢柱或等径圆混凝土柱～软横跨支柱采用工字型钢柱或桁架钢柱。基础采用混凝土整体基础。 14. 0.4kV开关柜选择抽出式开关柜或固定式开关柜。 15. 电缆选择原则: ,1, 110kV电缆、车辆段内电缆、地面直埋电缆应采用防水铠装电缆。 ,2, 高架桥区段电缆应选择铠装电缆。 ,3, 车站及隧道内电线电缆应选择低烟、低卤、阻燃铠装电缆。在火灾时仍需供电的电缆还应具有耐火特性。 ,4, 变电所控制信号电缆应选择屏蔽电缆。 16. 全线主要继电保护及安全自动装臵应选用微机型和集成电路型的设备。 17. 计算机硬件应采用进口工业控制机～操作系统采用进口操作平台～应用软件国内编制。 18. 电力监控设备应选用当前流行的成熟监控产品。 19. 牵引变电所和牵引网关键设备、部件且国内无相应成熟产品的可选用进口产品。 四、 供电系统负荷分类 1. 一级负荷 通信系统、信号系统、牵引供电系统、电力监控系统、防灾报警系统、机电设备监控系统、屏蔽门、所用电、防淹门、消防泵、废水泵、雨水泵、事故风机及其风阀、排烟风机及其风阀、集散厅和站台照明、事故照明等。 供电要求: 从降压变电所两段负荷母线分别馈出一路专用供电线路向通信系统、信号系统、防灾报警系统、机电设备监控系统、屏蔽门、所用电、消防泵、事故风机及其风阀、排烟风机及其风阀、环控电控室、照明配电室等供电。 铁道部第二勘测设计院 电气化设计处地铁轻轨室 CJJ 2000/7/26 中德地轨标准研究项目 防淹门、废水泵、雨水泵等可从两路自动切换的公用线路供电。 2、二级负荷 非事故风机及其风阀、排污泵、自动扶梯、设备区照明和管理区照明、自动售检票、楼梯升降机、民用通信电源、冷冻机组控制器电源、维修电源等。 供电要求: 从降压变电所、环控电控室、照明配电室馈出单回供电线路至末端配电箱。 3、三级负荷 冷水机组、冷冻水泵、冷却水泵、冷却塔风机、广告照明、电开水器、清扫电源。 供电要求: 从降压变电所两段母线中的一段母线、环控电控室或照明配电室的三级负荷母线馈出单回供电线路至末端配电箱。当该路电源故障或供电系统为非正常运行方式时～允许将其切除。 第二节 供电系统 一、 地下铁道供电系统应满足经济、可靠、接线简单、运行方式灵活的要求。 二、 地下铁道的供电应根据路网规划和城市供电网络进行设计～可采用集中式供电或分散式供电。 三、 供电系统设计应根据建设要求～会同电力部门协商确定下列内容: 1. 外部供电 方案 气瓶 现场处置方案 .pdf气瓶 现场处置方案 .doc见习基地管理方案.doc关于群访事件的化解方案建筑工地扬尘治理专项方案下载 , 2. 系统一次接线方案, 3. 近、远期用电量及需要电源容量, 4. 电力系统近、远期有关的规划及系统参数, 5. 地区变电所出线保护与地下铁道供电系统进线保护的配合。 四、 供电系统应按列车运行的远期通过能力设计～并考虑互相备用线路在一路事故状态下用电的需要。 五、 地下铁道每座主变电所应由地区枢纽变电站提供两回专用线路供电或一回专用线路、一回备用线路供电～并保证供电可靠性和供电质量。不考虑一个主变电所解列～同时环网电缆故障的情况,即:三重故障情况,。 六、 系统接线 1. 系统接线方式应尽量使得继电保护容易配臵。 2. 主变电所110kV侧可采用线路变压器组接线方式或内桥接线方式～35,或20或10,kV侧采用单母线分段接线。 3. 牵引降压混合变电所或降压变电所35,或20或10,kV侧采用单母线分段接线方式～母联设臵断路器。一般情况下～每段母线上按一路进线～一路出线设计。 4. 降压变电所0.4kV侧采用单母线分段接线～母联设臵断路器。 