2 - 情。汛期靠近我省东南沿海且我市作出防御的台风有8号,蝴蝶,、9号,圣帕,、13号,韦帕,、16号,罗莎,等。其中13号、16号两个超强台风在我省沿海登陆～13号台风中心紧靠我市西部北上～16号台风是历史上在10月份以后登陆我省的第二个台风～在我省境内涉留时间长～带来强降雨～给我市造成一定的经济损失。市气象站实测13号、16号台风最大风力受降站20.6和20.2米/秒～风力均达8级。16号台风期间～我市普降暴雨到大暴雨～局部出现特大暴雨～过程降雨量平均达173.5毫米～最大为石马头站的320.5毫米。 2、水情。汛期内因降雨比较均匀～全市江河水位一般处于汛限水位以下。富春江电厂下泄最大为10月9日5700立方米/秒。富阳站最高水位7.0米,10月9日,～最低水位3.19米,7月12日,。岩石岭水库最高水位出现于10月8日20:30时～达53.17米,过坝溢流1.03米,。皇天畈北渠受降段也于10月,日出现,次警戒水位。据统计～中小型水库汛初蓄水率为46.7%～汛中后段分别为52%,7月上旬,和45%,9月中旬,～基本持平～直到汛末受台风带来的强降雨影响升到79%,10月10日,。 3、台灾。汛中前期比较平稳～后期受16号台风影响～出现台灾。受其强降雨和大风影响～我市大部分山区溪流洪水泛滥～局部路段洪水过顶～堤脚冲空～溪堤倒塌～农田淹没～村庄进水～一批农作物薄膜大棚被大风刮掉～部分危旧民房倒塌～个别重点水利工程出现险情。据统计～全市有20个乡镇街道出现不同程度 -
