工艺施工、重在消除质量通病缺陷、具有一定特色创新和新意的《创优质工程实施方案》，待建设单位、监理单位同意批准后，作为本工程工艺纪律和规定，强制性贯彻执行。一、结构工程本工程所有砼结构工程均采用清水镜面砼施工工艺。1、清水镜面砼的质量标准：(1)几何尺寸准确；(2)大截面结构棱角倒圆或倒角，线条顺畅；(3)表面平整光滑、颜色一致；(4)无接槎痕迹，无蜂窝麻面、无气泡；(5)模板拼缝有规律。2、清水镜面砼模板工程：(1)模板工程采用胶合板内贴PVC板，用50×100方木做背棱（每隔20cm设一道方木），其中胶合模板的锯面要用电刨修整平直，50×100方木过大压刨，将方木刨成四边顺直，尺寸精确统一，胶合模板内面PVC板的接缝处用腻子刮平，表面用胶带纸进行密封，胶合模板加固方木应立着用，以加大刚度（如图一）。图一(2)为保证柱模板的刚度和稳定性，同时消除柱加固时采用柱内对拉螺栓造成柱表面螺栓孔周围漏浆、起砂，从而造成柱表面视觉不美观的缺陷。本工程柱模板采用槽钢加固法，槽钢采用［22a，间距500，槽钢间用φ18对拉螺栓加固（构件内无对拉螺栓），具体做法见图二，柱外侧用双排架加固。50×100mm方木[22a@500M18螺栓模板L3ABL2图二验算过程如下：①a.A、B、C、D列框架柱截面分别为600×1600、700×1600、700×2000、700×1800，取最大值700×2000。b.新浇筑砼对模板侧面的压力标准值（取下面两式中的较小值）：式中F1——新浇筑砼对模板的最大侧压力（KN／m2）——砼的重力密度（KN／m3）取24KN／m3——新浇筑砼的初凝时间（h），取t0＝3.75v——砼的浇筑速度（m／h），按V=5H——砼侧压力计算位置处至新浇筑砼顶端的总高度（m）——外压力影响修正系数，不掺外加剂时取1.0，掺具有缓凝作用的外加剂时取1.2——砼坍落度影响修正系数，取1.15F1＝0.22×24×3.75×1.2×1.15×＝61.10KN／m2F1＝H＝24×10＝240KN／m2则侧压力设计值＝61.10×1.2＝73.32KN／mm2c.倾倒砼时产生的荷载标准值取2KN／m2设计值为2×1.4＝2.8KN／m2d.柱箍间距L1＝500②q＝F·L1×0.85q——柱箍AB所承受的均布荷载设计值F——侧压力和倾倒砼荷载（KN／m2）F＝＋＝73.32＋2.8＝76.12KN／m2则q＝F·L1×0.85＝×500×0.85＝32.35N／mm③强度验算：N——柱箍承受的轴向拉力设计值（N）An——柱箍杆件净截面面积（mm2）Mx——柱箍杆件最大弯距设计值（N·mm）Mx＝——弯距作用平面内,截面塑性发展系数，因受振动荷载，取＝1.0Wnx——弯距作用平面内，受拉标准净截面抵抗矩（mm3）f——柱箍钢杆件抗拉强度设计值（N／mm2），f＝215N／mm2则④挠度验算：式中［］——柱箍杆件允许挠度（mm）E——柱箍杆件弹性模量（N/mm2），E＝2.05×105N/mm2I——弯矩作用平面内柱箍杆件惯性矩（mm4），［22a的惯性矩I＝1780.4×104——柱箍AB所承受侧压力的均匀荷载设计值KN/m=则=若采用槽钢内每间距300设加劲肋的办法，则实际挠度值还将减小。(3)基础、柱、梁角木线条倒圆木线条倒圆形状见图三，基础及梁模板支设好后安装木线条，然后沿木线条方向通常粘贴胶带纸，使之与模板结合良好，以防漏浆，粘贴胶带纸时必须小心谨慎，以防起皱。柱脚木线条安装时将木线条定在柱子小面模板上（钉子间距500），用大面模板挤紧木线条，木线条与模板接触面用5mm厚、20mm宽海绵条粘贴，以防漏浆。(4)清水镜面砼预埋铁件安装清水镜面砼中预埋铁件位置必须准确，表面与砼在同一平面。为此应在配好的模板上标出铁件位置，再在铁件和模板的相同位置钻孔，预埋件与模板间加垫2mm厚海绵条，防止二者之间夹浆，用直径4mm的4支螺栓将铁件紧固于模板表面，预埋件与模板间连接如图四，拆模时先卸掉模板外螺帽，模板拆除后，将螺栓切除，用手持砂轮磨平即可。