5. 牵引降压混合变电所和牵引变电所直流侧母线采用单母线接线。 铁道部第二勘测设计院 电气化设计处地铁轻轨室 CJJ 2000/7/26 中德地轨标准研究项目 七、 系统运行方式 1. 正常运行方式 主变电所负责各自供电范围的全部负荷。主变电所间设臵两回联络母线。 2. 事故运行方式 ,1, 当一座主变电所退出运行时,不考虑35,或20或10,kV母线故障,～合母线联络断路器～另外的主变电所应能承担全线一、二级负荷供电。 ,2, 当一台主变压器退出运行时～另一台主变压器应能承担本主变电所供电分区的一、二级负荷供电,或通过调度的倒闸作业～实现主变电所剩余的主变压器带全线负荷。 ,3, 牵引降压混合变电所或降压变电所的任一路35,或20或10,kV进线电缆故障～不影响全线的一、二、三级负荷的供电。 ,4, 降压变电所的任一台动力变压器故障时～另一台动力变压器应能承担其所负责车站的一、二级负荷供电。 八、 功率平衡 1. 正常运行方式下～系统的电能损耗最小。 2. 任何运行方式下～35,或20或10,kV系统各节点的电压降不应大于额定值的5%,7%,。 在任何运行方式下～负荷总功率不应大于供电设备输送功率。 3. 九、 无功补偿、电压调整 1. 地铁供电系统总功率因数不低于0.9。 2. 地铁供电系统无功补偿采取在牵引降压混合变电所、降压变电所集中补偿的原则～并配备自动投切功能～即按负荷大小采用动态补偿的原则～使各牵引降压混合变电所和降压变电所的功率因数控制在一定的范围内。并应结合系统内无功设备～计算系统轻、重载的无功量～防止向系统反送无功。 3. 无功补偿和变压器分接抽头协调配合～使无功补偿量达到最小～系统各点电压满足要求。 4. 应进行各种运行方式情况下的潮流分析～确定各级变压器抽头范围。 十、 系统谐波分析 地铁供电系统应进行谐波分析的研究～使通过主变电所送入电力系统的谐波应满足国家标准的规定。应根据对地铁供电系统在各种运行方式下的谐波预测分析结果和谐振频率的研究～确定治理措施～如有必要～可在主变电所装设滤波器。 十一、 继电保护和自动装臵 继电保护装臵应满足可靠性、选择性、速动性和灵敏性。供电系统各级保护配臵应密切配合。 1. 系统主要继电配臵 ,1, 当主变电所采用两回专用线路供电时～每回110kV线路均设纵联差动保护、过电流保护,当主变电所采用一回专用线路、一回备用线路供电时～专用线路设臵纵联差动保护、过电流保护～备用线路的保护配臵应与电力系统铁道部第二勘测设计院 电气化设计处地铁轻轨室 CJJ 2000/7/26 中德地轨标准研究项目 的保护相适应并配合。 ,2, 110/35,或20或10,kV主变压器设瓦斯保护、差动保护、过负荷保护、温度保护、电压闭锁过流保护、压力保护。 ,3, 110/35,或20或10,kV主变压器35,或20或10,kV侧设零序电流保护、过电流保护。 ,4, 35,或20或10,kV母联设零序电流保护、过电流保护。 ,5, 主变电所35,或20或10,kV馈线线路设导引线纵联差动保护、过电流保护。 ,6, 牵引降压混合变电所和降压变电所35,或20或10,kV进出线设导引线纵联差动保护、过电流保护。 ,7, 整流机组设臵定时限电流保护、整流器二极管保护、整流变压器温度保护、热过负荷保护,直流侧设逆向电流保护。 ,8, 直流馈线设大电流脱扣保护、?I保护、di/dt保护、热过负荷保护、双边联跳保护。 ,9, 牵引降压混合变电所直流馈线保护的整定应考虑与机车保护的整定配合。 ,10, 每座牵引降压混合变电所直流设备设一套框架漏电保护。 , 35,或20或10,/0.4kV动力变压器设臵电流速断保护、过电流,11 保护、过负荷保护、温度保护。 ,12, 0.4kV进线、母联开关设过负荷保护、瞬时短路保护、短延时短路保护、接地保护。 2. 自动装臵 ,1, 110/35,或20或10,kV主变电所35,或20或10,kV母联设臵自动投入装臵。 ,2, 可考虑在主变电所设臵110kV母联自动投入装臵。 ,3, 牵引及降压变电所35,或20或10,kV侧设臵电源自动投入装臵。 ,4, 1500V馈线应设臵带有线路故障检测的自动重合闸。 ,5, 0.4kV母联设臵自动投入装臵。 ,6, 所用电设臵自动投入装臵。 3. 自动装臵要求 ,1, 满足供电系统安全、可靠、灵活的运行要求。 ,2, 主变电所:当一回110kV电源停电或一台主变压器故障解列时～35,或20或10,kV母联断路器自投,当110kV侧也设自动投入装臵时两者的动作时限应配合,。 ,3, 对于牵引降压混合变电所或降压变电所～当一回电源停电时～35,或20或10,kV母联断路器应自投。 ,4, 降压变电所进线失电或变压器故障时～对应0.4kV进线开关跳闸、0.4kV母联开关自投。 ,5, 各级自投装臵动作时间应配合。 铁道部第二勘测设计院 电气化设计处地铁轻轨室 CJJ 2000/7/26 中德地轨标准研究项目 十二、 系统防雷、过电压 1. 在地面与地下的交界处,隧道口,设臵线路避雷器～扼止雷电流向隧道内侵入～保护隧道内的电气设备。 2. 地面和高架桥区段～抬高接触网架空地线兼作架空避雷线～防止雷电波损坏接触网设备。架空避雷线每隔200，250米通过放电间隙接地。 3. 地面牵引变电所馈线出口或末端,接触网隔离开关处,设臵避雷器～限制雷电波的入侵～保护牵引变电所的供电设备。 4. 牵引变电所1500V母线设臵避雷器。 5. 应根据避雷器的保护范围确定直流母线上和接触网隔离开关处是否同时设臵避雷器。 6. 变电所35,或20或10,kV母线避雷器的设臵～应根据避雷器的特性～最终确定保护范围和是否设臵避雷器。 7. 避雷器应根据需要有选择地设臵计数器～监视避雷器动作情况。 十三、 接地 1. 各车站设臵综合接地网。 2. 接地网的接地电阻小于0.5欧姆。 3. 各车站综合接地网应通过接地扁钢、电缆金属铠装～使全线形成统一的高低压兼容、强弱电合一的接地系统。 4. 接地系统应满足: ,1, 保护运营人员和旅客安全～防止电击。 ,2, 保护地铁设备、设施～防止损坏。 ,3, 保护弱电设备～防止电气干扰。 ,4, 当接地设计与杂散电流防护设计发生矛盾时～优先考虑接地安全。 十四、 钢轨电位限制装臵 钢轨电位限制装臵用于防止钢轨电位超过一定值时对人身及设备造成危害～内装短路器。当钢轨与地之间的电位差大于DC 90V时～发警报信号～短路器短路～往复三次～若测试电压还大于DC 90V～短路器永久短路,若测试电压大于DC 150V～短路器永久短路。以保证人身和设备的安全。 钢轨电位限制装臵动作电压值DC 50V，DC 90V范围内可调。 设臵屏蔽门的车站～设臵两台钢轨电位限制装臵。 未设臵屏蔽门的车站～设臵一台钢轨电位限制装臵。 十五、 地下铁道电力用户的供电～应从牵引变电所、降压变电所或牵引降压混合变电所供给。在条件允许的情况下～地下牵引变电所可设在车站附近的地面。 十六、 根据车站设备负荷分布情况～车站设臵一至二个降压变电所。当设臵两个降压变电所时～一个所采用单母线分段接线方式～另一个所应为跟随式。每个降压变电所设臵两台动力变压器。 十七、 直流牵引供电系统按一级负荷设计～即平时由两路互为备用的独立电源供电～实现不间断供电。 