☆淡水长臂大虾酵母菌感染症之生理反应 淡水長臂大蝦酵母菌感染症之生理反應 Physiological Respones of Yeast (Debaryomyces hansenii) Infected Giant Freshwater Prawn, Macrobrachium rosenbergii 研究生,徐東儀 Hsu, Tung-Yi 指導教授,鄭文騰 Winton Cheng 【摘要】 本研究做為評估淡水長臂大蝦(Macrobrachium rosenbergii)被酵母菌(Debaryomyces hansenii)感 5染的生理代謝因子的變化。探討淡水長臂大蝦注射3×10 cfu/ml之酵母菌,分析其致病濃度及對於血淋巴生理指標之影響,包括,血淋巴滲透壓及鈉離子、鉀離子、氯離子、鈣離子、鎂離子之變動、酸鹼平衡及氣體分壓之變動、葡萄糖及乳酸之變動、肝胰腺及肌肉中肝醣濃度之變動等。血淋巴中 9,酵母菌濃度高達10 cfu/ml時,K濃度、pH值、二氧化碳分壓(pCO)、肝胰臟之肝醣含量等生理2 5,,指標沒有顯著影響,血淋巴中酵母菌濃度為10 cfu/ml時,滲透壓及Na濃度、Cl濃度出現顯著 9 722,,性下降,血淋巴中類酵母菌濃度為10cfu/ml、10 cfu/ml時,Ca濃度、Mg濃度分別出現明顯 3的上升,淡水長臂大蝦感染酵母菌濃度為10 cfu/ml時,血淋巴之乳酸、葡萄糖及氨濃度均出現明 4顯的上升。淡水長臂大蝦感染酵母菌濃度高於10 cfu/ml時,氧分壓(pO)呈顯著下降,血淋巴中酵2 9母菌濃度高於10 cfu/ml,肌肉中肝醣的含量會出現明顯的上升趨勢。這些結果證實了淡水長臂大蝦感染類酵母菌後,造成器官受損,因而導致生理代謝調節功能失調。 關鍵字,淡水長臂大蝦、酵母菌、滲透壓、離子調節、酸鹼平衡、葡萄糖、肝醣 【Abstract】 This present study profiles the physiological metabolism of giant freshwater prawn (Macrobrachium rosenbergii) infected with yeast (Debaromyces hansenii). The relationship between the concentration of yeast in prawn hemolymph and physiological parameters, which including hemolymph osmolality, sodium, potassium, chloride, calcium, magnesium, ammonia, glucose, lactate, partial pressure of oxygen (pO), partial pressure of carbon dioxide (pCO), acid-base balance and the concentration of glycogen in 22 5muscle and hepatopancreas, were analyzed after prawn were injected with yeast at 3x10 cfu/ml. Hemolymph potassium, pH, pCO and glycogen of hepatocancreas content of prawn were no significantly 2 9different while the concentration of yeast in hemolymph were up to10 cfu/ml. The hemolymph osmolality, sodium and chloride of prawn were significantly decreased while the concentration of yeast in 5hemolymph was higher than 10 cfu/ml. The hemolymph calcium and magnesium of prawn were 97significant increased while the concentration of yeast in hemolymph were 10 cfu/ml and 10 cfu/ml, respectively. The hemolymph glucose and lactate content of prawn were significant increase while the 3prawn infected with yeast at more than 10 cfu/ml. The concentration of hemolymph ammonia was 3significantly increased following prawn infected with yeast at more than 10 cfu/ml. The hemolymph pO 2 4of prawn was decreased significantly while prawn infected with yeast at more than 10 cfu/ml. The glycogen of muscle content of prawn was significantly increased while the concentration of yeast in 9hemolymph was more than 10 cfu/ml. The regulation physiological metabolism of prawn was influenced after prawns infected with yeast due to some organs of prawn were damaged.