本工程预埋铁件若为角钢埋件一律用切割机截取，若为钢板埋件一律采用剪板机剪取，安装由专业班组负责，预埋铁件本身必须表面平整、无毛刺，预埋铁件在出厂前必须经质检人员检查，不合格铁件严禁出厂，出厂后有损坏或变形者严禁安装。3、清水镜面砼工程：(1)为了保证砼表面色泽的一致性，施工中必须使用同一品牌的水泥和外加剂，同一批镜面砼构件必须使用同一批水泥，砂石骨料统一货源，不宜变化，砼配量计量准确。(2)砼浇筑前，当自由落差大于2m时，要使用串筒或导管，以防止砼离析而影响质量。(3)砼中掺入外加剂以提高砼的和易性，消除气泡，砼振捣时插点合理、时间适当、振捣密实。(4)构件湿润养护不少于14d。(5)其他常规施工方法见各工程施工方案，冬期应按冬期施工方案有关要求施工，大体积砼施工见作业指导书。4、砌体工程：(1)选择优质砌体材料。(2)砖墙砌筑前，必须提前一天将所用机砖浇水湿润，并已放出墙体中心线及边线。(3)砖墙转角处及交接处要立起皮数杆，在皮数杆之间拉准线，本工程要求墙体双面挂线。(4)砌砖操作方法宜采用“三一”砌筑法，即“一铲灰、一块砖、一挤撑”的操作方法。(5)砖墙水平灰缝和竖向灰缝宽度宜为10mm，但不小于8mm，也不应大于12mm，水平灰缝饱满度不得小于80％，竖缝宜采用挤浆或加浆方法，不得出现透明缝，严禁用水冲浆灌缝。(6)质量标准按清水墙要求。(7)严格执行配合比，加强计量管理。(8)冬期施工执行冬期施工方案要求。(9)施工前必须编制详细的作业指导书。二、装饰装修工程：1、楼梯间：(1)楼梯间清水砼柱梁阳角米黄色线条装饰：①清理弹线：把柱梁阳角装饰线条及胶带纸清理干净后，在装饰线条两侧面弹好垂直或水平线。②加工制作捋角：挑选主体施工时质量较好的木线条，截取长约100mm木线段若干，内刷白色乳胶漆，底漆一道，面漆三道，晾干备用。③对阳角装饰线条处进行刮腻子和打磨，刮腻子时可用自制木线条捋角进行找直，要求线条通顺、深浅一致、交角处精细。④经检查腻子打磨合格后，沿垂直线或水平线通长粘贴宽约10mm的胶带纸。⑤把阳角装饰线条刷米黄色油漆三道。⑥小心撕去胶带纸即可。(2)楼梯间阳角处用建筑胶粘贴石膏线，石膏线应线条通畅、宽窄一致，石膏线面层涂刷与楼梯间墙面同颜色涂料。a.枣红色油漆b.墨绿色油漆c.米黄色油漆d.内墙涂料(3)楼梯滴水线刷漆（适用所有楼梯间）。①滴水线如图五。②滴水线粉刷完毕并经验收合格后，按规定刮腻子和打磨。③刮完腻子并打磨平整后，即可在滴水线的不同油漆界面处分别粘贴约10mm宽胶带纸。④分别涂刷不同颜色的油漆数道，谨防交叉污染。(4)刷涂料前，对柱、墙及门窗洞口的阴阳角认真处理，确保线条清晰顺直。2、变形缝处理：(1)主厂房与集控楼间内墙沉降缝：①沉降缝内按设计节点大样进行处理后，用水泥砂浆按规定找平。②在沉降缝的两侧分别弹出垂直线。③在沉降缝一面用φ5钻头按间距500mm自上而下钻孔，深度60mm，孔内嵌塞木楔。④按设计节点大样铺钉五合板，要求接茬平顺，不错台。⑤五合板外面用万能胶粘贴细木扣板，要求扣板粘接严密，不起皱。⑥扣板表面刷米黄色油漆三道。(2)主厂房10～10a轴伸缩缝：室外10～10a轴伸缩缝全部采用δ=0.8mm厚的彩色压型钢板进行封闭，固定方式为φ10@500膨胀螺丝，要求彩板接槎良好，线条顺直，膨胀螺丝进行防锈处理，间距一致且在一条线上。室内10～10a轴伸缩缝采用δ=4mm的钢板按图纸设计大样进行施工，要求用剪板机下料，钢板宽度一致，边直无毛刺，平整不翘曲，双面刷二道红丹防锈漆，再单面刷一道天蓝色面漆（靠焊缝一侧留50mm不刷漆）。在安装前应试拼，墙面弹垂线。安装时，采用单边断续焊，谨防焊接变形，并要求钢板顺直，合缝严密不错台，经检验合格后，补刷防锈漆，并通刷一道天蓝色罩面漆。(3)主厂房D列运转层与集控楼间地面沉降缝处理，用-50×4扁钢，弯制成U型卡，刷防锈漆一道，固定在伸缩缝内，间距为800，U型卡内置通长方木（做防腐处理），并在方木底部通长钉白铁皮，上扣型黄色不锈钢带，与地板砖平。(4)主厂房运转层地面变形缝采用橡胶带处理。3、内外墙涂料：(1)根据每面墙体的具体特点，将该面墙分成若干块。分块方案应通过效果图来优化完善，原则上遵循