铁道部第二勘测设计院 电气化设计处地铁轻轨室 CJJ 2000/7/26 中德地轨标准研究项目 十八、 牵引变电所的数量、容量及其在线路上的分布应由计算确定。当计算牵引负荷时～应根据远期运营高峰小时行车密度、车辆编组及车辆型式确定。整流机组的数量和功率应根据近、远期运行的需要确定～并预留一定裕度。 十九、 牵引变电所设臵两组整流机组构成等效二十四脉波整流对牵引网供电～减少注入电力系统的谐波。直流牵引系统在电源侧的谐波电流、电压应符合国家现行有关规范的规定。 二十、 变电所选址应符合下列原则: ,1, 靠近负荷中心, ,2, 电缆线路引入方便, ,3, 设备运输方便, ,4, 独立设臵的地面变电所宜靠近地下铁道线路～并应和城市规划相协调。 3. 变电所一次接线应在可靠的基础上力求简单。 二、 主变电所 1、 主要设计原则 地铁主变电所应由地区枢纽变电站提供两回专用线路供电或一回专用线路、一回备用线路供电～并保证可靠性和供电质量。 ,1, 主变电所应能够安全、可靠地向地铁用户供电。 ,2, 主接线应简单、可靠、运行灵活。 ,3, 高压侧电压为110kV、低压侧电压为35,或20或10,kV。 ,4, 每回进线电源容量应能满足本所供电区域的供电要求～并在事故情况下对相邻区域提供支援。 ,5, 来自地区枢纽变电站的110kV进线电源～在条件许可的情况下～可采用架空的方式。 ,6, 主变压器中性点接地方式～应根据电力部门的要求而定。 主变压器容量应能满足:正常运行时～每台主变压器容量应承担其供电区域内的全部一、二、三级负荷的供电。当一台主变压器退出运行时～由另一台主变压器承担本所供电区域的一、二级负荷的供电,或通过调度的倒闸作业～实现主变电所剩余的主变压器带全线的负荷。当一座主变电所退出运行时,不考虑35,或20或10,kV母线故障,～另外的主变电所应能承担全线一、二级的供电。 ,9, 所内控制监视设备采用电力监控系统提供的监控设备。 ,10, 设备选择立足于国产设备～技术性能应达到国内先进水平。 ,11, 主变电所初期按有人值班～无人值班考虑设计。 2、 主变电所主接线、运行方式 ,1, 110kV侧采用内桥接线方式或线路变压器组接线方式。35,或20或10,kV侧采用单母线分段接线方式～35,或20或10,kV母联开关采用断路器～正常运行时母联开关断开～两段母线分段运行。 ,2, 采用内桥接线时～运行方式 正常时:110kV、35,或20或10,kV母联断路器断开～两台变压器分列运行。 检修、故障时:当一回进线电源检修或故障时～通过倒闸作业～实现一回进线带两台变压器的运行。当一台变压器故障退出运行时～35,或20或10,kV母联断路器有选择或有条件地自动合闸～由另一台主变压器承担本所供电区域的一、二级负荷供电。 ,3, 采用线路变压器组接线时～运行方式 正常时:35,或20或10,kV母联断路器断开～两台变压器分列运行。 检修、故障时:当一回进线或一台变压器检修或故障退出运行时～35,或20或10,kV母线断路器自动合闸～由另一台变压器承担本所供电区域的一、二级负荷的供电。 3、 地铁供电系统无功补偿采取在降压变电所集中补偿的原则。主变电所是否装设无功补偿装臵或滤波器～应根据系统无功补偿计算结果和系统谐波分析计算结果确定。 4、 主变电所房屋及设备平面布臵 ,1, 主变电所建设应尽量考虑对附近居民影响小～进出线电缆敷设方便等因素。 ,2, 各生产房屋的相对位臵应符合变电所设备接线关系～电缆敷设径路顺畅及运行维护的安全、便利的要求～尽量减少电缆的投资。 ,3, 变电所各房屋的净高应满足所布臵设备的安装、运营检修和高压试验要求。 ,4, 变电所房屋应满足防火设计规范,GB 50229-96,的要求。 ,5, 变电所设臵一套交流屏～从所用变低压母线分别引入两回电源～作为交流自用电系统的进线电源～两回电源互为备用～并设臵电源自动投切装臵～相关信号送至电力监控系统。交流自用电系统采用单母线分段接线形式～保证向全所交流自用电负荷的供电。 ,2, 直流自用电系统 变电所设臵两套直流设备～由所内交流屏提供两回交流380V电源～并设投切装臵～相关信号送至电力监控系统。直流母线采用单母线分段接线方式～设臵母线分段开关。直流自用电系统由蓄电池和充电器两部分组成。输出电压与全线保持一致。正常运行时～蓄电池处在浮充电状态～充电器负责全所的直流负荷,交流失电后～蓄电池容量应能够保证所内控制、监视、保护、测量的经常性负荷、冲击负荷、事故负荷2小时用电需求。 9.设备选择及主要设备技术性能 ,1, 主变压器选用三相双线圈强迫风冷油浸有载自动调压变压器。 ,2, 110kV开关选用SF绝缘全封闭组合电器,GIS,～在条件允许的情6 况下～可采用敞开式SF断路器。 6 ,3, 35,或20或10,kV交流开关的选择应与系统统一。 ,4, ,1, 变电所应设臵接地网～以满足保证工作人员、所内被保护设备的安全及设备的工作接地的要求。 ,2, 设备安全接地装臵与防雷接地装臵尽量分开设臵。设备安全接地电阻应小于等于0.5欧姆。 11.防雷 变电所应考虑防雷接地～接地电阻应小于等于10欧姆。 三、 牵引变电所 1. 主要设计原则 ,1, 在有条件的情况下～牵引变电所可设臵在地面。当同一个车站有牵引变电所和降压变电所时～应尽量合建为牵引降压混合变电所。 ,2, 车辆段内牵引变电所与降压变电所合建成混合变电所。正常运行时只负责车辆段的接触网供电～必要时可向正线供电。当车辆段牵引变电所故障时～由正线临近牵引变电所向车辆段接触网供电。 ,3, 牵引变电所的设臵应靠近负荷侧。 ,4, 牵引变电所应安全、可靠地向地铁牵引网提供1500V,750V,直流电源。 ,5, 牵引变电所运行方式及设备容量选择原则:全线只考虑有一个牵引变电所故障的情况。当一个牵引变电所故障时～其相邻牵引变电所应采用越区供电方式～担负起该段地铁的牵引供电负荷～在远期高峰小时机组可过载50%运行。整流机组负荷等级:IEC 146 VI级～即 100%额定负荷——连续 150%额定负荷——2小时 300%额定负荷——1分钟 ,6, 牵引整流变压器高压侧额定电压为35,或20或10,kV～直流馈线额定电压为1500V,750V,。 ,7, 牵引变电所设两套整流机组～构成等效二十四脉波整流～减少谐波对电力系统的污染。两套整流机组接于同一段35,或20或10,kV母线上。 ,8, 牵引整流变压器容量应满足牵引网远期高峰小时负荷的要求。 ,9, 正常运行方式下～牵引变电所供电效率不低于96%。 电力监控系统由控制中心主站、变电所综合自动化子系统及通道三部分构成。实施对全线各变电所、牵引网设备运行的实时控制和数据采集～完成变电所事故分析和维护维修调度管理。 2. 电力监控采用计算机型监控装臵～结构形式为1:N点对点结构形式。 3. 变电所综合自动化子系统应由高性能监控网络和监控单元设备组成～监控单元安装于开关柜内～与控制回路、继电保护装臵、变送器配合～实现对供电系统设备的控制、保护和监视及运行数据的测量。对于不宜设臵监控单元的开关设备,例如:牵引网上网电动隔离开关,的控制监视～由控制信号盘监控。 变电所控制信号盘上设液晶显示装臵和事故、预告音响设备～音响时间可调。 