Unit4 Why don’t you talk to your parents? 第五课时 阅读课 Section B( 2a-2e) Learning goals: 一、 语言知识: 1.熟练掌握以下词汇和短语 :opinion, skill, typical, football, cut out, quick, continue, so that, compete, not…until, compare…with, development, cause…… 2.熟练掌握以下句型: However the tired children don’t get home until after 7:00p.m. Others are practicing sports so that they can compete and win. In some families, competition starts very young and continues until the kids get older. They are always comparing them with other children. Ask the students to put the following phrases into English. After that let the students write them down. Show the students the following sentences and have the students translate these sentences into English orally. Let’s read an article about them.