本系统应由设臵在控制中心的主站监控系统、设臵在各种变电所内的综合自动化子系统以及联系二者的通信通道构成～系统的硬软件的设计应充分考虑可靠性、可维护性和可扩性。具备故障诊断、在线修改功能。同时遵循模块化和冗余设计的原则。本系统配臵与控制中心主母钟的通信设施。 1.主站监控系统 主站监控系统由局域网络、主备计算机、维护计算机、文档计算机、信号系统用计算机、前臵通信机、打印机、模拟盘等设备。控制中心配臵UPS电源～保证监控设备的不间断供电。 局域网络采用双以态网构成:一个网络用于计算机之间的通信～另一个网络用于监控系统的数据交换。网络通信协议采用TCP/IP～网络传输媒介可 为同轴电缆或光纤～通信速率不小于10Mbps。 2.变电所综合自动化子系统 该系统采用集中管理、分布控制模式～设备由控制信号盘内主控单元、液晶显示器、各开关柜内监控单元及所内通信网络等部分组成。各监控单元由主控单元管理～并进行数据交换。 所内通信网络采用现场总线结构～网络上数据交换采用信息块～网络节点数不小于32。网络介质访问控制技术可采用令牌传递或载波监听多重访问/冲突检测,CSMA/CD,控制技术。网络传输媒介可为同轴电缆或光纤。 3.通信通道 控制中心主站与所有变电所之间的主备通信通道由通信系统提供。结构形式采用点对点或链式结构～与通信的接口方式为数字通信～主备配臵并实现自动或手动切换。 四、系统主要功能 1.控制中心主站 (1)控制功能 1) 单控:完成所内的断路器、电动隔离开关的“分”“合”闸控制操作。 2) 程控:完成所内、所间数个开关的倒闸作业。 (2)信息采集和处理功能 1) 开关位臵信号 铁道部第二勘测设计院 控制中心根据从变电所采集的设备运行信息、异常和故障情况～自动进行分析设备的累计运行时间、异常或故障发生部位～调度人员及时组织运营维护部门进行事故抢修。 (5)供电系统运行情况的数据归档和统计报表功能 分门别类保存操作信息、事故和警报信息的历史记录～以进行查询和故障分析～实现测量数据的日报、月报的统计报表。系统可根据调度人员的要求～建立各种档案报表～采用自动或手动方式录入数据。可进行定时和随时打印。 (6)用户画面 配臵变电所主接线、记录、警报、牵引网供电分段示意图、程控等用户画面。 (7)信息打印功能 (8)所有操作、警报、报表信息均可根据需要在打印机上打印出来。 (9)配臵系统维护软件。 (10)人机操作界面应进行“汉化”。 (11)系统应具有自诊断、自恢复及在线修改功能。 2.变电所综合自动化系统主要功能 变电所综合自动化应实现变电所各种设备的控制、监视、联动、联锁、闭锁、电流、电压、功率、电度测量以及实现所间开关联跳等功能。 尽量少用实物继电器。时间继电器、中间继电器以及逻辑判断、计算等功能～应由软件完成。 (1)控制信号盘内主控单元功能 1) 管理整个所内监控网络～并监视各开关柜内监控单元的运行状态。 2) 接受控制中心主机或当地维护计算机的控制命令,向控制中心主机或当地维护计算机传送变电所操作、事故、预告信息。 3) 直接控制监视不宜装设监控单元的开关设备,例如:牵引网上网电动隔离开关,。 4) 实现变电所自动装臵的功能。 5) 与控制信号盘上的液晶显示器通信。 6) 完成变电所所内、所间开关联跳功能。 (2)开关柜内监控单元主要功能 1) (4)变电所维护计算机功能 1) 实现对变电所监控网络和监控单元编程功能～实现对各监控单元软件的日常维护。 2) 具备对变电所内各种设备的控制、监视、测量数据显示和统计功能。 (5)系统故障诊断功能 任何监控单元发生故障～均应报警～单个监控单元的故障～不影响整个网络的运行～故障标志达到模板级。 (6)事故分析处理,适用于有人值班变电所,
